This unit is perfectly located on the 8th floor. Parking is easy on the 8th floor just 2 condos down from the garage!!!
Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!
Phoenix X is one of the most popular condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix X. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while your bbqing.
Come relax on the spacious 8th floor balcony with great views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master with balcony access! There are two full beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has been upgraded to included new furniture, granite countertops, and new cabinetry. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls. Don't forget we are right next door to the Flora-Bama!
We also have a 3br unit on the same floor should you need more room.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle.

The area was good, the room was very very dirty, we spent half a day cleaning,the master bed was terrible, we traveled with friends that stayed in a Brett Robinson room, if they needed towels , blankets, they went to front desk, they also got to check in early, we asked before hand and never received a answer from someone named Charlie, front desk wasn't to fond of him either. If and when we and our family and friends go back it won't be through this so called Charles, or what ever he calls himself.

Phoenix X has always been a favorite vacation spot for our group of family and friends. We usually occupy 5 units. Our unit 815 was perfect!!! So very clean and the unit is decorated so beautifully.
I would highly recommend this unit and would definitely rent it again next year!!

We LOVED this condo. It had everything and more. We were so pleased with all amenities within the condo, we will be booking again next year! It was clean, updated, & everything in working order. We didn’t have any problems at all! We appreciate also having so much in the kitchen cabinets. We totally forgot a few things and luckily they had everything we needed!

This is our 2nd time staying in this condo! We came here for a softball tournament and the team picked Phoenix X so we just stayed in unit 8-5 again. I love the location and the beach was great. My kids love the size of the pool. Only suggestion would be to get a new, better broom. I was t able to sweep the sand or really anything well with the bottoms in the condo and that was kind of annoying. The bed is also firm compared to what I’m used to at home but the comforter set is comfortable and there are a hunch of different pillows available. Overall we had a great vacation.

We were very satisfied with the property and location. We had no problems with the unit so no interaction with staff except when we checked in. The unit was clean and well equipped. The screen doors need replacement and occasional rug in living room needs cleaned or replaced as it is very stained.

5 of us stayed here (My husband & I, kids are 5 & 9, And my dad stayed a few nights) there was plenty of room to spare! Condo was perfect and had everything we needed. Direct beach front access and gorgeous ocean views. We saw dolphins every morning around 8-930 AM. Check In was quick and simple, loved having a code and not worrying about a key. We went parasailing, crab hunting, and spent most of our time on the beach because the weather was perfect. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool. Great location: Flora Bama, Yacht Club restaurants are within walking distance and all other restaurants are within a few miles. I’ve got nothing negative to say. Below are the only 2 suggestions I could come up but in all honest we’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
-New broom would be nice, existing broom didn’t sweep well
-Add a pizza cutter in the kitchen
Also, Flora Bama is right next door and during the day you can access drinks and food from them to take back to the beach. They had live music every night but you couldn’t hear it thru the condo walls. We enjoyed having that being so accessible, it’s made the beach more open by not having a hote right next door.

Clean and had all we needed. Plastic shower curtains need to be replaced has mold of them. Right next door to flora Bama so that was nice. Need not like that we had to pay to park our car and pay for beach chairs.
