Mustique 301

This condo had almost everything we were looking for. 4 big bedrooms, large kitchen/dining/living room, 2 spacious balconies, great views, clean, and reasonably priced. The microwave wasn't working and manager was out immediately with a replacement. Manager was very responsive. Beach access and shower are perfect. Hot tub and pool weren't too busy. We had an amazing week! The only thing that would keep us from returning is the mattresses. Several of the mattresses/box springs (particularly in the north two bedrooms) are past their life span. They sag and creak loudly when sitting on them or turning over. Our group highly recommends mattresses be updated. (Bunk mattresses were good.) If mattresses were updated, we would be back in a heartbeat! We had a great stay overall.

We love this condo so much as it accommodates our kids and grandkids. We appreciate the warm tones and decor that make it feel like home. We love the amenities offered by the complex and the new boardwalk as well. Would easily recommend it to our friends.

As we were on our way to Gulf Shores, on day of our arrival, our previous reservation (with another reality company) was cancelled due to a water leak that forced our rental to be cancelled. They didn’t have any other properties that could accommodate our amount of guests. I called Phoenix Rentals and spoke with Michael. This property was available but was not on the schedule to be cleaned that day. He worked diligently to ensure that the property would be able to be cleaned and ready by the time we arrived. They were so helpful and accommodating and my family is forever grateful that they helped us when we were in such a mess!

Our family of 10 enjoyed a wonderful week at this condo with plenty of room and great location.

very nice except for all the work being done was noisy

The home was beautiful the first thing that we loved was when you get off the elevator you are at your room. Then we were the only one on that side bc the room goes from the front to the back a balcony in the front and the back. So that was a big plus. The home had more than enough room for our family of 11. The kids room was amazing with the new double bunk beds built into the wall and they had their own bathroom. All the rooms was amazing with their own bathroom and a half bathroom that we barely used. The only problem that we had was we needed more time.

The condo was spacious and nice. The pots need updating and the dryer needs attention. It took 2-3 cycles to dry the clothes. I did have to find a maintenance person to buy another parking pass. He was very professional. Other than that, we loved the condo. The weather was spot on and the beach was clean. I left my bible there accidentally, so I hope it touches other guest souls. Would recommend this condo to a large group.

The condo was in a nice, quiet location. Beach access was great! We had a great week just relaxing on the beach, eating out-no shortage of good restaurants! The weather and the water was perfect. We only had a minor issue at the condo snd it was taken care of promptly. Pools were nice and very clean.

it was perfect, the pictures looked the same as in person, the walk to the beach was easy and quick, the fishing dock behind gave hours of fun to the kids while we grilled, the pool was perfect depth and size to keep an eye on everyone. 3 families, 8 kids, fit perfectly in the rooms. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

Our family loved the unit and would definitely stay here again. Easy access to the beach and grandsons really enjoyed the fishing pier.

Had a blast with the family! 7 adults and 6 young children all fit with plenty of room! Beach was a short walk across the road. Pools (yes 2) were used heavily by our crew. The boat dock was an added bonus. Property manager was friendly and prompt in communication.

Mustique 301 worked out great for our family vacation. Everything was so clean and loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. All the rooms were very spacious, and the view was beautiful. The location is close to the beach and the indoor and outdoor pools at the property were also used often. Check in and check out were very easy and the property management company was very good about communicating before we arrived and making sure everything was OK after we arrived. Highly recommend this property.

Loved the spacious 4 bedroom condo,was perfect for our family. Kids loved having their own bedroom. The front & rear balconies was a real treat, discovering we were the only condo with a large rear balcony made us feel special. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to prepare your meal. I was a little hesitant to book a condo across the road from the beach with small children, but found the walk to be just as close as some condos on the beach side are to the water and traffic was not heavy enough to cause any concern. Only thing our guys were a little disappointed watching the dock being rebuilt this week and having to leave before they were able to fish off it. Good news should be finished by now. Could not give 5 stars on cleanliness, I felt the floors could have been cleaner. Great response from property manager when reported hot tub not heating it was taken care of promptly. Overall we had a great vacation and if it works out would love to book here again next year.

I was there with family and we so enjoyed our stay. The property was beautiful and the view was perfect. Michael,the property manager was a joy to work with. We will definitely go back.

Very spacious—wonderful space for 8 people. Each room had its own bath, which was so convenient. Kitchen nicely stocked—easy to cook at the condo. Nice access to beach.

Mustique 301 is absolutely beautiful!!! Michael the property manager is very attentive to all your needs and keeps you updated! Property was very spacious, we were 8 adults and had plenty of room!! Beds were comfortable and that has not been the case on most of my trips!!! There are two central units to keep all guests comfortable!! Would definitely book this property and use Michael again!

We had 2 families of 10 in total . Kids had their own bedrooms & parents the others . Absolutely fabulous ! Tons of space, very clean! We loved the open kitchen -dining-family room and view of the beach ! It couldn’t be more perfect.

Even though the pool and pier weren't in service, the access to the beach was nice, and the indoor pool was never crowded!

Loved this condo! The west end of Gulf Shores is so much quieter than Orange Beach and this condo was perfect for our family. Plenty of room, beautiful views and easy beach access. Definitely recommend!

Super week at Mustique in unit 301. the unit was very well appointed and had everything we needed for a great vacation. Especially liked the large balcony on the back overlooking the pool area.

Three families stayed together at this lovely condo over spring break. Despite some ugly weather, we had a great week. Beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and a nice view.

We were given two parking passes which worried me, but we were able to access a third, so no problem there. Also some confusion over the access codes, but we got those handled as well.

We all said we'd stay again!

This was a great fit for our mother/daughter trip with plenty of room for the 6 of us. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Elevator was especially helpful for the elder member of our group as well as toting all our luggage up/down. Would definitely stay here again, but be sure to bring paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and laundry detergent as you are only given one set.

This rental did not disappoint! With a family of 6 kids, it is difficult to find a unit that has appropriate bedding arrangements. The three twin beds was the deciding factor for us. We normally stay in gulf front units, but this beat any that we found. So many nice amenities in this property!! Got to meet our rental agent, always helpful, online and off.

6 grownups and 5 kids had a great time. Location is great because your away from large hotels and condos. Yet close to stores, restaurants, etc.
