The Phoenix Rentals team takes great pride in our customer and owner satisfaction. We’ve been managing properties on the Alabama Gulf Coast since 2008. The majority of our guests are repeat Phoenix Rentals vacationers. We strive to offer the best rentals at a price every family can afford. We hope that your stay with us will be more than just a vacation, but rather an experience that will offer you memories that will last for many years to come.

What to Expect During your Stay

All of our properties are fully furnished 1-4 bedroom units. Each condo provides the comforts you are accustomed to at home, such as linens, bath towels, a hair dryer, an initial supply of paper products, bath soap, dish detergent and trash liners, a washer and dryer and a fully furnished kitchen.  Each of our properties have something special to offer such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, lazy rivers, splash pads and tennis courts.

All of our properties have keyless entry locks. This keyless system allows entry into your vacation rental through the issue of a code rather than a physical key allowing you direct access to your unit upon your arrival. The code will be sent to you two weeks prior to your stay and you will have the option to customize the code upon arrival. Your code will be unique to you and will remain active only during the duration of your stay.

What is your payment policy?

We accept checks, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. 15% of your total is due at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.  The final amount will automatically charge the card placed on file at the time of reservation.  If the reservation is within 30 days of the stay, then the full amount is due at the time of reservation.  

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are fully refundable less a $100 cancelation fee if canceled at least 30 days before your arrival.  If you cancel on or after the 30 day mark, then you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges.

Are pets allowed?

We welcome our furry friends to our select pet-friendly vacation rentals at Phoenix on the Bay II.  Pets are prohibited at all other vacation properties.

What household items are provided at my rental home?

Your vacation rental is furnished with an initial set up of amenities.  This includes a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, roll of paper towels, trash bag liner for each trash can, packet of dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent, bottle of dish soap, a bar of soap per bathroom and travel sized bottle of shampoo and conditioner per bathroom (amenities are subject to change).  Bath towels and linens are also provided.  Your linens and bath towels will not be refreshed during your stay; however, every unit comes furnished with a washer and dryer.

What should I expect to find in the kitchen and laundry room?

Our kitchens come fully stocked with dish-ware, drink-ware, silverware, cooking and serving utensils, pots and pans, bakeware, utensils, mixing bowls, a coffee maker, blender, crock pot, cutlery, etc.  We do not stock seasonings, oils, salt & pepper, condiments, coffee, sugar, cream, etc. 

What should I bring to the beach?

Our initial setup of amenities will get you through the first night.  We recommend you bring your own personal toiletries with you or purchase them when you arrive.  Make sure to bring sunscreen, beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella (you can also rent chairs and umbrellas on site at all of our properties), beach toys and most importantly your swimsuit!  If your condo has a lazy river, then you can expect complementary lazy river floats for everyone to use located at various spots around the pool deck. 

Do you provide baby equipment such as pack’n plays?

We have a few units where owners have graciously provided these but in general we do not.  We recommend Baby Beach Rentals for all of your baby equipment needs.  They will deliver prior to your arrival and retrieve your rented items after you check out.

Where can I rent beach chairs and an umbrella?

All of our Phoenix condos use Ike's Beach Service for lounger, chair and umbrella rentals on the beach.  You can rent from them during your stay by seeing their attendant located on the beach upon your arrival.  Check their website for the latest rental rates.  If you are staying with us at Turquoise Place then you will rent from the attendant at Perdido Beach Services.  Mustique offers chair reservations from Sunshine Beach Chair Rentals.  Their number is (251) 609-1018.  They request that you call or text to reserve.

Are you allowed to bring your own chairs and can you set up a tent on the beach?

Absolutely!  You can bring your own chairs and umbrella and set-up wherever you please.  You can also set up a tent on the beach; however, you must set your tent up behind all chairs and loungers closer back towards the boardwalk so you do not block the view of others.  ALL beach equipment including toys, chairs, tents, etc must be taken off the beach each evening.

What about parking?

Parking passes are required to park a vehicle at each complex.  These passes are the only fee not including with the price of your stay (this does not apply to Turquoise or Mustique).  For our Phoenix condos, the parking passes can be purchased from the front desk located in the lobby of the building upon arrival.  Unfortunately, you cannot purchase parking passes in advance of your stay.  Parking pass fees vary from complex to complex.  They are generally a one time fee of around $30-$40 per vehicle (subject to change) for the entire duration of your stay.   

Our one bedroom units are allowed to purchase 1 parking pass, our two and three bedroom units are allowed to purchase 2 parking passes and our four bedroom units are allowed to purchase 3 parking passes.  Phoenix West II 3br and 4br guests are allowed to purchase two parking passes.  During peak season (Spring Break, Summer, Fall Break and during festivals like at Phoenix X during Mullet Toss) there are strict policies around parking as our lots are generally at capacity.  We recommend that you rent a condo that accommodates for your parking needs as we do not offer overflow parking and there are very few places to park in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores without risk of towing.


How does check-in work?

All of our condos with the exception of Turquoise Place have key pads on the exterior door.  You will receive an email from us about 5-7 days prior to your stay.  This email will include all of your check-in instructions including your door code and check-in times and a few helpful details about your unit.  You will also have instructions on how to change your door code if you wish to do so.  Check-in is 4:30pm CST.  Upon arrival you will be able to park and go straight into your unit.  Your door code will not work until your check-in time.  


What to expect at check-out?

Check out is at 10am CST.  Your door code will stop working at this time.  We ask that you leave the condo how you generally found it when you arrived.  Please leave beds unmade, pile towels in laundry room or in each bathroom, take out all trash and run the dishwasher.


Is there an age minimum to rent?

 You must be 25 years of age or older to rent a vacation property from us.  When you purchase your parking pass the front desk attendant will ask to see your license.  If you are under the age of 25 and there is no one in your party over the age of 25, then you are at risk of being evicted and forfeiting your entire rent.  


Will we have Wi-Fi?

Wi-Fi is free and easy to use in all of our vacation rentals.  Some of our condos have wi-fi passwords.  You will find your password in your check-in instructions, which will be emailed to you prior to your stay. 


What is your smoking policy?

There is no smoking allowed in any of our condos.  This includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.  Our buildings all have designated smoking areas on the ground floor. 


Do you sell trip insurance?
