The condo was very clean and spacious. The rooms are large, beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all the dishes and utensils we needed. The only thing I can complain about is.....the need dish towels. It was the perfect condo for our family. I will definitely stay here in the future.

We had a great week at this property! The decor and amenities were perfect for our family. However, we were disappointed with the things that were lacking - dish sponges, dish towels, good quality bath towels and wash cloths, better quality soaps, etc. in bathrooms. For the $1,000 a night we paid, these items should have been included!

Loved everything about this condo! The views were great, the check in/out was easy. The condo was nearly spotless. Loved the giant windows along the side of the condo to give additional light and views of the area. The only negative I can say about my stay was while in the pool area, there was one older security guard that was causing a scene multiple days and threw a group of kids out of the pool one day without telling them what they did wrong. The kids weren't in our group, but it was very distracting and interrupting our relaxation time in the pool. She was yelling so loud everyone in the pool stopped talking to figure out what was going on. The other security guards had no issues with the slide the other days when she was not present. Also, two of the days we were on site, we were removed from the pool area because of lightning even though there was no clouds in sight. This wouldn't have been a big deal, but they also close the indoor pool when this happens. Not sure what the point of the indoor pool is, if you can't use it during bad weather. People were still parasailing during these times so obviously the weather wasn't actually bad, we didn't even get rained on. I think the old lady might have just wanted a break so she kicked everyone out of the pool because of "lightning". Other than these two complaints, we loved our stay! The condo was very updated and we liked how it was less than a mile from the main strip.

Had a great time. Really appreciated it being stocked with kids plates, booster seats, and tons of Tupperware. Our family of six adults and two kids fit perfectly.

We spent a fabulous week in Gulf Shores this year on our annual family vacation. The facility was great and the condo was immaculate! We cannot wait to visit again next year.

We enjoyed our stay here. We normally stay at the Lighthouse or Caribe but decided to give Phoenix Gulf Shores a try since it's brand new and we are glad we did. The complex has great amenities like a zero entry pool which we loved for our little one who loved to splash in the water. PGS is on the small side so we didn't have long waits for the elevator or on the boardwalk waiting to wash our feet and clean our toys. We also liked that we could park on the same floor as our unit. The unit itself is nice. Looks just like the photos. Kitchen was well stocked; although we didn't cook all that much. Good stay. We hope to return soon.

We were the first guests in this unit at Phoenix Gulf Shores (probably some of the first guests in PGS too). This unit is top notch. Very well appointed. The views from the balcony were some of the best we've seen and we even saw a few dolphins playing right in front of us which really put the cherry on top of our trip. Our kids loved this property for it's pool and slide. The ramp to the beach is a very short walk which was nice for coming and going from the beach for lunch, snacks, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and there was a grocery store right across the street which was so convenient to not have to drive. We were able to walk to supper a few nights which was nice to not have to worry about parking. Also, the parking deck goes right to the 6th floor so we never had to worry about the elevator to unload and load our luggage and groceries. Cayce with Phoenix Rentals was very helpful in answering all of our questions and he was very up front with us on what to expect with this new building. Our check-in and check-out process was very easy. We will definitely be back to this property and to this unit for our vacation next year.
