This is the largest condo at Phoenix VI! A beautiful 4br unit with two large balconies overlooking the Gulf!
Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!!
Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.
There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.
Come relax on both spacious 15th Floor balconies with breathtaking views of the gulf or sleep on the large king bed in the master. There is balcony access from the living room and a separate balcony off the master bedroom!!! The 2nd bedroom has a king bed and a twin bed with a twin trundle, the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 4th bedroom has a Queen bed. Also there is are two twin sized days beds with a trundle in the adjoining room from the Living room. We also have another Queen in a room between the master and 2nd bedroom. There is an open upscale kitchen and 4.5 baths and a jacuzzi tub in the master bath!! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Parking: We have a free parking spot in the garage, the front desk will give you a pass upon arrival. For an additional pass you must purchase your parking pass from the front desk, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. You are guaranteed to be able to purchase three parking pass and a maximum of 4 parking passes will be sold with this condo.

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was perfect for the 6 of us. We had so much fun just relaxing and enjoying the beach. The weather was really nice a couple of the days, but we had some rain. We mentioned to the manager about one bed that hadn’t been cleaned, but overall the condo was great. Perfect view from the 15th floor. It is a good location, but was nice to have a vehicle rented

My family and friends had a wonderful stay in this 4 BR/4 BA at Phoenix VI. I was pleasantly surprised by the 2 additional rooms with beds that allowed us to spread out more. Location is great, close to everything Orange Beach has to offer. Unit was clean, had 2 separate balconies, and a well stocked kitchen for meals. Indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool and boardwalk, racquetball courts, tennis and basketball courts all made the resort that much more appealing. This was the perfect unit for a large crowd.

This is our second time at this property and we really like it! The condo is perfect for a large family gathering. My only critique is that the furniture is getting very tired and needs to be replaced. If that were done I'd give 5+ stars for everything.

Nicely located near the trash chute and elevators. It’s in the top floor but never had to wait on an elevator.
Easy beach access and the beach guy was very helpful!

This condo was exactly what our large (13 people) family needed! It's rather hard finding a 4 bedroom condo with enough space for 8 adults and 5 kids but this worked great. We loved the additional 2 little "bedrooms" which were perfect for the kiddos. Each room had its own bathroom, and even an extra half bath near the kitchen. No one was fighting over who was gonna get to use the shower first after the beach.
The kitchen was stocked with utensils/bowls/baking dishes. Almost everything you could need. Plenty of storage for anything you may bring with you, snacks, drinks, etc.
One of the things I loved most about the condo building itself was the ICE machine on the way out to the beach. The fact that we didn't have to get in our car to get ice for our coolers was a MAJOR plus that we didn't even realize in the past.
We had a slight issue with the parking passes as well as an issue with some electrical outlets in the kitchen but it was taken care of in a very timely manner so it was totally fine. We were thankful for that.
Our whole family agreed that we would book this condo again!

We had the best time on our vacation at Orange Beach. The Phoenix VI had a lot to offer for our group of 3 families. The teenagers loved having the ability to hang out at the pool and tennis/basketball courts. The view is unbeatable as well. The unit was extremely clean and large enough to accommodate our families. We often hung out at the giant kitchen bar/island. Several of us enjoyed the peacefulness of the ocean views in the morning. Dolphins played close to the shore every morning and evening! No doubt that we would recommend this place to anyone who asks!

We had 8 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of room for sleeping and eating. Living area and balcony way to small for group this large. The place could have slept 16. The amount of towels were inadequate. There would have been no towels for everyone the first night if condo had been full. We had to wash every day to have enough for every one. We had to buy extra towels to get through two days.

We had a a excellent time at this condo! This is our second year in a row to come here. We have a large group with lots of kids- so the extra space is much needed. The kitchen is huge which works great for multiple families trying to cook. The 4 full bathrooms is also a huge plus for large groups. We had some cold days this year so we definitely utilized the condo more than normal. The indoor pool and hot tubs are a huge plus for the bad weather days. The condo is nicely stocked, but bring your own dish towels and dishrags if you have a big group bc minimal are provided. Clark is great to work with and responds immediately. We had no major concerns during the week. The view is amazing from the 15th floor. Only request I would have is more kid friendly dishes there. Lots of glass dishes so we used a bunch of paper plates/bowls bc we were nervous about our kids breaking dishes on the hard tile floor. We are looking forward to returning for a third year in a row next year!

1505 is a great unit that we enjoyed staying in very much. The only snag we encountered was with the property staff. One of the couples purchased a 5th parking pass by mistake during chech-in, and the staff would not refund the $55. Disappointing that the staff penalized someone for an honest mistake.

Everything was immaculately clean upon arriving. Check in was a breeze. The property manager had been in contact and was able to help us secure the amount of parking passes we needed for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked to cook in. There was plenty of room for our group of 14. The kids loved the pools and our balcony view was amazing! We had a minor a/c issue when we first arrived in which someone was sent out very promptly to fix. The only complaint was that we could have really used a few extra bath towels as we had to wash daily to have enough for everyone. Extra kitchen towels would have been good too. Everything else was top notch and we loved our stay here!

All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The Condo was spacious and soooo comfortable! Would be nice if their were more carts (luggage and shopping) because it was difficult to get everything up to the 15th floor. When we came back from dinner the night we arrived, we saw a lot of carts on the beach level that would have been handy at the main entrance.
Elevators need a good cleaning, smelled like someone urinated on the floor, especially the West elevator.
Were not made aware of Construction on Roof and were woke up several mornings to pounding on the roof. Also had pest control stop by early one morning, which we were not informed of at time of arrival.
Providing a list of items included in the condo's kitchen would be helpful, maybe every one is different, but there was only one garbage bag and no salt, pepper, etc. Covid I guess, but a lot of trips to the store and a lot of items left behind that we could not take or fit in our luggage. A lot of extra expense to provide foil, ziploc bags, TP, Paper Towels, Garbage bags, Dish Soap for sink and dishwasher.

After having to cancel our 2020 beach vacation, we were soooo happy to put our feet in the beautiful white sand! With 6 adults and 4 under 5 kiddos, this unit was absolutely perfect...All 4 bedrooms have their own full bathrooms, plus there are 2 extra spaces (office and sitting room) that are perfect for additional sleeping spaces, and another half bath. We were surprised to find the deck closets were well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, pool floats,etc. We brought all that ourselves but wouldn’t have if we had known. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with any appliance, dishware, etc., you could possibly want—even kid-friendly items! There was also a high chair and a pack-n-play in the unit. We had a great week’s stay and would love to come again!

OUR STAY AT THE PHOENIX VI UNIT 1505 WAS VERY, VERY NICE. THE CONDO WAS JUST AS PORTRAYED ON THE INTERNET. I WAS LEARY SINCE THIS WAS OUR FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH VRBO AND PHOENIX PROPERTIES. THE KITCHEN WAS EQUIPPED WITH EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED. THE SPACE ACCOMMODATED OUR FAMILY OF 12 MORE THAN ADEQUATELY. EVEN HAD BEACH ITEMS THAT WE DIDN'T HAVE TO BUY IN STORAGE ROOM OFF BALCONY. MY SON, WHO IS A PARAPLEGIC HAD TO USE SPA TUB IN MASTER BEDROOM AS THE OTHER BATHROOMS WERE NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR HIS WHEELCHAIR. WE COULDN'T USE THE TRUNDLE BED AS IT NEEDED SOME SMALL REPAIR, BUT,OTHER THAN THOSE SMALL, INSIGNIFICANT ISSUES, WE COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE. LOVED THE LOCATION. We had a great stay at the phoenix VI penthouse unit 1505. Upon arrival, I was so pleased to find it CLEAN and ready to enjoy. It was very well furnished. The view was beautiful and the staff was always friendly and helpful. It also had lots of extra space; our whole family could spread out, and we never felt crowded. I can't stress enough how CLEAN and well maintained it was. I recommend this unit to my friends.The phoenix VI has beautiful clean grounds and swimming pools; it is also located near lots of good city bike paths, restaurants, and shopping.

Enjoyed the visit. The condo was comfortable, roomy, and met the website description. Although outdated in appearance, all was clean, in good shape and nothing was in need of repair. Only suggestion is that more towels per bathroom would have been convenient. Thanks for the nice accommodations.

The condo was awesome, definitely somewhere we will try to rent again. The total accommodations, including pool, beach, resort were excellent.
The only drawback, which had nothing to do with condo, is that there were jelly fish in the golf, so we weren't able to enjoy the water.

We brought our college golf team here from Ohio. We had seven people total. All 5 of our players had their own rooms with plenty of shared living space. The kitchen was perfect for cooking our team dinners. The views were fantastic. We had a small issue with the dryer that was fixed within 24 hours. This will definitely be an option for us in the future
