Our condo is perfectly situated on the 4th floor unit with parking just steps from your front door!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, and a Queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 12.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool that connects with a lazy river and water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70.00 (subject to change). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Property was very clean and well maintained. We did have an issue with noisy neighbors above us after midnight; front desk was contacted several times throughout our week stay. The outdoor balcony was very nice, with lots of furniture options and an amazing view of the ocean. Pools and beach access were also very nice.

We recently went to Gulf Shores for the first time. We loved the area and staying at Phoenix Gulf Shores II was wonderful. Our room was very nice and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. The views off the balcony were amazing. Our kids LOVED the slide and the lazy river. It was their favorite part. This condo is very convenient. It has a parking garage so you can walk directly into the condo and feel like your vehicle is safe. You travel to the second floor and from there you can workout, enjoy the indoor swimming pool and hot tub or walk outside to the pool and beach area. We loved that the beach was just steps from our condo. We could leave our tent, chairs and other belongings there if we needed to return to our room. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would highly recommend this condo to anyone going to the Gulf Shores area. It was also close to restaurants, ice cream shops, grocery stores, gas stations, and other fun activities for kids to enjoy.

Parking was convenient
The Phoenix Gulf Shores II was just as beautiful as described. For my fellow pickup truck drivers, the parking garage and spaces had plenty of room. Unlike,a lot of garages at the beach. We loved parking on the same floor of our unit and walking right in. The unit itself, 403, was absolutely stunning. Clean, comfy, and large enough to host a large family. The owner was so helpful and responsive on our trip as well. The lazy river and water slide were a huge hit! Everyone was very friendly during our stay and we had a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend staying here.
