Phoenix Gulf Shores 1704

We had a wonderful stay! The views were amazing, the condos layout and ample seating was great. The beach was right out front so it was easy to get to, along with shops and delicious restaurants! The only negative was that the outdoor pool was very cold during our stay. Other than that, everything was great!

We were a bit worried about staying on the 17th floor but the unit had a great view. Overall stay was good. the unit does need a new master bedroom dresser - pulls are broken. The kitchen had the majority of items you need to cook with. Could use some tupperware/storage containers, and dish clothes. Unit was clean except floors needed a good scrubbing. Unit needs mop and vaccuum.

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations! The unit was extremely clean, spacious, nicely decorated and very welcoming The view of the ocean and the area were spectacular. The condo's location was superb, making it easy to access restaurants and shopping. The pools were clean and well maintained with plenty of sun loungers. The pictures do not do it justice. We have rented many condos but this is by far the best and we will defiantly stay here again! Thanks so much

The views are incredible!! Location is a bit further down away from things than we would have liked. The chair in the corner by the window has a broken leg, luckily we noticed before anyone sat on it and was injured. The bedroom with the window to the hallway only has a thin curtain so the hallway light lights up the room all night and we had to put a blanket up to block the light. The rooms do not have good clothing storage, very limited hangers in the closets and the "dressers" are more like TV stands than good places to store a weeks worth of clothes, so we had to live out of suitcases. The room we had last year had large dressers in all rooms. There were also a few stains on some of the pillows, pillowcases and bedding and could use replacing. Overall a great stay

We normally go to PCB every year. We wanted a change. We had a blast. The condo unit was perfect. No complaints at all. Everything was as advertised. We will definitely be back.

Loved the condo & the property. It is a smaller overall complex than some of the other Phoenix locations which can be a plus because there are less people. Location is good. Small grocery located across the street which is good for those items you forget.

Overall the condo met our family needs specifically in being very spacious with a fabulous view! The beds were comfortable and ample balcony seating for our group of 6 adults and one child.

Upon arrival we noticed the floors were quite dirty. After informing management, the cleaning crew returned the next day to address along with replacing a missing frig shelf. We were not able to stream TV, which only came into play because of two rainy days inside, otherwise we wouldn't have cared.

While there was lots of glassware, there were no cutting boards or a basic paring knife. Plastic, covered cups would have been nice for the beach/pool.

We would have also liked some plastic hangers in the closets and suggest several hooks be added in the hallway which would help guests leave sandy, damp towels/jackets at the door. The bathrooms need hooks as well. The laundry worked well and came in very handy. A better mop in the unite might encourage people to use;) The furniture was a little used, as is often the case in condos. A good upholstery spot cleaner would do wonders. However the swivel rockers were greatly enjoyed and we embraced the bright blue paint as adding "beach" vibe.

As for outside, the pool at this property was a disappointment. It was always shaded and the water very cold. The indoor pool was closed during poor weather defeating the purpose of an indoor pool. On a positive and more important note, the ease of getting to the beach was great. The condo is located right on the beach with minimal walking making it easy to return to building for bathrooms or unit when you forget something.

If you want to stay in Gulf Shores, this condo should be considered. We found ourselves often heading east toward the state Park and Orange Beach restaurants, so we would likely look more that direction. Completely amazing! Clean, modern, relatively well kept (oven, dryer, fridge needed fixing). But amazing views! All the staff were wonderful! Security so nice! The kids loved it too! To all those worried about kids and security, they were fine! If your kids follow basic safety rules there won’t be a problem! Fantastic beach! Only small complaint, manager emailed during stay but didn’t respond to anything during this time even though he ( Michael roberts) said he could be reached by email or phone. Thankfully there was nothing too major we couldn’t figure out.

Phoenix Gulf Shores was a beautiful awesome place! The only issue we had was a light flickering in 1 of the bathrooms in 1 condo and the other condo they had a problem with the ice maker in the refrig. I would highly recommend and I would stay there again.

Very spacious condo space for our 10 family members. The views were beautiful. Enjoyed our stay and looking forward to staying again in this great complex.

Our family of 13 had a great time. The check in was easy and quick. Parking was very convenient. We had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Initally thought being on the 17th floor would make getting an elevator might be a problem, which it wasn’t. The view was beautiful.

Had a great time. There are some things about the condo that was not quite up to the usual standards. Two of the 4 bedrooms had no dresser and between the 4 bedrooms there were 6 hangers. The ice maker leaked, and so made very little ice. We did call about these issues and were brought some hangers and they sent someone to look at the ice maker but it did not get fixed.

Great location and beautiful condo! Everyone was super friendly. The condo was clean when we arrived and looked exactly like the pictures on the site. Parking was a breeze, there were plenty of spaces and the elevators weren't crowded with a line of people to get on, which made check in awesome!

This condo us everything as advertised. Corner location has great views if the beach with windows on side wall makes it look bigger. Plenty of room for the 6 adults and 5 kids with nice beds and big well equipped kitchen.
Outdoor pool with slide, indoor pool with 2 hot tubs and 3 grills and clean beach and tennis court and workout room.
I would definitely stay here again!

Was exactly as pictured!! Excellent location. My family and I were extremely pleased. Would be nice if there was more than one person at the counter for check- in and parking passes. Waited an extre.extremely long time.Need more bbq grills though, or a grill for each unit would be nice. This place was amazing though!!!!!

We all found ourselves just staring out of the windows the whole time we were here. Such great views from every room. Condo was clean and comfortable and just fun and beachy. PGS was a new one for us and we loved it. I think part of our group will be coming back with their families later this summer it was that great.

The rental process could not have smoother. The condo was exactly like the pictures. The view was amazing and location to shops and restaurants was perfect.

We had a wonderful time in Gulf Shores, AL. The condo we had was amazing! The corner location gave us such a panoramic view of the beach and we could even see the bayside.

Everything was just as pictured! The view down the beach is unobstructed with any buildings unlike a lot of units I have stayed in. We had plenty of room to accommodate our family of 12. We have always stayed in Orange Beach area but liked the convenience of everything close and within walking distance of the Hangout and other restaurants. You will not be disappointed with this property!

This was the absolute best experience ever! It was a time of celebration for our family and it was perfect!!!

The views from the condo are jaw dropping. The owner did a great job with the decor and all beds very comfortable. The complex is in a great location within walking distance to a few restaurants and shops.

The condo was beautiful and clean when we arrived. Such an easy process and Phoenix Rentals are so great to deal with. This is our 3rd stay through Phoenix and we’d highly recommend it!

We had a great stay in this condo. Unit was comfortable and so fun and beachy. The views are fabulous in this building. You can see out for miles Loved the area and the surrounding restaurants and bars. We recommend staying here.

This place is wonderful. Our first time to stay in gulf shores and we loved it. Loved all the suggestions the rental manager gave us. Unit and amenities were all very clean. Children loved the waterslide and indoor pool was key for afternoon showers and evening swims. Hope to be back soon!

Went with daughters and 6 grandchildren. Everyone was comfortable and we all loved the views. Absolutely no negatives except garbage bags were not supplied.

Fabulous...our condo (1704) was everything we expected it to be and more.

We had a great trip at 1704. This is our first time staying in Gulf Shores and we loved it. 1. The building is very close to the beach so no long boardwalks to tromp down with all of your gear. 2. The pier was close by so that was fun to take the kids out on and they gave fishing a try for the first time with their dads. 3. The building is small and only 4 or so units to a floor so it was nice a quiet. 5. Views are out of this world.

Two families with six teens between us. It was the perfect location, right on the beach, and plenty of room for everyone. Teens enjoyed the beach and the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. Highly recommend.

WOW!! What a beautiful place! Would stay here EVERYTIME!!!!! Very quite on the beach. Pool area is great! The condo is decorated super nice! Not a bad thing to say!!

17th Floor- Four elevators and very little wait time! Also- when you walk off elevators, only 4 units on the floor! Super quite!

We loved this new condo! The views are to die for and you see them in every room. We loved having balcony access out of the master bedroom. We would sneak out in the morning and watch the sun come up each day without waking anyone. Great amenities at this new condo. Great place to stay for the perfect summer vacation.
