HURRICANE SALLY INFORMATION

GULF SHORES & ORANGE BEACH

While our area was heavily affected by Hurricane Sally, our condos were built to withstand hurricanes and they did just that with a few minor exceptions.  Our power to the area has been restored as well as our water.  Our grocery stores and gas stations are open.  The majority of our restaurants are open and operating.  Click here https://www.gulfshores.com/restaurants/ should you wish to check on the status of your favorite restaurant.  Facebook is also a great resource to check on your favorite local businesses to see how they faired the storm.

Our local governments chose to close down our beaches and bridges to local residents only in order to allow time for proper inspections and repairs to be made.  Our community, state and surrounding areas have all come together to help re-build and support one another over these last few weeks and the progress made has been tremendous.  What a year 2020 has been and it is not even over!  We are excited to tell you that our beaches will re-open on October 2nd.  You can check out our facebook page for updated photos and details about Hurricane Sally recovery at https://www.facebook.com/phoenixvacationproperties.

All of our properties will be open when the beaches open on October 2nd with the exception of Phoenix West II, Phoenix X, Mustique and Turquoise Place.  These particular buildings require exterior and common area repairs.  We anticipate completion of all repairs to Phoenix West II, Phoenix X, Mustique and Turquoise Place by November 1st.
