Our condo is perfectly situated on the 24th floor West corner with unrestricted panoramic views! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, King in the 2nd bedroom, two Queens in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and two twin cots for sleeping up to 14.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool that connects with a lazy river and water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70.00 (subject to change). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We absolutely loved the condo, the complex, the location, the pool, lazy river, water slide. The condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone!

The condo was wonderful. Check in went smoothly and all support staff were very professional. Highly recommend this condo and I am not one to recommend so strongly. A faucet was loose and a simple call and it was fixed just like new. Please, take advantage of this property

We had a great time staying in this unit. The view was amazing from the 24th floor! The only things we needed that weren't available were grab bars in the showers due to having our parents staying there with us. The shower floor inserts are a little slick and they would have liked to be able to hold onto something. We purchased some pot holders and left there for future renters. It would be nice to have some more baking dishes if that's a big need. The only other complaint is not in the unit, it's the property. It would be best if the boardwalk to the beach had a ramp access instead of the steps. The steps were too steep for my mother-in-law.

Overall we had a very nice visit. The view is exceptional. The location is great too. This is a very nice, new condo. Only disappointment were the items provided by Phoenix rental company. Some towels very old, with holes in them. (one with four holes). Sheet were old too, with holes in some. This is clearly nothing that would ruin a visit, and we are thankful for anything, but when you pay $7,000, we expected better.

Amazing rental, we loved the convenience of being right on the ocean. Our kids loved the lazy river, slide and pool. I will return, there is so much to do in Gulf Shores, this was our first visit. I will stay at this same place.

Wonderful views from the balcony. The entire condo was beautifully furnished and extremely clean. This was a perfect fit for our friend group. We will definitely book again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
All was great place was beautiful. might want to stock the kitchen a little better with cooking pans, but we do a lot of cooking.
