Overall, we had a very good experience and I would recommend to others, but read the reviews so you know what to expect. The pictures were exactly as to be expected the view was 15/10. We came from Minnesota and the ocean and pool were all we wanted. We were very disappointed that the indoor pool was closed and we were only notified 2 days prior in the check in email we received. (However, I will say the check in email WAS very detailed and was exactly what we needed for the stay) When I reached out to Julia she offered a few alternatives, but we ended up staying at the original offer because we wanted the lazy river. The indoor pool was advertised as heated and good for the cooler weather which would have been nice since the outdoor options are not heated. I would also note that in the description of the property it talks about the onsite bar/cafe, they do close for the off season. The food was as you would expect (5/10 IMO) but convenient enough that it was nice it was an option but they closed the day we left (Nov 3) We had to pack our own beach towels (again, we were told, but using carry on only it would be nice if those were provided) Reading other reviews, I can see how parking could be a pain in the busy season of summer, but we had a very great experience and we were able to park on the 4th floor parking ramp which went directly to the 4th floor where the rental is. 4 bathrooms/3 bedrooms there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and get ready/shower, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. Very clean except for the white couches, but.... you can only keep those clean for so long! The "arcade" picture is probably the only one that looks like it was taken long ago, the room/games is worn out but again, the kids enjoyed them for what they were!

Everything was perfect except for the hot tubs not working... that's one of my kids' fave parts of vacay and they were disappointed.

This was the best condo we have ever stayed in. Julia was great either way communication. My husband and I along with our 2 adult daughters and their husbands and our grandchildren stayed for a week. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations. The only thing I would ask is to add pot holders and more than 1 dish rag and 1 dish towel in the kitchen! The washer and dryer was a huge bonus for bringing clean clothes back home.

The condo was perfect for my family. It was spacious and we loved the ice machine.

This condo was beautiful! So big and decorated so nicely! The pools are all amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was very spacious. It was more room than we needed, but we wanted to be able to move around freely and not feel cramped. Beautifully decorated with up to date furnishings. Over all appearance was clean, but there were Fruit Loops underneath one of the couches and the top insert covering to a deodorant container lying behind the master bathroom door.
