We started our company in 2008 with 3 properties and have grown our business to what it is today strictly through word of mouth. We have never advertised our property management services. We think this speaks a lot about who we are and what we do. Our commission rates are very competitive and we won’t nickel and dime you with excessive maintenance fees.

We have a full time staff that answers all guest inquiries immediately and we allow our guests the flexibility to book online, through email or over the phone with one of our team members.

We offer personal service ensuring every need of our owners is met. If you have a concern, then we will promptly respond to make sure your property is well taken care of giving you peace of mind. We have contracted 24 hour maintenance on-call to handle all maintenance emergencies. We also have a long list of sub-contractors who offer non-routine maintenance and construction repair services at competitive rates.
