Phoenix Gulf Shores 604

We had a great stay at Phoenix 604. This was our second time staying in this condo. We highly recommend it. It is very spacious, clean, great beaches, easy access to everything due to its great location. We’ll definitely be back.

This unit is great. Good location, lots of amenities, very clean, tons of space and wonderful views. One of the great things is there is not a large building next door, so there are wonderful views from the bedrooms.

Loved this condo! It was is beautiful, clean and has a fabulous balcony where we sat every evening looking at the moon and stars. We will return!

Wonderful vacation with family. The unit was beautiful and tastefully decorated, had wonderful views, spacious, and in a great location. Check in/out instructions were sent ahead of time and were easy to understand. Unit did not have a broom and the vacuum didn’t work well on sand but I never reached out to anyone about providing one as I am sure they would have. Overall great experience.

Our room was fantastic, four bedrooms and plenty of living space for 11 of us. The room was clean and beautiful upon arrival and ready at check-in. Staff on the property were attentive and helpful. The pool areas were clean and maintained. I used the workout room daily and that too was a great space. Elevators were never backed up, and parking on the same floor as our room was easy and convenient.
The only downside was the beach. This is not Phoenix’s responsibility, however the beach was dirty littered with cigarette butts and trash people left behind. This was a stark difference from
How maintained the rental property was, and it felt good to be back in our clean unit at the end of the day.

We continue returning to this rental because we love it here! Our rental agents (both Charlotte and Michael) have been caring, responsive, and professional. This location is great, the condo spacious, building clean and well maintained. Any negative issues we have are minor. A 4-slice toaster would be a great upgrade for a rental that can sleep 14. Also, a variety of sizes of glass cooking and serving bowls could be added. We do love the crockpot and plenty of dishes. We have already rebooked for 2023 and look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful time. Every family member said it was the best place they had ever stayed. Could not have gotten a better beachfront location.

The condo is beautiful and the perfect amount of room! But it could the floors need a good cleaning! The view of the beach and balcony was amazing!

The coni was beautiful, great location! There were lower ratings on cleanliness. The sheets on 3 beds were stained with red spots. Maybe washed with a red garmet on accident and the floors weren’t mopped well. That was it though. There was a woman at the lobby desk that was very unpleasant! Won’t say her name. We had a great time though! Would go back and would recommend!

Great space and accommodations. 15 people stayed comfortably and enjoyed the activities. Pool was great and kids enjoyed the water slide. Beach was close to the pool deck which is a plus.

Great location, beautiful condo, convenient and ample parking! Everything was perfect, except for the worn out living room furniture. The pool is so nice, very clean and the beach is just a few steps away.

Vacation with friends. Nice place, 4 couples had a great time. Having the garage on the same floor was great.

The condo was amazingly comfortable and the perfect size for our children and grandchildren for an early Thanksgiving getaway. The kids loved the indoor pool and we had perfect beach weather! I’d highly recommend Phoenix Vacation Properties and will definitely book with them again.

Well..the condo was very spacious and clean. Great view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked. Loved the outside balcony furniture. However, there was some things that needed to have some attention..such as the couch cushions were worn out (when you sat on them..you actually sat on the hideabed) We had to put new batteries in the remote. The shower door in the master bath would not close unless you held the plastic at the bottom up over the metal piece. A few of the mattresses needed to be replace. Some of the electrical outlets in the den and on the bar didn't work. The smell of the garbage closet outside the door was bad. Loved the slide, and the zero entry pool, but never figured out the lazy just wasn't there.There wasn't anyone at the check in desk to answer our questions or even when we checked out. Loved the layout of the condo, but can't say for sure that I will stay at this property again.

We had a great time, we had 13 people and plenty of space, never felt like you were on top of each other. The unit was clean, easy access to pool, beach. Would for sure go back!
