Phoenix X 414

Wonderful views and comfortable condo. Kitchen was well stocked. With 7 ladies, a couple more bath towels and washcloths would have been nice (only 8 provided). Condo could use a deep clean. Twin beds had sand on bedspread and we washed all bedding before using. Was awesome to have washer and dryer! Furniture could use a good vacuuming too- lots of food bits around cushions. We would absolutely stay again as it is a nice place, just recommend bringing some extra bath towels if you have more than 4 people and paper towels or cleaning wipes to tidy up a bit. We had a great time! Would recommend!

I recently stayed at this vacation rental, and had an absolutely wonderful experience!

Upon arrival, the condo was clean and it was evident that great care had been taken to ensure everything was in great condition for my stay. The interior was beautifully decorated and made it feel like home.

The location is perfect. The condo is close to the Gulf State Park (which is great for a nature walk), many restaurants, and shops.

Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better vacation. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for nice beach getaway.

We had a great experience with our week at the beach. This unit provided everything we needed and we loved the amenities. We would definitely book again in the future.

We absolutely loved the condo. Clean and well furnished with a lot of room. The extra ice maker and drink cooler were very nice also. Only change we would make is a queen bed in the room with the full bed, it was not comfortable for 2 adults.

This condo was very nice with the exception of the master bed. Time to update the mattress

Loved the condo. Absolutely perfect, we even extended our stay because we didn't want to go home.

Enjoyed our stay and our grandkids enjoyed the octopus decor. Great view and right on the beach. Parking garage was connected to our floor and provided easy access. Weather was rather cool, however that was expected in mid-March. The nice indoor pool helped with that. Having a high-sided tub within the shower was different. Entry might prove difficult for some or for bathing the very young.

I had a great stay at Phoenix X. The condo was just as pictured and checked off all the boxes!

The unit was very convenient and easily accessible with the keypad entry. The unti was nicely decorated and the ice machine and wine refrigerator, were great to have!! The outdoor table and chairs were great. The second bathroom with the bathtub in the shower was inconvenient for our older and shorter guest (impossible for them to get in and out of). Overall cleanliness was average. Master bed was very uncomfortable. Over all the unit met our needs.

The room was excellent..EVEN the bed was TOTALLY comfortable.
Not a serious complaint...the floors had sand on them and we just ran the vacuum. The view was great and the location was close to many very good restaurants. Only a 20 minute drive to Pensacola to many more restraints.
Being a lover of aviation we always visit the Naval air base museum of aircraft.
A real treat was when the Blue Angles few at almost eye level past our patio and took a left turn right in front of us, turned on their smoke trail AND SHOT UP

This place was so cute! Loved the accommodations and the design was adorable. Would definitely 100% stay in the same room again.

Four Air Force buddies on an annual trip to go fishing on June 1, Opening day for Red Snapper. The unit was exactly what we wanted. Kick back and relax.

We stayed in #414 from April 3 - 10, 2021. What a beautiful condo! It has been recently renovated and it is gorgeous! It is perfect for a beach vacation! The condo itself is spacious and had everything we needed for a great vacation! There is sea life displayed everywhere throughout the condo - from rugs, to pillows, to cabinet pulls, to lamps; the list goes on and on. We stayed as a family of 6 adults and 1 child and there was enough space for everyone. We didn't feel cramped or crowded at all. It was a great vacation!! Thank you!

One suggestion; we could not locate a toaster in the condo. We will book this condo again in the future. The property manager stopped by to check on us (2 light bulbs were out), he was very cordial and accommodating. The condo also has a beautiful balcony over looking the pool and the beach. We parked on the 4th floor and walked right the the unit. I would highly recommend Unit 414 in the Phoenix X property.

We stayed for a week at this unit with lots of children and grandchildren. The accommodations were fabulous. This unit had everything we needed. The property was clean and very well maintained. We had a large crowd and several condos, this one was our gathering spot, it was roomy with lots of seating for everyone. The location was great, parking was easy. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone!!

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo on the beach!! Loved that is is right next door to Florabama Bar that had some awesome bands! Location Location!!! Condo was decorated real nice and was very clean. Beach had beautiful white sand and the huge pool was great also. Thanks for the hospitality and our group will definitely be back to stay at this condo!! We had a blast!!!

This place was decorated beautifully and very spacious. It had a wonderful view from the outside deck. We loved staying here and definitely will want to stay here again when we return. You most definitely will be pleased. There is no negatives at all with this place.

We enjoyed a very nice week at this beautiful condo in early March 2018. Excellent view from balcony. Well equipped kitchen and nicely decorated throughout. Convenient location too, with FloraBama right next door and across the street. Weather was sunny the whole week, albeit a little cool, but still good for the beach. We would stay in this condo again if we return to Orange Beach.

This condo is very comfortable and is nicely furnished. It has everything you need and is with walking distance if Flira Bama. We love the great music at Flora Bama.

This was a great location with a wonderful view. The bedrooms were very accommodating with spacious closets. The family room and the dining area was more than enough room for 10.

Loved late nights on the terrace.

Everything was great. Got the door codes in a timely manner, the condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay and we would do it again. Thanks!!

We had a great time in Orange Beach. The condo was awesome the kitchen had been completely redone. Julia was great to work with as always. This was our 4th time working with her!!!!

Loved our stay in 414 and would stay again. We were with a large group staying in Phoenix X and loved it as well. Phoenix Rentals was great to work with and would go through them again.
