This is a premium unit and one of the best at Phoenix West!!!
Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and each bedroom. With over 2,600 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished with 3 King Beds!!
The unit is professional decorated with full-size stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, wet bar with ice maker, 46” flat screen HDTV in living room with flat panel TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are 3 bedrooms with King beds and the 4th BR has a Queen bed. There is also a sleeper sofa Queen in the living room should you need more space.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $52 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

We stayed Sunday through Friday. Unit 1801 was the perfect space for our group. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was outstanding. It was also awesome that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Lots of space to hang out and relax. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again!

Rental was clean and well furnished. All the bedrooms were well equipped and comfortable. We had a small issue with the microwave but the maintenance team brought us a new one the next day. Kitchen could use some new knives and pans, but I’m sure they get used regularly. We would stay here again. Great views and right on the beach. Kids loves the lazy river and slide!

Condo was as promised, we had a small internet issue the first day that required a service tech to come out to fix but was don't quickly. There were some small upkeep items with the condo, a small hole in the wall in the master bathroom, some nicks and scraps on the furniture but overall the condo was spacious and comfy.

The room was very nice! Looked just like the pictures! They had switched out the dining room table chairs but left the old ones in hall by doorway so we had to walk around them the entire stay. I did not call about it so maybe they would have removed them. Beautiful condo! Would definitely stay there again!

It was everything we hoped it would be. Very spacious and we loves the huge kitchen, which was well equipped with everything you could need. We had 8 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of room for everyone to relax. The views from the kitchen, living room, and balcony are amazing. Plus each bedroom has a balcony too. We enjoyed the firework shows we could see from the balcony at the Wharf and the Gulf State Park Pier. The lazy river was relaxing and the pools were kept up very well with lots of security guards. Very family friendly atmosphere. I hope we're able to return next July 4th week. I highly recommend this condo to anyone with a big family.

This place is so clean and comfortable. The owners have made it feel so homey. Well stocked for cooking meals (we like to avoid the crowds and stay in and cook each night). We had enough room for everyone to sprawl out and for the kids to run around and play. The views are incredible from this unit. Great stay with family.

The condo was nicely, furnished and laid out quite well. The outdoor space with the views were absolutely amazing. Excellent views of sun rise and sunset. The facility was very clean and maintenance staff was attentive to details to keep facility in good shape. Cayce the owner of the unit was exceptional. He was quite friendly and prompt with our requests. Amazing place at a great price. Can't go wrong with PW1801!

The condo was BEAUTIFUL with all the amenities of home. There were four adult couples and we all had plenty of room. Each couple had their own bathroom, there is a huge den/kitchen area and the balcony was big enough for all of us to stargaze at once. We had Thanksgiving dinner on the balcony!! The table seats 8 comfortably. The manager was courteous and helpful. We would love to come back!!

We had a wonderful time staying at Phoenix West! The staff are very friendly and helpful, the parking makes access to everything a breeze. The facility and rooms are immaculate. And they have plastic shopping carts to make transporting your belongings to and from your vehicle very easy! That was a great touch that all places should have! Thank you for helping make our vacation wonderful!

The room was clean. Two days into the stay I decided to vacuum the floors. The vacuum was stopped up, but I was able to unstop it and vacuum the floors. I have nothing negative to say about the accommodations. Two girls, two son-n-laws, and 4 grandchildren were well pleased and there was plenty of room for all.

Excellent property and amenities. Spacious and comfortable. Minor issues with one of the bedrooms large sleigh bed being, in my opinion, to large for the room and kitchen did not have pot holders or a working can opener. With that being said, our family had a great time and would definitely return here again.

I think this is 4 or 5 years in a row for our family to come to 1801 Phoenix. The accommodations are perfect for our family and the location is great.
The view is fantastic. The weather at our time of the year is not always great but it is better than at home and we can generally walk the beach. And there is always the Outlet Mall. CAyce is the best.

The condo was beautiful. We lacked nothing once we got there except food. One thing that needs to be checked. The outlets would not work in some of the plugd. They could have been set up with the lights which I did not check. One of the lights in the living room had been broken and glued back together which still looked good. A couple of the chairs on the deck needs to be repaired or removed for safety. Other than these minor issues, the condo was tops. Thank you for sharing this wonder home with us. I would rent it again. The sisters.

we had an awesome stay great room with all the space you need closet wise kitchen and pantry which are 3 big things we look for all furniture was very nice and upscale you can tell owner put allot of time and money into this room !!! oh yea largest and most beautiful view off balcony ever !!!! we do plan to be back :)

Our family and extended family had a wonderful time staying at the Phoenix West 1801 in Orange Beach Alabama. The condo was VERY clean, spacious and the furniture arrangement was great! There was a lot of space for everyone to be doing different things and not feel crowded. While not at the beach, we had people coloring, making jewelery, watching tv, napping, cooking, hanging out on the best back deck ever!
