We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location was perfect, with easy parking and the convenience of walking right up to the condo. We also appreciated that the trash disposal was located right outside our door. The condo itself was very quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway. The lazy river was a highlight and added so much to our stay. Overall, the condo was in excellent condition, very comfortable, and had everything we needed.

We did notice that the range hood and light weren’t working and that one of the beaded footrests was leaking filling onto the floor. These were very minor issues that didn’t affect our enjoyment, so we didn’t feel the need to report them during our stay.

The only suggestions we have would be for a deeper clean in a few areas. We noticed some dust buildup in the bathrooms and bedroom closets, hair around the base of the sink, and food particles in the cushions of the living room chairs. We understand the property is cleaned quickly between guests, but a deeper cleaning and a little maintenance to the range hood would make this condo even better.

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. We highly recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay!

This property is fantastic and parking on floor your unit is on is great. The unit's floors were not very clean - our barefeet were dirty after walking around a little while and sand was already on the floors before we set foot on the beach. There are stains on living room rug & sofa and the beanbag footrests have lived their life and should be replaced as the poly beads are spilling out. A stick vacuum would have come in handy to get the sand off the floor during our stay - yes it's the beach but we would rather not have sandy feet while inside. The only other complaints are as follows: 1) if paid for before arrival-place parking passes in the unit - by the time we arrived and unloaded the office located in other building was closed; 2) don't suggest that guests purchase their beach set ups online - apparently Ike's Beach Service prefers you do that in person; 3) the trash chute where you throw your trash is disgusting and yes I get it - it's a trash chute however it should not come with the added bonus of liquid flying out when you open the door; and finally 4) we placed our beach gear in the hallway where the storage closets for each unit are - completely out of the way and beside someone else's sand gear - well Sunday when we went outside to get our things & head to the beach everything of ours was gone in addition to the other things that weren't ours. This meant we had to go to the office in the other building to inquire about it and were told that it was taken to lost and found (storage boxes outside the indoor pool entrance) & we were told a note will be put on your things by management prior to let you know to move your things from the hallway. We didn't get a note on our things - they were just gone with the other things. I remembered seeing a note taped to the other belongings when we were stowing our things but didn't read it-so our things were taken and we lost an expensive chair.

Our group of 11, including adults and children, had a great time! The location is great and the amenities were amazing. The unit’s cleanliness was not top-notch, but it wasn’t anything that would sway us from returning.

We could not have asked for a better experience with our rental for our family vacation. This condo is exactly as pictured. It is clean, well stocked with anything you would need and just beautiful.
We rented this for our family vacation. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We also loved the location. Parking is on the same floor and this particular unit is on the corner, so zero noise or traffic near you.
Also, I spoke with Michael throughout my reservations and he was so helpful. He answered my text and any questions I had almost immediately. Super helpful and super friendly.
We would definitely rent this condo again!!! Ohhh, and the balcony is so big and nice!! Your view is perfect!!!!

This place was beautiful. Happy tears filled my eyes when we walked in the door. Everything you need is furnished. Exceptionally clean! Our family of 13 were very comfortable during our stay! Hope to return on day! ❤️
