What a great place and time we had.

Very nice and would rent again next year!

Overall, the property was in great condition. Love the location and beach. Our only suggestion would be to update the king size bed and mattress in the master bedroom. Felt like bed was tilted toward the headboard and mattress definitely needs to be replaced. Other than that, I would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

This condo is absolutely beautiful! Very spacious. We have four kids and fit very comfortably. Condo had everything we could ever need for our vacation. The beach had a very laid back atmosphere and was an easy walk from our room. Indoor pool is huge and heated, which is nice. Bring your own umbrella.

This unit was clean and spacious with a wonderful oceanview of the beach. Check in was quick and easy. There was plenty of parking available in the garage. We were just minutes from Pensacola, Florida! There are plenty of stores and restaurants in the area. We had no complaints.

I am a repeat vacationer to Phoenix condos in Gulf Shores due to the great experience I get a this trip was no different. Condo was in great shape and checking in/out was a breeze. Charlie sent all communications for our condo stay via email and was detailed.

My girlfriends and I book a stay at Phoenix IV every Spring. We’ve stayed in several units and #602 was by far our best experience yet. So much so that I decided to post this review. Phoenix Rentals, LLC and staff were super and the unit was perfectly situated with a great balcony. We’ll definitely be back to #602!

Extremely nice condo. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. Very spacious. Well equipped kitchen.

This is a wonderful place to stay

I booked this vacation very last minute and wound up in this unit because it was the only one available for my dates. I could tell from the photos and other reviews that it would be very nice, but I was so pleasantly surprised by just how much we enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and spacious. I'd never previously stayed at the Phoenix IX, but I will definitely be back. The building was quiet, the elevators were fast, the parking garage was super convenient, and the beach access was quick and easy. It was fantastic to be so close to the water. We enjoyed watching dolphins and rays from the balcony. My kids also really enjoyed the indoor pool (which we had to ourselves basically every time we used it). An added benefit was that the cleaning staff found my AirPods that I accidentally left behind, and Charlie is mailing them back to me. :)

Could not have asked for more. Condo was perfect. We will be back.

Our girls trip experience was another one for books! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this condo and this location. The condo is spacious and well appointed. Really the only issue I had was the mattress on the bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced. It is very old and very uncomfortable. I enjoy having an open balcony and being able to sit out and listen to the waves. The location is just down from the FloraBama and was much less crowded than some area. Will definitely rent here again.

This unit was great! Decorated very nice with a beachy feel. The kitchen was very well equipped, had everything we needed and more. Loved the oversized balcony. Charlie made everything easy and even checked with us after we arrived to make sure everything was okay. We would definitely rent this unit again! Phoenix 9 is a great complex!

Loved the entire stay. Beaches were not crowded. Condo was very spacious and clean. Only problem was the mattress in the master bedroom. The most uncomfortable mattress that I have ever laid on in my entire life. Tried it one night moved to the guest bedroom for the rest of the stay.

It could have used a little TLC on a few items such as a broken lounger on the balcony. The garbage disposal made a horrible noise. There was a false alarm happen & we could hardly hear the alarm from inside the condo. It was only heard in the hallway. Our neighbors weren't even aware it was going off at all.This could have been horrible. Other than these issues, it's a great place to stay.

This place was incredible. Beautifully furnished, well maintained. The patio was awesome and such a short walk to the beach. The condo had every amenity we needed for the week and the owner was great to work with! Will stay there again!!!

Everything was great at this condo. The staff was very friendly and the place was beautiful. I’d highly recommend stay at the Phoenix IX.

Company was great to work with. Staff on site were very friendly. Only two minor issues.. the king bed was noisy when you turned over at night and the master shower appeared to be a little dirty with what looked like mildew build up. Other then that, everything was great! Would definitely stay there again.
