Our condo is perfectly situated on the 18th floor directly overlooking the outdoor pools at Phoenix Gulf Shores with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf from the Living room and bedrooms!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTVs in the master and 2nd bedroom and 45" HDTVs in the 3rd and 4th bedroom, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, we also allow two children to sleep on the sofa, linens are provided.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

My family brought my 70 year old mother with mobility issues. The parking garage was convenient, and the elevator was fast! The pool was accessible, although the indoor pool deck gets super slippery. We rented a motorized beach wheelchair and a shower chair from Beach Power Rentals. Both items were amazing, and really allowed my mother to enjoy her time. The chair rental guy even put extra sand at the bottom of the ramp to the beach to make sure she would be able to use it.
This unit has amazing windows, and the outdoor furniture and kitchen items were just right. I felt like we were in a good location, convenient to all GS has to offer. I would stay in this location again.

Had a great family vacation, condo was fantastic, did get a hard time with property management when we had a complaint about a dirty bed and the response we were getting was I do not think anything I can do will maker you happy when all the we asked was the bed sheets be changed because they were dirty with stains

WE absolutely loved this condo! It was clean and had everything we needed! There was plenty of room, the view was amazing and the kids loved the tennis court. The owner was terrific to work with! We spent everyday at the beach, the pool and hot tubs. We love going to the Hangout, Pappa Raccos and FloraBama. We also utilized Sandcastle University which was a great activity for all of to learn how to build some pretty awesome sandcastles. Thank you for all of the great memories!

Two families of 4 stayed here for one week in early May. The stay was very easy. Fully stocked kitchen was wonderful (Keurig and coffee maker, Ninja blender, loads of dishes, etc.). Ice maker was extremely helpful. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of bathroom space. Jack and Jill bathroom was nice for one family sharing two rooms. View of ocean was beautiful. Sitting on the balcony was a great way to start and end the day. Easy to get to the beach and pool! Down elevator and straight out! Bring your own portable cooler. Helps with limiting the short trek from beach to condo for drinks and snacks. Check in is made easy with hotel style carts as well as grocery carts to move things up and down. There is a small grocery right across the street, a larger grocery within 5 miles and shopping and activities within walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. Everything there is high end and comfortable for a week's stay or longer! Enjoy.

Also, the neighbors above us were noisy (running, furniture being moved, etc).
We stayed at 1801 as an extended family for spring break. It was a good location for a family with young kids. The indoor pool was a hit but I wish the outdoor pool would have been heated. The beach was so close which made it an easy walk with all our beach gear. While the beach was crowed there was room to spread out and best of all, it was a well behaved crowd of mostly families. The unit was very nicely decorated and we had everything we needed. The cabinets need to be sorted out and organized and we would have appreciated a spare roll of toilet paper. The condo was clean with the exception of the floors which obviously had not been mopped. We are a family that takes their shoes off when we go inside and within minutes the bottom of everyone's feet were black. One other negative was that the beds made so much noise when you moved in them...not sure why this was. We mostly stayed on the property and cooked our own meals but we did get seafood from S&S Seafood Market which was great. There are lots of miniature golfs places and arcades nearby for a break from the beach. We will consider this property again for future trips.
