Our condo is perfectly situated on the 20th floor coveted East corner with incredible views of sunrises and sunsets! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Towers condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 85” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master and 2nd bedrooms, two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 14.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Towers with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Towers guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Great family vacation! Condo was amazing—beautifully furnished and fully stocked with essential items. Convenient location with lots of garage parking. Friendly front-desk staff in adjoining tower and lots of security. Two Lazy River features, an indoor pool and hot tub, and charcoal grills all added to our enjoyment. Can’t beat being right on the beach! We loved our stay and hope to return in the future.

We had the family get together to celebrate the youngest members birthday and couldn't have had a better time. It was perfect. All ages had the best time. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Place was very nice Only no dressers in 3 of the 4 rooms. You have beds for 10 people but have to live out of your suitcase. The closet only had about 10 hangers each. Check in directions need to be updated to tell what building 1 or 2. Unloaded all of our stuff, go to desk, and found out you were in the wrong building and garage. Then reload and move to other.

The condo was just perfect for the 11 of us! Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a must, so this condo fit the bill. The pictures describe the condo accurately, and the property was well maintained. The lazy river was a hit, and the boardwalk to the beach made for easy access. The bathrooms only provided one roll of toilet paper, and kitchen had only one roll of paper towels, so be prepared to bring/buy all of those with you (along w/ dishwasher tabs). Beds were comfy, and the balcony had a ton of room to be enjoyed by all. Get your parking pass in advance, as you will save $10, and keep in mind that you will receive a snap on bracelet to wear at the pool area when you check in as well. They do check that, which is nice as it keeps it private for property users only. I really liked that they had "shopping carts" by the elevators that you can use to haul everything up to your rental from your car. That was a life saver! We would all come back again! Loved this place!
