Phoenix Gulf Shores 304

Great condo, great space and view of the gulf.

It was wonderful. Eleven of stayed there with no problems. The beach was amazing. We also used the pools a lot.

This was our first time staying in Gulf Shores and everyone had an excellent time. We were joined by our son and his family and a sibling and his wife. This condo was much more spacious than other beach condos we have rented in other locations. The four bedrooms and 3 bathrooms allowed all of us to have comfort and privacy. The unit was clean and the kitchen well appointed. The beach is beautiful and only a few steps beyond the pool area. The grandchildren enjoyed the indoor pool on some of our cooler days but also the outdoor waterslide despite the unheated water in the outdoor pool. The expansive balcony allowed for amazing views and outfitted with quality deck furniture. The location of the building was ideal, as beach shops and several restaurants were within a mile walk. There were carts on each floor to transport luggage and groceries to the unit and we all enjoyed tryng the new pickle ball court atop the parking garage. The convenience store/coffee shop across the street was also a plus. Everyone voted that we will return in the future to unit 304.

Our family decided on a non-traditional Christmas this year. Our stay at Gulf Shores was breathtaking! This condo was great and we had plenty room for our family of 11. Ages all the way from 1 to 70! The view each and everyday from the huge windows and the large deck were just what we needed! We were within walking distance to The Hangout for some entertainment and food. There is a small grocery store across the street for items we ran out of or forgot. It was nice to be able to park on the same floor as the condo also.

Perfect family vacation spot. Grandkids loved the beach and the pools. The condo was big enough for all of us. Beautiful view from the third floor. Parking on same level of the condo was a game changer. Perfect to unload/load suitcases as well as groceries.

The condo was perfect for our family of 13. It was very clean and plenty of space for all of us. You can’t get a better view than from the balcony. We all spent early mornings and late evenings there. The property was right on the beach and the pool with slide was a hit with the kids. We are planning to go back next year.

Need some hooks on the doors for hanging towels, light in laundry room didn’t work, need some nonstick skillets and cookie sheets. But overall a great place! We would come back for sure!

We had a wonderful time. With younger children in our party, it was easy access to the beach, pool, and parking (for loading and unloading). It had everything that we needed. Thank you.

The view from this condo #304 is nothing but spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the balcony as the weather wasn’t the greatest while we were here, but that didn’t matter. The condo was clean and very roomy. Kitchen was stocked with what you need. Beds were comfy. Being on the third floor was great for parking and convenient to go right to the condo.

This condo was perfect for our family of 15. Ages 69 to 2 years old. Clean and space for everyone. Inside pool was a big hit due to coller and windy days. Highly recommend this condo.

The only thing I was not happy with was the mattress in the master bedroom. It needs to be replaced.

Great location on the beach

From the moment we walked in, we enjoyed the comfort, views and amenities. Grandkids wanted us to buy it and move in! Very nice heated pool set up and security is very good. Saw maintenance going on every day. Friendly environment. Close to groceries, restaurants and the beach of course. Yes we will consider booking again!

This condo was just the peaceful setting we needed for our family. It was easy to access (parking on same level) and was directly over the pool and has a beautiful view of the beach. Couldn't ask for anything better. The bonus was getting to watch the sun set over the water from the balcony - heaven at the beach!

Fantastic condo and beach. Stay here and have fun. The kids also enjoyed the pools.
