The location was perfect. It was clean and spacious. We loved the balcony and the view.

This is a great condo. The furnishings and decor could use some updating but overall a great rental.

The condo was wonderful! Has more than everything that we needed. The dog parks were awesome although the price for that could be a bit cheaper but worth it. This was first times we stayed on the bay and we were pleasantly surprised!! View is even better than being right on the ocean. Will definitely go back to this specific condo! Loved it!!

We love POB II and this unit is in the perfect spot. There were plenty of towels and the unit was clean. The only issue we had was the Nest thermostat which was pre-programmed/locked and we could not change the temp. The rental company is always friendly and accommodating. Great place to stay.

Great experience we planned a quick family trip to the beach and this place was great. We loved that we could bring our dogs and how accommodating they were with the fenced in dog areas. The place was very clean and nice. Plenty of good restaurants close by. Definitely would recommend.

The condo was clean and had a beautiful view! We had several seafood dinners right on the balcony!

Property description was accurate with beautiful balcony views of the bay and boats. Very comfortable for our little furry baby as well. Not far for Flora Bama, groceries stores and restaurants.

It was wonderful. The pictures don't really do the condo justice. Alot nicer than the pictures looked. Having our pups with us was wonderful and the condo was so pet friendly with a fenced in area for them. The lazy river was so relaxing and our kids loved the slide. Wonderful condo and would stay again. I would just suggest offering a Keruig.

Great unit located close to elevator on 6th floor. Condo was very nice with everything you would need. Loved that we were able to take our small pup. Great view of the bay. We will definitely rent here again!

Process of renting this condo was easy. The only thing I would say is all the bracelets for the pool were not given to us when I got there. My daughter and son in law came the next day and they gave them trouble and I had to go down and explain and we had to wait about 15 min. for the person to walk from the pier to the front desk. I was not told there would be an additional $100 charge for my dog when I got to the condo for the HOA until after I was charged the condo fee. Just that there is $100 fee to the owner. The additional charge is for a leash for my dog so they can recognize that we paid. The $100 was credited once the leash is returned. The location of the condo being close to everything was good. The balcony view was beautiful. Location of room is far from garage which was a long walk to room, but close to another elevator that brought you to the bottom floor where the dog yard was, close to the walk to pier and pool which made it easy. Condo was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Had extra pillows but no pillow cases. Had extra clean sheets and pillow cases for the sofa if needed. Ice maker was handy but need to plug in when you get there and unplug and emptied when leaving. Blow dryers were hanging on cabinet door not in draw which I did not realize until last day. Condo was bigger than appeared in pictures, it was comfortable. Would recommend to friends.

First time I have stayed on the bay and not on the beach, and I can say that it was definitely worth it. It is not far at all from the public beach access points, and the location makes it very quiet and peaceful. The kids loved the lazy river and pool. Great place to barbecue. The unit was very comfortable for all of our guests. Furniture was a little outdated but by no means made our stay unenjoyable. Property manager was very communicative and helped us with anything we needed. We would definitely come back to this unit again.

We visit POB 2 often and this is one of our favorite units! Great balcony view!

My family and I enjoyed our four night stay at Phoenix on the Bay 2. The unit we stayed on was clean and we enjoyed the lazy river. If I had any suggestions about the unit we stayed in it would be to update the comforters in both bedrooms and get a new mattress in the guest bedroom. The guest mattress is where our two sons stayed and it was not comfortable at all. They can sleep on just about anything, but the mattress needs attention. The kitchen had a decent amount of utensils and pots/pans, but could use more of the basic utensils and some more cookware. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the condo is too nice not to update the mattress and both beddings in the bedrooms.

Facility was good. The view was very nice, especially for the 4th of July weekend. The spare bedroom bedding needs to be improved as the mattress and pillows were not very good. Also, need to have more than one roll of paper towels, dish washer soap and two rolls of toilet paper for a full week stay. Overall really liked it and would come back.

This condo is so perfect. Location is quiet. Stunning marina views and gulf. Everything inside was just a dream. Perfectly stocked. Love love the decor! Gulf shores experience 100 percent.

Our condo was comfortable, however, I feel the mattresses on the beds should be upgraded in the near future. We will keep this complex on our list of places we want to stay in while vacationing in OB.

She interacted with our grandchildren from her post. They absolutely loved her. She needs a raise! The ladies cleaning the compound do and outstanding job making sure elevator and surrounding areas are clean and smells nice. Also used the bbq pits and actually saw one of the cleaning ladies take her time and use elbow grease to scrub making sure they were clean. Having a few more carts on each floor would be nice not to make so many trips back and forth to unpack and pack vehicle. It’s definitely a long walk. Would be nice to have a loading and unloading area (besides parking garage) to be able to use the back elevator for “seniors”. Overall, another fun time.

Low traffic even for Memorial Day Weekend. Condo was clean and love the pool. Looked to be a well maintained property. Our only complaint was the beds were very unconformable. Convenient for our pet.

Great place. Park on the 6th floor. Use the shopping cart for groceries. Lazy river made the pool. Remember to bring toiletries like toilet paper and paper towels. You can pack light with the washer and dryer in the condo. A fun place to relax.

The condo is tastefully decorated with plenty of room. Beautiful view of the bay and the gulf in the distance. Location is very good....close to everything. Enjoyed being able to bring our "fur baby". The ONLY negative is that it is a long walk from the parking garage (which we loved) to this unit but well worth the walk. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time staying at Phoenix on the Bay II in this gorgeous unit. It was well stocked, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing view! My mom, best friend, and furbaby could not have found a better place to celebrate my birthday weekend. Thank you so much for allowing pets in your condo, my girl loved every second of her trip, she is still recovering from being so tired after playing non-stop in the water. ;) We will be making plans for our next trip down. I went down with my husband and best friend and we both brought our children. We had plenty of room and the condo was wonderful, very clean and the view is breath-taking! The kids loved the lazy river and slide! We even found a tiny beach close to the boats. It was the perfect family oriented place, we will definitely be back!

We recently stayed at this unit with our 3 children ages 14, 10, and 4. The unit was clean, spacious, great views, and had everything we needed. They even checked in mid stay. Laundry in the unit was wonderful and helpful with all the beach sand. The location was great and quiet, but the biggest plus was the lazy river and pool. It was incredibly hot and humid, and the pool was a savior for our kids. well maintained. we will be back someday!

We had a nice time staying at this condo. The layout was great and furnished nicely. Our grandsons loved the lazy river and water slide. The property is very well maintained. However, this is the first condo we've stayed in the 5 years we have been going on beach trips with our grandsons that I had to purchase basics like toilet paper (just 1 roll per bathroom for a week was not enough), dish soap and detergent. Also in the past we've had access to beach toys and towels that the owner provided or was left by previous renters (which was nice to have as it is inconvenient to travel by plane and pack these type of items). Also the kitchen was lacking a large pot for a shrimp boil and I had to use 2 skillets instead.

My father's birthday and father's day was amazing as the family stayed in this very nice and comfy condo. The place is amazing and we loved the relaxing in the lazy river and the balcony view. We will be back. The owners are very nice to work with as well.
