Phoenix Gulf Shores 1902

This condo had the perfect layout for a large family to not feel cramped. The bedrooms/bathrooms were well situated with everything we needed. The balcony was our favorite with the doors open first thing in the morning until night. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a condo in Gulf Shores, AL, and the experience was truly outstanding. I can't say enough about the exceptional service provided by Michael, the Property Manager. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. Michael's dedication and professionalism were evident in his prompt responses and his willingness to accommodate our needs. It's safe to say that we will be working exclusively with him for all our future annual trips to the Gulf Shores.

The condo itself was an absolute gem. The decor was tasteful and charming, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. The only minor request we had was for some basic spices, like salt and pepper, to be stocked in the kitchen. However, this is a small detail in an otherwise outstanding experience.

The condo was not only beautifully decorated but also up-to-date. All the furnishings and bedding were impeccably clean and comfortable, adding to our overall enjoyment of our stay. It's clear that the property is well-maintained and cared for.

Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we're already looking forward to returning. It's rare to find a combination of such fantastic service and a perfectly curated space, making this condo in Gulf Shores a top-notch choice for a memorable vacation. Our annual October girls trip to Gulf Shores did not disappoint! Unit 1902 was our second stay in PGS and this unit is just as gorgeous as the other. Zero issues! ZERO! The kitchen was well stocked, the furniture (THAT SECTIONAL ❤️), the beds…..everything was perfect! I still like to feel like I’m at home when I’m on vacation and 1902 nailed it!A special shout out to Michael. Michael is the reason we pick Phoenix properties. If you get the opportunity to work with him, I promise you your stay with be like nothing you’ve ever experienced! If you’re on the fence about staying here, make the decision and stay here! Trust me!

2nd year in this unit. Love it. Perfect for us. We will be back. Only issues were shelves missing in refrigerator and clothes dryer would not stop running. Love the pools, grills, and gym.

The unit had a wonderful view, was extremely clean, and perfect for our family.

Loved the condo and location. Very enjoyable stay with no problems. Condo was clean and had everything needed for towels, bedding, cookware and dishes.

We had a great time making memories with 4 generations! The unit was beautiful, comfortable, and everything we needed!

This place was so nice and perfect for our family vacation trip! There was 7 adults and 1 child under 2. We all had plenty of space and we loved how everything is spread out. We were very surprised to find so many kitchen hardware (pots, pans, huge container to make lemonade, etc.). We did a lot of cooking so that was extremely helpful for us. They have an indoor and outdoor pool with slide and that was so nice! Right on the beach which was perfect for us (so that we can put our 2 year old for a nap). We were so happy with everything and would 100% recommend this room!!!

Everything was great except they say everyone needs to wear their wristband, but they don’t follow through with checking them. Had to involve security 2x in 8 days due to large groups of 6-8 high school boys using the slide and pool that were not wearing wristbands and were not condo guests. They need security cameras etc to monitor the area if they can’t have a physical presence.

We love the Phoenix Gilf Shotes and this condo. Best rental we have ever purchased. We come to the beach every year. 9 of us. I can’t say enough positives. The unit is is great shape and very comfortable. We had zero issues and hope to come back next year.

Our third time in New Phoenix Gulf Shores. Second time in 1902. The manager said no one had been in here for a couple of months. Was somewhat dusty so found a cloth and dusted it myself. Otherwise everything was great. Wish these condos would have a recliner in living room. Even tho the weather wasn't the greatest we had a wonderful time. WE love the indoor pool and hot tubs. Great place to stay!!!

We had a lovely stay. The condo is in a great location. Plenty of places to eat and shop very close by. This unit is homey and comfortable. Plenty of room for our whole group.

Comfortable, clean, great view!

This was the perfect place for us to stay. The easy access to the beach was amazing, the pool was so much fun for the kids, and the rooms were clean and spacious. We had plenty of room and there were 4 adults and 4 kids in our group.

Comfortable condo, stocked well with everything we needed. Loved the master bath and bedroom. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We came down for a ball tournament and stayed a few extra nights to take advantage of the beach. This was the perfect spot for our friends and all of the kids. The children loved the pool and we had fun swimming in the ocean and crab hunting at night. The unit is clean and comfortable. Very homey and well taken care of. The weather was hot so it was nice to come back from the fields and cool off in the pool at night. We all slept well and the kitchen was stocked for cooking although we ate most meals besides breakfast out. Nice to have the washer and dryer for cleaning uniforms and washing towels, etc. Great places to eat all around. We've never stayed in Gulf Shores before so it was all new to us and we loved it. We recommend staying at this complex and would rent here again.

We had a great family stay at this Gulf Shores condo. The complex/condo were clean and nice amenities. We walked to Bahama Bobs, great food and drinks!!

We enjoyed our entire vacation! Beautiful view and beach. Everything was clean and comfortable from our condo to the building and pools!

The Condo was absolutely amazing. The balcony was huge and had an amazing view! The indoor and outdoor pools were nice as well. We would recommend this condo to anyone.

The condo was amazing and we would return. A couple of things that would have been nice: a cookie/baking sheet (we made pizza and it would have been nice to have something to put it on), a working blender, sharp knives or a knife sharpener (dull knives are very dangerous), softer pillows/not so big and hard, and extra blankets when it is cool at night.
The location, floor of the condo, and amenities were wonderful. We have never been to the Alabama Coast and this was a wonderful way to enjoy it. If you are not interested in mass-spring breakers go before March 12th. Beaches and roads got very busy.

Beautiful condo, breathtaking views,extremely spacious. Bunk beds were great for the kids, ice maker in the wet bar was handy. Had a wonderful family vacation. Loved the pools, hot tubs and the slide and convenient boardwalk to the beach. Dislikes, living room seating was insufficient for 9 guests. Accessing outlets behind nightstands/beds we found several dust bunnies, candy wrappers and new garment tags.Water filter in fridge was red, needed replacing. The trash can needed new batteries to work.Only 1 kitchen dish cloth and 1 dish towel. Other than those few dislikes this was a wonderful place to stay and the weather was great. We love Gulf Shores!!! Kids love the Track, the mall in Foley. Lamberts, Cicis, Would definitely come back to the Phoenix Gulf Shores!!! Cayce was great to work with!!

This was our first time to stay in Gulf Shores and we loved it. Wish the weather had cooperated a little better for our stay but this unit was very comfortable during our rainy days. The bunk room is so cute. The owner went out of their way to make you feel at home in their beach condo. Hope to be back soon in warmer weather.

This was our first trip to Gulf Shores, AL for a vacation and we really enjoyed it. The area was easy to get around in and the condo we stayed in worked out just perfect for our needs.

This is the newest condo complex in Gulf Shores and it was amazing. We always stay in Gulf Shores during our Fall break but have never stayed in a condo as nice as this. The kids loved the water slide, the adults loved the hot tubs and short walk from board walk to beach...like 10 steps. Bahama Bobs is one of our favorite places to eat and it was a 5 minute walk from the building. We will be back next year.
