Oasis 405

Beautiful condo, 405, at the Oasis. Had everything we needed. You’d never have to leave the Oasis unless you just wanted to. Pools are gorgeous and the lazy river was awesome! The complex was clean and well maintained.

The condo, complex, and stay was overall good. It was clean and check in was a breeze. A few things that could've made it better were better stocked items (particularly, just some a few starter items like an extra trash bag and a few kpods to get us started before going to the store) and a few updates. The master bedroom mattress was noisy, as was the A/C unit- sounds picky, but it woke me up every time it clicked on.
In addition, 4:30 check-in time is super late, and having to pay $45 for parking is wild to me. You spend all the money on the condo but that doesn't include a parking space?
Not a bad condo at all, but I don't think I'd stay here again.

Enjoyed this unit (especially the couches--don't usually get that much seating or comfy seating in traditional beach condos sometimes), loved the 4th floor and the communication was great too! The unit had a few minor issues- floors could have been cleaner, found a few sunflower seeds laying around, plus one lamp wouldn't work. However, these didn't take away from the overall quality of the unit. It was nice. My largest complaint is the beach access. Too many chair and umbrella rentals force you to either rent or hike down to the far end of the beach for your own private use. It was a deterrent for me and I will reconsider a more private area for future vacations. I would however recommend this property for families with younger children

My family found Phoenix West II, unit 405 to be very comfortable and family friendly. We enjoyed quick access to the beach and pools. The property manager Julia was very responsive to anything we needed help with.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at 405 Phoenix West II. The condo was exactly as described and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with necessary items, and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Very smooth and great accommodations.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well appointed and in a great location. We have no complaints about the rental management company, which made everything easy. We do have some complaints about the property itself, and these issues will likely ensure that we do not return to Phoenix West II. The property has very limited cell reception, which was problematic during our stay. There are not enough elevators for all the guests. Finally, the pool was smaller than I would have hoped, and it was very cloudy/dirty for the first several days of our trip. Someone should be maintaining it daily.

Julia Ayers with Phoenix Rentals was very efficient and patient. She responded to all my questions quickly. The only issue that we had a problem with was limited parking. We were told that we'd have to park one of our vehicles off site. With our planned schedule that would not work. After the first night's stay we were allowed to get an extra parking pass. I would have this confirmed before booking again. That was the only stress of the trip. Condo and location were perfect. Spent a lot of time on the balcony. WiFi was weak, but manageable. Many great memories of our stay.

Condo well decorated & furnished with kitchen utensils. Everything worked.

We only stayed 3 nights but the accomodations were very good at Phoenix West II & the Condo was very nice.

We truly enjoyed our time at the Phoenix West 11 and hopefully can return again. Enjoyed our condo and would reserve it again. The only thing we found that could be improved on is the dryer which seemed to take forever to dry. The sofas in the living area could use some cleaning or replacement. Other then that everything was wonderful. Would rent 405 unit again
