Loved everything about this condo. Security guard came around the pool to check wrist bands very nice guy. Nothing can beat the views from the condo We had 7 people staying in the condo and plenty of room. Would love to stay here again when we return and would recommend others. Emailed the company about a few questions before arriving and got answers within 24hrs. Everything was perfect and everyone was happy. Thanks for the stay.

Favorite Condo to date in GulfShores. Five out of Five Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️That says something after 26+ years of renting in Gulf Shores for our annual beach week. We’ve seen it all. Top Notch- We had a great time. Condo is stunning, stocked kitchen with a lot of space & storage. Great view, nice patio furniture, comfortable beds & linens seem practically new. Condo was very clean & ready when we arrived!! Ice maker very appreciated especially during July 4th week. Kids loved the waterslide! Ikes Beach Rental needs improving but this is no reflection on condo. Front desk not very helpful- parking passes are not available after 5 & check not before 4:30. Don’t dare show up outside their hours. They will make it very clear 9-5 only! Property Management emailed check in & check out instructions, door code which is all you need. Amazing Condo!!! Highly recommend! Grandparents, Adult Kids & our four grandkids (All 10 of us agreed we must come back!) Thank you for renting & sharing your beautiful condo.

Wonderful vacation facility! Six adults, 3 kids - loved the unit, pools and great beach access. Parking garage big enough for our 4 x 4 pickup, which we appreciated.

Fully stocked kitchen. We loved waking up and having our cup of coffee on the balcony and listening to the waves crash in. Condominium’s security officer was curt and seemed to only police certain things at times, most didn’t let him get to them though.

We have been coming to that orange beach/gulf shores area for 10 years. While we have stayed in many nice rentals, this one was the best! The condo was beautiful and was the most well stocked place we have ever stayed in. Anything you could possibly need is available in the kitchen. We will definitely stay here again!

This is the 2nd year in a row that we have rented this unit. It is the perfect configuration for 4 couples with 3 King beds and 2 queens and 3 baths. It is in a great location. The kitchen is well stocked and we used it to cook in one night and several mornings. We loved the ice maker, which was perfect for filling the cooler before heading to the beach. One of the queen beds was very saggy so we slept in the other queen bed. While cleaning and looking under beds before leaving we saw that the bed frame was actually bent and broken. This needs to be fixed for others coming after us. Overall we loved our stay and would rent again without hesitation.

One of the nicest condos I’ve ever stayed in. The ice machine was a huge plus!

It is as advertised...great location, great beach, great amenities--great EVERYTHING! Only complaint was that we had a full house and were a little short on bath towels and hand towels. There were a few things cleaning-wise that could've been a little better...I'd rate it 4.5 stars if I could, but not quite worthy of five. I would certainly recommend this and will be back should we ever choose this destination again.

This is a great condo on the 22nd floor west corner. It has unobstructed views of the beach and gorgeous sunsets. The furnishings are nice and the condo is well maintained and clean. The balcony furniture is sturdy and works well for sitting and eating at the table, but is not so comfortable for reclining and listening to the ocean waves.

We had a great trip. The condo had a beautiful views and was updated and very clean. I highly recommend this condo and hope to stay there in the future.

This was our second visit to Phoenix Gulf Shores condo 2201. We had a great time at the beach and enjoyed both pools and hot tubs.
The kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 children.
We thought it was cleaner last year vs. this year. For example the runner on the dining table had food on it. The dining chairs are warm out and the bar stools and sofa look like they need to be cleaned. The hot water faucet on tub in master bath was loose and hard to turn off. The towel rack in Jack and jill bath was bent. I mention these things only because they need repaired. They had no negative affect on our stay.
We enjoyed the place and would recommend it to others. We would come back!

Of all units and resorts we have stayed, this was by far the most beautiful, cleanest and best equipped of any. The beds were comfortable, every kitchen utensil imaginable, room to spread out, beautiful views, and convenient to everything. It was very quiet, and the air conditioning kept the unit very cool and comfortable. Parking was plentiful. We were even able to obtain a day parking pass for a local friend to visit for a few hours. I highly recommend this unit. It will be our first choice for future vacations to Gulf Shores.

Family trip with 8 adults and a 9-mos old. We enjoyed our stay. Balcony was big and had great views. The outside pool was good for kids. Disappointing size for adults. Unfortunately we were not aware of the Gulf Shores Hangout music Festival when we booked The traffic was horrific! And the beach area was closed to non-ticket holders. Otherwise, we had a good time and would stay here again.

Great condo to stay in for a vacation. Clean, updated and right on the beach. Only compliant I have is the oven took forever to heat up and cook things. We will be back.

The view from the 22nd floor was fabulous and because it was a corner unit, we had spectacular views especially at sunset. The phoenix gulf shores is there in a great location, convenient to everything. The unit was clean and the beds were soooo comfortable! We definitely would stay at this property again!

The location is PERFECT! It is within walking distance to restaurants and shops (less then a mile). If you want to get further than Gulf Shores "downtown" you'll want to bring a vehicle.

The wet bar has every kind of glass you'll need for your drinking pleasures! The ice maker at the wet bar does make a lot of ice and it tends to spill over when you open the door to the ice maker, but we laid a hand towel down to catch the ice and then just folded that up and dumped the ice in the sink. Easy fix!
The unit was super clean, everything worked. There's a full size washer and dryer in the hallway that's easy to operate and worked like they should!
The views aren't even describable. You're up so high and you can see for miles. It's truly amazing!

Beach access is literally right out your back door! The beach area is impeccable and well kept! The pool area is amazing as well. There are plenty of chairs around the pool area, should you want to take a break from the white, powdery sand.

This will be the place I rent going forward and a HUGE reason for that is Michael, the property manager. From my first phone call to make my deposit, to the day we checked out, he was AMAZING!!! He is so patient and kind and so willing to do whatever is necessary to make sure the stay is enjoyable!

I wish I could go on and on about this place. It's THAT awesome! Do yourself a favor and book this place now! You WILL NOT be disappointed!

I honestly don’t even know where to start about this amazing unit! I will say the pictures, while amazing, aren’t able to fully explain just how beautiful this place is! There is not one negative comment that I can make! This is by far the best home away from home I’ve ever been to! When you plan your trip here, you’ll just want to make sure and bring some dish clothes and dish towels. That’s all you’re going to need! The kitchen is FULLY stocked! The wet bar has all kinds of glasses for your drinking enjoyment! The ice maker at the wet bar does make A LOT of ice and it does spill out when you open the door, but we put a small hand towel down to catch the ice and it’s easily picked up and thrown in the sink. This was my best vacation yet and 50% of it was because of this gorgeous condo! Michael, the property manager, was AMAZING! He was so incredibly helpful, so kind and patient! He’s a big part of the reason that this will be my permanent vacation spot when I visit every October!

This corner condo unit was spectacular. The views were outstanding. The large unit was perfect for our family of 10. Everything was clean and well kept. Location on the beach was perfect. Our kids and grandkids LOVED the pool and the slide. They must have gone down the slide 1000 times. All-in-all a great place to stay - the perfect vacation.

The condo was well furnished with a great view of the ocean. I did report the ice maker by the wet bar was not working and never received a responce back. So that was an inconvenience. Instead we had to pay for overpriced ice on the ground floor. Other than the ice issue everything worked and we had a great vacation with friends and family.

This was a beautiful place. We have stayed at several of the Phoenix in orange beach but omg, this one was he best, the new in interior decoration and designs and the view were everything. We felt like we were on a cruise ship viewing the water from just sitting or lying in the bed. Communication was quick also. Entry and check in was convenient.

The beach was just steps away with plenty of space on the walkway. The elevators were fast with very little wait ever - we were amazed about that! The condo has so much to offer with only 82 units instead of the typical 200+.

The unit we rented (ID 1402453) was spectacular for all the vacation needs our group had. The unit was clean throughout, very spacious, and the oceanfront views were perfect. Towels and linens were provided, and the laundry room came in great use for all guests to maintain fresh towels each day. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, bakeware, and a wide variety of small appliances, many were kept in the cupboards for storage and left the counters open for prep space. The ice machine next to the wet-bar was a godsend, great for drinks and to fill a mini cooler to bring to the beach. Opening the halllway closets and in the linen room the unit came with several beach chairs which was a great surprise. In all our group had an excellent vacation getaway and would return to this unit in the future! Very minor things to note if you vacation here is to spot and grab some paper products on your way in like we did. The unit comes with a roll of paper towels and toilet paper in each bathroom; however, remember to grab extra and additional trash bags for your trip!

The condo was all we hoped for and more. The indoor pool was a vacation saver since our weather was bad. The condo was outfitted the best of any we have ever rented. Did not need a thing in the kitchen, which has never happened before. It was just how it looked in the photos. We rented because of the size and the three king beds, it was perfect.

This is the No. 1 place to stay. It was so roomy and had everything you needed plus more. Beds were amazing and comfy. Spotless. It was close to anything you wanted, restaurants, groceries, ice cream, etc.

We enjoyed our first family vacation in this beautiful condo! Everything is top of the line, comfortable beds, beautifully appointed, spacious, great flow, and still cozy and inviting. The view is unparalleled in Gulf Shores and the memories we shared will keep us coming back year after year. This is truly a dream condo and location. Loved every moment and will be back!

We started looking for 4 bedrooms on VRBO. We came across quite a few with Pheonix. The photos were stunning but who knew if it would be as nice not knowing how old the photos were. The only item to keep in mind if you are staying a week you have to buy everything from soap, to trash bags, to a scrubber for your dishes. We would have packed these things versus buying a ton of stuff we needed to haul back. We would absolutely rent this condo again!

What a lovely condo! By far the nicest my family and I have ever stayed in.

The condo is decorated so beautifully, and all of the furniture (sectional, chairs,beds, patio furniture, etc.) is so comfortable. The views from the condo are spectacular, and the condo itself is very spacious, well-maintained, and clean. This is the perfect place for a beach getaway.

The condo has such great (and quick) access to the beach, as well as numerous tasty restaurants. The front desk staff and the rental staff are so friendly and helpful.

My family and I cannot wait to return this fall!

The rental was exactly how it was described! Three of the four bedrooms have amazing views. The entire condo was decorated beautifully with high-end furnishings. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials one might need to cook. It was a bit chilly during our stay so the indoor heated pool and 2 hot tubs worked out well. The condo was right off of the beach with a very short walk. The beach was beautifully kept and everything we hoped it would be.
