Gulf Shores never fails to impress me, but this trip was special. We had some beautiful sunsets and found a few new seafood spots within walking distance. It was a great trip, the condo was perfect, the beach was awesome.

Would recommend this great place for anyone. Great location! Great view! Very professional management that was tremendously helpful.

The unit was perfect for our group. 6 adults, 3 kids. Plenty of space to relax and for the kids to play, they loved the bunk room! The unit was clean and perfectly located.

Booking and having questions answered could not have been easier! Michael is an amazing host! The condo decor and furnishings were beautiful and thoughtful. Kitchen has quality cookware/bakeware, and plenty of dishes, utensils, and serving pieces. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and very comfortably slept our group of 11 and the 3 baths were perfect. The condo was clean upon arrival, there were even extra fans in bedrooms for our hotter sleepers, and beds were comfortable! Extra blankets were available for our cooler sleepers, along with pillows. We loved the pool area, although the slide was unavailable due to maintenance, loved the ease of beach access, and location. Plenty of parking, plenty of carts/ baskets , and quick elevators made check in/out a breeze!!! Every employee we encounter was friendly, kind, and answered any questions. We loved having coffee on the balcony and watching the waves. One of our young adults left a wallet accidentally and we were quickly notified by housekeeping staff and able to retrieve it. Customer Service was excellent and I’m already looking forward to planning our next family trip! Thank you Michael and Phoenix for a lovely week!!!

Great beach location and tons of room for the 11 people we had staying there. Place was very clean. Only complaint is no cleaning supplies supplied at all. No dish clothes or dish towels supplied, also no bathroom cleaning supplies. Wish we knew that before we got there as we could have brought some.

Unit was huge- 4 bedroom to accommodate me and my family. Sunrises on the balcony were spectacular. kids and grandkids spent all of their time on the beach (direct access) or heated pool. unit itself was very nice and spacious. modern facility. stay went off without a problem. doesn't get a whole lot better than this!

Great stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Condo was nice. View was great. Sat out on the balcony a lot. Kids loved the pools. We all had a great time.

A minor few outlets to plug in things did not work but could work out what was needed just fine. Dryer took a long time to dry things.
The floor could have been cleaner. I imagine it’s hard with sand but could not walk barefoot without getting bottoms of feet dirty. The vacuum cleaner there did not work well. Just a suggestion to get a stronger vacuum. Also maybe have cleaning products such as a broom, dust pan, and mop for people to be able to sweep up what they track in. We only had an old broom that didn’t sweep well.

The sliding door lock to go on the balcony was broken. With several small children and their safety, I messaged the mgt and they responded right away to put a maintenance ticket to get it fixed. It was noted it was the property’s responsibility to fix it. We stayed a week. Not sure if it was fixed after we left.

However, with the few things mentioned above, overall the condo was nice. It was a nice place and big enough place to be comfortable for 15 people (10 off which were kids). The kids had plenty of room to play. Again, they loved the pools. Being right in the beach was great.
We would stay again.

We stayed with my husband's family - 6 adults and three kids. This condo was perfection. We never felt cramped. The table was large and great for breakfast every day. The couch was SO comfy and all three bathrooms were spacious. We LOVED it there and had the best week. Parking was easy and convenient. The pool was fabulous - everyone loved the slide. We never waited more than a minute or two for the elevator.

Perfect location and the unit was comfortable for our family vacation! Everyone felt at home and enjoyed everything that was available.

Our family enjoyed this 4-bedroom condo. It has all we need for vacation. 4 elevators meant short wait times.

A clean, well appointed room. Spacious rooms with amazing views.
4 elevators seemed to make for short wait times to the pool, beach and parking deck. Good lighting elsewhere on the property with frequent security checks throughout the premises. Our sliding exterior door to the beachside balcony was very difficult to open. Only 2 people in our party of 10 could open or close the door. A maintenance man checked with us to see if the door was repaired, but no action followed to correct the situation. Our only complaint.

Unit was very clean and updated. Spacious throughout the condo inside and out. Two great highlights -individual ice maker and having the garbage chute right outside the front door. The only negative was the sliding glass doors were extremely difficult to open and close.

We loved our stay here. We had 4 adults and 6 kids, plenty of space. The indoor pool was great to have when the weather prevented us from being on the beach. Nothing better than falling to sleep to the sound of crashing waves!

This was a great vacation rental, condo was very nice and clean, the view is amazing, beautiful sunrises from the luxury of the couch or balcony, property was awesome, kids loved the pool and tennis courts and the property staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

The location was great. The view was great. The pool was awesome! But the condo was lacking. When we arrived it was pretty dirty. One bed..when the coverlet was pulled back to get in the sheets, was full of sand. Other comforters were covered in stains. The furniture was pretty grungy/dirty. Pots and pans were dirty, probably because the dishwasher wasn’t good. The dryer took hours to dry a load of clothes. There were 0 blankets and extra sheets..and I mean absolutely 0. The door knobs were very difficult to lock/unlock. We expected more for $8000 for a week! Very disappointing!!

This condo is really nice. But it could use some new mattresses. Everything else was wonderful.

Great unit. Easy to check in and out. Everything was nice. Kids loved the pools and the gym was awesome. Beds were noisey but comfortable. Would rent this unit again.

Rental experience was good. Checking in and gaining access was easy. The rental was fairly clean but the living area furniture is worn. If you're planning to cook, the kitchen is not very well equipped...pots and pans are old and well used, no kitchen towels or towel racks, and most knives are dull. Bathrooms are okay, but showers could be cleaner. Master bath jet tub spewed black out of the nozzles when turned on, so it wasn't used. All but one bed was VERY noisy...not sure if this was from mattress wrap or what, but VERY annoying. Otherwise the view was nice, pools were nice and easy access to the beach. Condo was not equipped with any toys, floats, boogey boards, games, or many creature comforts like many smaller units are, so bring anything you might need, or plan to buy it during your stay. Parking was easy and kids loved the slide in the pool. Location is just close enough to a few things like the hangout to walk too, but it's a bit of a hike.

This condo was great. It was very clean and spacey. If you’re looking for a good place to stay right on the beach, I could not recommend this place more. The owner was also very helpful and got back to me very quickly.

We had a mother/daughter/cousin long weekend and had a great time. The location and views are amazing! The condo is very nice. Beds in double rooms squeak pretty bad getting in and out but are comfortable. The only recommendation I would make is to put a handicap bar in one of the showers. But other than that we had a great time

The views with floor to ceiling windows are phenomenal. Condo is nicely decorated, had everything we needed. Pools were good, beach was fantastic.The only complaints are the beds in a few of the rooms, including the master, were old and uncomfortable and noisy. Also two of the rooms had sand in the sheets on the first night, so we were compelled to wash all the sheets ourselves.

Had a wonderful time. The condo was beautiful and spacious with several windows that gave us multiple beach views. The only complaint we have were the beds. Three out of four bedrooms had terrible mattresses that squeaked so loud when you laid down it would wake the dead. They were comfortable, you just couldn’t turn over without fear of waking everyone else.

PROS: Nice condo and location. The ice maker in the mini bar was great to have! Pools were nice, but the hot tubs were closed. The parking garage was good even though you have to pay $35 per car/trip. CONS: There was still a lot of sand in the unit, so cleaning could be better. The stove took 30 minutes to heat to 350 degrees and one of the burners didn't work. The wifi was fair, it kept cutting out.

The building location is perfect- just walk by the pools and out onto the beach. Within a short drive are grocery stores and restaurants. (Note that traffic can be quite bad at various times).

The condo is a corner unit with views of the Gulf and beach in the direction of Orange Beach. The condo is spacious and nicely furnished. It's quiet except when someone in the unit above moves a heavy chair across their tile floor. (Just a suggestion- chairs on tile floors in all units should have padded feet).

We had 2 minor issues with the condo and I emailed the agent and she responded promptly and fully took care of; and this was on a Sunday morning.

The facility pools are very nice, parking is excellent, and beach access via a walkway is perfect.

Very relaxing! Loved waking up to the Gulf every morning! We will be back!

We had a wonderful time here. We stayed here with my father, brother in law and my sister and our 4 kids and we all had plenty of room. The kids loved the waterslide. The beach was very close so coming and going to go to the restroom, grab lunch, more sunscreen, etc was very easy to do. Gulf Shores had some new places to eat since we were last there and they were all great. We really didn't have to go very far to get a great meal each day. We hope to stay here again and will be back soon.
