Phoenix Orange Beach 304

We had a wonderful stay in our condo at Phoenix Orange Beach! It was clean, spacious, well decorated, the kitchen was fully equipped for our cooking needs and the property was a hit with everyone! The kids loved the outside pool and the slide! We will be back again!

We stayed here for a Spring Break vacation on Orange Beach. The location was great. The parking garage is convenient because you can park on the 3rd level and be right next to the condo. The condo was nice overall. There were a few little things, but they were small and we didn't call about them. There were a few lights out and the ice machine had a bad smell. But the smell went away when I ran a cleaning cycle and we didn't use it anyway, so we didn't want to mess with having them look at it. Overall very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed it.

It was good, but there was a lot of foot traffic through building and onto beach. These people were non-guests and used garage and building as access to beach. Not that big of a deal but I paid a lot of money to stay. I understand the use for wristbands but there could be a different way for identifying guests. Someone brought garbage and disposed down garbage shoot like they were supposed to. However, garbage bag leaked something sticky all the way down hall. It was on the floor my whole last week.

The condo is beautiful and comfortable. Everything about our stay was perfection. We bought a toaster oven/air fryer combo night one and left it there for whoever stays. Check-In was friendly, fast and easy. I don't think we had one negative thing during our stay.

Orange Beach is our go to for a quick get away. It’s easier for us to get to than Florida. We’ve been many times that last few years. This has been our favorite place to stay! Kids loved the pool. Location was perfect. The property was comfortable and had everything we needed!

This is a large beautiful unit! We had 6 adults and 2 kids. Everyone had their own space. The kitchen is well stocked. Even with a crockpot! We also loved the wet bar with endless amount of ice! The 4th floor was the perfect level to be on. The only negative was the washer wasn’t working.

Loved it and will definitely be back. Condo was clean and well taken care of. Great location to grocery stores and shopping. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Property was exactly as pictured. The third floor location made parking on the third floor really easy to access apartment for the various ages in our group.also made for great people watching (and ocean watching) from the beautiful balcony.

This was our favorite condo we have ever stayed in. Convenient. Nice upgraded condo. Beautiful views and parking is the shortest distance to the garage. We also loved the lazy river. We will definitely stay here again next year. All restaurants are located only a short distance away.

Great location, great property.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was really beautiful. We had 8 adults and 2 kids under 3 yrs. I was never worried about the kids either, the sliding doors to the balcony were heavy enough that the kids wouldn’t be able to open themselves. There was plenty of space. The parents of the little ones brought their pack and play and slept in the master. We ate supper in the condo a couple nights, had a taco night complete with margaritas. The condo had everything we needed to fix any meal. It was clean and well kept. We brought seafood in ( that was already cooked by Lartigue’s down the street) and brought in pizza one night from Rotolo’s across the street. Both were very good!! We ate out a couple times as well, Cosmo’s was a lot of fun- we sat outside and listened to live music and I had the BEST swordfish over grits EVER! Grocery stores were conveniently located right across the street. I would pretty much shop for everything once you got there EXCEPT for the adult beverages, found the prices higher. We would love to go back!!

When You walk in you can tell it was ready to be occupied. It was not only clean but it looked new. The view was great and accommodations were excellent.

Condo was everything the description said. Beautifully decorated, plenty of space, very clean and very well maintained. Manager responded quickly to a question we had regarding property. Location of condo building is centralized to restaurants and attractions. I definitely recommend this location.

Unit was very clean, accurate description of unit. Parked on the same floor as unit, minimal time in elevators. Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, Gulf Shores and Pensacola.

This condo was just what we needed. The condo was large, clean and just as we expected from the pictures. The view was amazing! The close proximity to the grocery store was a plus. We had the beach basically to ourselves as well, which was wonderful. We loved this place so much that we booked again for later this year.

The condo was absolutely beautiful, it was so convenient to park on the same floor as the condo. I would love to stay here again in the future.

Our few days at Orange Beach were great! I would do 5 stars across the board with a couple of bumps in the road. We were not told that the office closed early on Sunday so it took extra time, phone calls and driving to get checked in. Minimal provisions, especially in the kitchen, some that I would consider essentials rather than amenities. Everything well cleaned until we brought out the blender and found someone's leftover margaritas. Overall, it was the best location, very spacious and we would go back anytime.

Opening the door to this beautiful unit made all life’s stress fall away. This spacious unit provided a layout allowing for a comfortable living experience for our 6 guests. Being situated to park on the same level for entry and utilizing the stairs allowed us to feel safe in the middle of the Covid era. The lazy river while fun for the kids was a little stressful when trying to distance from others. We also were told that each three bedroom condo Included two parking spaces but were charged $70 for parking. Overall the property was clean and beautiful and clean and provided a lovely getaway to grab hold of a little bit of normal in such an overwhelming time!

Great condo!! Very spacious we had 9 in our group and we had plenty of space. Comfortable beds!! nice view from balcony. Kids loved the water slide and lazy river!!! Property manager was nice and checked on us during our stay .Can’t wait to stay here again

Very clean unit with easy access to parking on the same level as the condo. We didn’t hardly ever wait for the elevators. Kitchen was well stocked (minus coffee filters) and pretty much had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the views were amazing. Our kids really enjoyed the lazy river and easy access to the beach made quick trips there throughout the day a breeze. Loved the Orange Beach area. Quick access for groceries and supplies. We would definitely stay here again!

We made reservations only 2 weeks before our stay and Cayce at the property management company was so helpful and professional. The property was immaculate, just as beautiful as the pictures. I would definitely recommend the property to a friend, and we will be staying here again soon!

We had a great stay at Phoenix Orange Beach 304. Unit was clean and had a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Location was perfect right off of the parking deck entrance and quick elevators too. Lots of shade available at the pool which is what I wanted. Some reviews complain about not enough pool chairs but we never found that to be an issue even on the holiday weekend. Would definitely recommend and love to stay here again.

We loved the location and building. Size of building was small and not crowded. Location across from grocery store is perfect. The only downside is the outdoor pool is a lazy river and not many lounge chairs. Wish outdoor pool was larger with more chairs. We would stay here again though.

Biggest pro: THE VIEW! It took our breath away when we arrived. We LOVED sitting outside at breakfast and at night seeing the moonlight over the waves. The unit was also extremely clean - furniture felt new and expensive. Dishes & pots and pans were high quality. Beds were very comfortable. The beach in front of the property wasn't too crowded even though we went in peak summer season. The only thing we wished for during our week stay was a place to hang beach towels...maybe a rack in the entryway? But man, this place was a dream. So so so happy with our stay!!

Very nice unit. No communication between staff and owner. Service work came in unannounced with a work order we knew nothing about. But the view and the unit was very nice!
