Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor West corner with parking just steps from your front door!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, two Queens in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms and a Queen sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 16.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool that connects with a lazy river and water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70.00 (subject to change). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Best rental experience we’ve had in our many years of vacationing on the Gulf. Outstanding complex, and the unit was beautiful, pristine and wonderfully equipped. We had a minor problem with the dryer, and the property management response could not have been better.

From the very start was a wonderful experience. The communication is top notch. The condo was extremely clean and great location. All of the bedrooms are large sized with each bedroom having their own bathroom. The condo is updated and had great views overlooking the beach. The property was perfect for a family vacation.
For the first time, my wife and I vacationed with all our kids and grandkids. This condo and facility are among the nicest and most beautifully decorated properties we’ve rented in over 25 years of visiting these gorgeous beaches. However, it was extremely disappointing to discover a very steep set of stairs leading to the beach with no ramp access. Seven days of hauling carts and wagons loaded with grandkid beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas down those stairs was tough on everyone’s backs, especially for older folks. My boys and I even helped women with small children carry their carts and wagons. Please consider installing a beach-accessible ramp at this facility. It was so perfect for our family - but can't stay here again without ramp access to the beach. Please note - my response to All questions would have been a very confident 5 (very satisfied) if there would have been ramp access to the beach.
