Wonderful stay!

The condo itself is wonderful. It was clean, spacious and perfect for our group. The complex and specifically the elevator were another story!! We waited for 45 minutes one day to get from the beach back up to the condo. There were no quick trips to the grocery, beach, etc. Once you leave, you need to plan to be gone a while. One of the reasons we picked this condo was the lazy river and pool - but they are old and not clean. There were not enough pool floats, so bring your own if you want to enjoy the lazy river! Overall, I would not rent again due to the elevator situation and the difficulty of getting in and out of the complex.

This is our 3rd year in 3210! It is a wonderful unit with plenty of room! THe only issue we had was with the hide away bed... we could not figure out how to slide it back and make it back into a couch... so we just left it out all week. Other than that, it was a perfect week!

This is a great unit. It was very spacious and great for entertaining. Often we find rentals to be a bit dirty, but this condo was left in excellent, clean condition.
Only complaints were a lack of some kitchen supplies (was stocked but could be better), and no hooks in any of the bathrooms- silly, but when you’re hanging wet towels and swimsuits daily it was a real pain.

Orange Beach itself was fine- not very walkable, but plenty to keep you occupied on site.

I love Orange Beach and we have been going here for the past 5 years.

Spacious condo. Our family enjoyed our time together... celebrating birthdays and especially the gorgeous sunrises. I would suggest the unit needs some new cookware.

The Penthouse is a grand unit! Everything was neat and clean when we arrived! Immediately we heard from the property manager welcoming us. We o Ly had one small issue with bed linens and that was addressed quickly! This is our second year to stay in this unit and we hope that it will not be our last!

The location and property were very convenient. We enjoyed ourselves and were able to truly relax. Loved the view from the penthouse!! We will be back.

We had a wonderful week with family. The condo gave us lots of room to spread out and visit. The beds were comfy and everyone had their privacy. The kitchen pans and utensils could have been updated and no broom(even after requesting one from property manager). The patio door doesn’t lock. There is a terrace on the property below that was uncomfortable as they can see in our windows—even though on the 32nd floor! The access to the beach was great. The pool needed cleaning. It was sandy and cloudy. That was disappointing as we had children in the pool. Overall the condo was good for our group. No starter pack for dish soap, dishwasher or tissue.

What an amazing condo!! Absolutely breathtaking views from every room. It was clean and well maintained. You have on site parking and it’s conveniently located to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Plus you are right on the beach. I recommend Phoenix Rentals and all of the employees were so helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful views from every room, plenty of seating room for large parties, comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen. However, kitchen could use couple new skillets as the ones there are pretty scratched up. One of the guest rooms has closet door that is broken.

Very comfortable stay. Big enough for 2 families. The views are incredible. However it can get quite windy on the 32nd floor! Luckily we had some calm days to be able to enjoy the outdoor space. The kitchen was well stocked. Could have used some more towels but they do have a laundry. Did take us quite awhile to get our parking pass and a lot of other guests seemed unhappy with the front desk.

The penthouse condo was perfect for our group of 11 and had everything we needed and more. Beautiful view from the spacious balcony. Definitely recommend!

Other than a few very minor inconveniences that we addressed by the rental company our stay was near perfect!!! From the unit itself, the staff of Phoenix West 2, the grounds and absolutely breathtaking views !! We can't wait to go back !!! If you are looking for somewhere to stay that has all of the amenities you want this is the place to go !!!!
