Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor, conveniently the same floors as the tennis/pickleball court. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, a 42" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" SMART TVS in the 3rd AND 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms and sofa sleeper queen for sleeping up to 16!
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

The place is perfect, beautiful, clean. One kind of major negative that may or may not have been out of their control is that the beach was being repaired and closed for 2 whole days just outside our unit. Losing the beach for 25% of your stay is frustrating. If known ahead of time, would have been nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix Gulf Shores #701. The condo accommodated 10 adults and 1 child very comfortably! Very clean and the grounds were also clean and well taken care of. We lived out on the huge patio when we were actually in condo. Pickle ball court was so fun too! The views were incredible! Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Security on site which was nice and felt very safe. Location was also great. Only recommendations we had were: dryer needs replaced. Took 3 times to dry. Dishwasher tablet dispenser broke and sponge or more kitchen towels would have been helpful. Overall - we loved it and would love to come back again soon!
