Welcome to Oasis 1812, formerly known as Phoenix West II, Unit 1812! Relax in this 4-bedroom/4-bathroom, over 2,500 sq. ft. professionally decorated condo that overlooks both the Gulf State Park and the sugar sands of Orange Beach.
The first thing you'll notice in this (technically) north-facing unit are the floor-to-ceiling windows in the bonus living area that showcase the miles of white sand beach to the East. Featuring a 60" HD wall mounted flatscreen TV, this is the perfect location to enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee or let the kids game the night away.
The large north-facing balcony overlooks the miles and miles of the Gulf State Park (and, yes, that is the lighted Ferris wheel at the Wharf you see in the distance). The lush greenery is a perfect complement to the coastal cottage decor.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and a 55" HD wall-mounted flatscreen TV. The master bath features double sinks (including hair dryer), jacuzzi tub, stand-alone shower, and a large walk-in closet.
Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are each furnished with King sized beds, a 55" HD wall mounted flatscreen TV and have their own adjoining bathroom with a single-sink (including hair dryer) and a combo bath/shower.
The 4th bedroom is also furnished with a king-sized bed and a 55" HD wall mounted flatscreen TV but does not have an adjoining bathroom. Tucked in the closet are 2 roll away beds incase little ones accompany you on your couples' retreat. We also have two sofa sleepers in the living room for sleeping up to 12.
Guests also enjoy the full bathroom off the main hallway (that includes a stand-alone shower and access to the full-sized washer and dryer).
The well-stocked kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a wet bar / icemaker. A large dining table (w/seating for 6). as well as 4 bar stools provide plenty of seating options while dining. Beautiful tile throughout (no carpet). Plus the 60" HD flatscreen TV in the living area, internet-connected Blu-ray player, satellite programming, and included high speed WiFi allow you to be as connected as you want to be.
Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.
The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.
For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!
NO SMOKING allowed inside or OUTSIDE the unit. No pets allowed.
Parking: You must purchase parking passes from the front desk upon arrival. Parking passes are $60 per vehicle (a one-time fee that covers your entire stay). Any 4-bedroom unit rented at Oasis guarantees the option to purchase up to two parking passes; the front desk will sell additional passes based upon availability (limited by occupancy of the complex) but, please, do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We had a great time. It was the first family vacation where we all stayed in the same unit. There was ample space, lots of light and we really enjoyed ourselves. The only complaint is the unit floor was dirty and there need to be more elevators but all of the staff, other guests we encountered, we were very happy with!

Overall verygood but... take a look at the picture on this rental. Think that looks out on the ocean? it doesn't. There is a view from a secondary living space but no balcony there. Maybe thats in the fine print on the listing im not sure but I didnt realize it until I arrived. And details matter- Hole in the bathroon wall was semi-patched, a couple of dirty coffee cups and cookie sheet, stain on sheets in one of the bedrooms( not dirty, just an old stain) no batteries in the TV remotes in TWO of the bedrooms (a problem with teens) Lovley place but for the price, I want an ocean view off my deck.

Thank you for your feedback. First and third paragraph of the listing description states it is a North Facing condo and the balcony pics clearly show the tree tops of the beautiful State Park. We apologize for the lack of batteries and dirty cookie sheet, we have maintenance on site every day and would have gladly replaced them for you and washed the coffee cups and cookie sheets. Our team is very quick to handle any issues reported to best accommodate our guests.

We had a fantastic time . The condo was excellent. My only suggestion would to put more supplies in the condo. YES,I know the pre check in email said there would only be a STARTER SET of items . Another roll of paper towels, some more toilet paper and especially a few extra trash bags . Other than that the place was Fantastic.

We enjoyed our stay at 1812. The condo was very clean and spacious. My mom is in a wheelchair and we had no issues her transporting her throughout the condo and in the room. The view was very nice, practically no noise. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend 100%!

We have been frequent visitors to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area for the past 13 years. We vacation there about 2-4 times a year too. This is our first time staying at Phoenix West II and renting from Phoenix Vacation Rentals. The condo was beautifully decorated and the large space was great for our 12 person group. The second living room was perfect for the kids to have their own space & television. We originally booked when the 4th bedroom contained bunk beds, which we planned for the kids. Thankfully we received notice from the rental company months ahead of our stay stating that the owner had switched the bunk beds to a king size bed; however, there would be 2 roll-away beds in the closets if needed. Even though this is not what we had planned, it worked out just as well. I am thankful that the rental company was upfront with the changes to the condo. Julia was even nice enough to bring us a broom mid-stay!
Cons: 1) Phoenix West 2 is packed with people – Beach, parking garage, elevators, pool, lazy river, & gym. That’s no fault of anyone. 2) There was half a blender in the condo, only the bottom. So, no pina coladas for us. 3) Only 1 kitchen towel provided, so make sure you bring extras.

Condo was very well laid out and lots of room for our crew. Plenty of room when we were all together yet spacious enough when we needed some breathing room from each other. Normally we are gulf side so this was a little different but being July 4th weekend it was a GREAT skyline view of all the area fireworks. Would most def rent this unit again.

The condominium was filthy!!! There was food on the floor, glass tables and glass doors had sand and fingerprints all over them, showers had hair in them. Beds were horrible! We had 4 couples who went and choose this specific condo b/c it had 4 rooms with king size beds in all the rooms. The mattresses were so used they had huge indentions and terribly uncomfortable!!! Also, the wait for the elevators was awful. There are 6 elevators to service 32 floors with 358 units. It was not unusual to have to spend 30+ minutes waiting on an elevator.

The owner did a wonderful job of making this unit stand out from the rest. The kitchen, bar and bathroom vanities were beautifully done! The space is huge and plenty of room for a large family. The Gulf view from the floor to ceiling windows off the entry is beautiful, as is the Gulf State Park View from the balcony. Some of the amenities by the management company could be better. Low linen/bedding options, extra blanket in the master needs to be laundered (smelled like dog), super cheap bar soap in the bathrooms, no hand soap in the kitchen, not enough towels for an extended stay of more than a night or two. The sofa in the entry needs to be replaced, as springs are popping up making it very uncomfortable to sit on, and that is the only place to see the ocean in the apartment, pillows on living room sectional are completely flat and useless. Some minor maintenance issues that can be easily fixed such as loose toilet paper holder in master and loose faucets. Kitchen faucet is also broken. All in, it’s a gorgeous place that would be great for 4 couples, families, or a girls’/boys’ trip. Just needs a little more attention to a few minor issues and it would be great!

I don't think all of the condos are like this with the two living spaces. We loved having that with 1 room for the kids to hang and the other room for the adults. This unit also had a great view of the beach that we weren't expecting because it's not beach front but you don't miss it at all because the view is still right there out the window just like the picture. The kitchen and den and general theme in this condo is really cool and all upgraded. Oh and the fans were so neat. The owner of this place must be a building contractor or something. Phoenix West II was nice as well. We loved the indoor pool. Our kids were swimming outside but it was still too cold for us but the indoor pool was nice and warm. Great place all in all.

The perfectly located unit was very large, well equipped, and beautifully decorated. One issue was the fact that it was not clean beyond the surface. The sectional in the main living area had food in and under it. The gas cooktop and oven as well as the kitchen drawers were filthy. In addition, the mattress in the master bedroom sinks horribly in the middle and left us with aching backs at the end of the week. I hope it is replaced soon. Having the second living space at the entrance to the unit was fantastic and afforded the guys their own space for watching sports, but they wanted more comfortable seating. The top bunk in the first guest room was dangerous for younger children because the mattress exceeds the recommended height based upon the rail height.

Nice to have 4 king beds , be aware that 4th bedroom does not have access to 4th bathroom , it is located far down the hall. Modern decor, no beach theme. Overall nice property that I would recommend.

Had a wonderful time. Four couples met for an adult only birthday celebration and the accommodations were perfect. Online pics were spot on. Plenty of room and everyone especially loved the 4 king beds. Phoenix West II had a little bit of everything. Indoor & outdoor pool, hot tubs, convenient beach access and location. Would definitely recommend 1812 especially for multiple couples because it is hard to find four rooms with king or queen beds. Was a little worried about the view because it isn't facing the beach but actual view was fine while enjoying the patio. Mgmt even allowed us early access because room was ready. Will definitely be back!

We wee disappointed. Condo has not been maintained very well since we wee there in 2017. Very spacious, but chair broken at table, dishwasher was coming apart, Jacuzzi tub shot black stuff out when we tried to use it. Showers did not drain well and ice maker in fridge was not working properly. Water and ice went everywhere when you tried to use it from front dispenser. It was not as clean as before.

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West 1812. This unit is huge with very nice furnishings. We had a bed that the slats would fall, batteries in TV remotes and ceiling fans were low or out and the washer made the worst noise while agitating. We worked around the issues and enjoyed our stay.

This condo is huge! And beautiful! The pictures really don't do it justice. The only real ocean view is through the huge windows in the bonus room but we didn't even miss it! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is very spacious! Plenty of storage room for all of the stuff we brought. The security guards and lobby staff were beyond friendly and will it help. The pools, hot tubs and splash pad were beyond awesome and even better than we could imagine! They got a little crowded during the day so I would recommend going in the morning or early evening, we went after dark a couple times and had a blast playing with the kids! The beach is perfect with plenty of seashells for the kids to hunt. There were a couple of cleaning issues like the windows and soap dishes and the fixtures were a little dusty. Some visible wear and tear on the couch and fridge but that's to be expected. We all left saying we want to do this exact vacation again! In the same exact spot!!!

The 4 bedroom 4 bathroom condo my group stayed in was amazing. It was SO spacious! More spacious than the pictures show. We loved Phoenix West II, and all that is has to offer. Our condo was stocked well. Plenty of extra blankets! It was comfortable and easily held our group with no issues. No, there is not a beach view, but because our entire group had already been to the beach once over the summer, we didn't mind sacrificing the ocean view for this stay. We can't wait to go again!

This was a gorgeous well-appointed condo, but the only gulf view is from the bonus room pictured. The balcony overlooks an RV park. The building itself is gulf front, and has lots of amenities, so if you're not there for the view, this is a great condo, featuring four king beds and four baths. One of the baths is in a common area and not attached to a bedroom. The description states that the condo is not gulf front: "This is a north facing unit but has incredible views of the gulf from the bonus entertainment area.... Relax in the bonus room with great Ocean views!"

We had 3 generations on our vacation. Loved the multiple gathering areas for that purpose! The condo was lovely and comfortable and the location was great! Everyone enjoyed the well managed beach and pools. Would highly recommend. During peek elevator time, get on no matter where it's going! Only a problem once.

The condo is spacious and we had lots of room. The only negative was the glass tables not being child friendly. Also was a bit disappointed about the view from balcony. It was the top of, I assume, the parking garage. I either was so intent on the sleeping space and failed to notice the balcony had no ocean view or the website is deceiving. All in all it was a good vacation.

We have been taking family vacations yearly and this condo was absolutely perfect for our family consisting of two newlywed couples and my son and his two daughters and of course mom and dad. Having 4 king beds and the added bunk beds was absolutely perfect and provided perfect sleeping conditions. This upscale unit was decorated beautifully and had lots of extras. There were a couple of downfalls with the actual condo building, one being parking. I would think that a pass would be provided for each bedroom. We came from different directions so doubling up in vehicles was an issue and the parking deck was packed! The other was the elevator wait, at "peak" times during the day we waited at least 15 minutes for the elevator. Also we rented through VRBO so the desk help was very clear that we were pretty much on our own when we checked in, any questions would need to be directed to Casey.
However we enjoyed our stay in the beautiful unit and would definitely recommend Phoenix West.

Once per year we go as a family to the beach for 1 week. We had a great time the condo was roomy and comfortable. The mattresses could be better. The kitchen was well stocked but the frying pans were in bad shape
