Phoenix IX 1008

Phoenix IX 1008 was a fantastic spring break experience. On the beach and close all spring break venues. Flora-Bama was close but not close enough to be disturbed by the spring break hupla. Check in was easy the view from the living room was fantastic. We will stay here again.

The condo was very comfortable and everything was as advertised. We had a problem with the kitchen faucet and couldn’t use it for a couple of days. That was very inconvenient but Charlie stayed on top of it until fixed. Great balcony and spot on the beach was great.

Views and beach were fantastic!!! One of the best condos we have stayed in over the last 8 years. Loved covered parking. Beach was more private. Very nice for a family vacation.

We had an awesome time! The condo was very nice with updated amenities including a wine cooler and an ice machine. The condo was complete with everything we needed! The view was breathtaking in the morning hours. It’s a must stay place and we look forward to returning again soon❤️

We came down to Orange Beach the week after Easter with our 4 grand children ages 4 through 11. We were two sets of grand parents and the condo was a perfect for our group. Since the weather was a little rainy, we took full advantage of the heated indoor pool. The Condo was perfect and we would certainly stay there again.

We loved our stay! Condo was beautiful and spacious. Had an issue with A/C, but contacted Charlie and he was immediately on it getting it repaired. Thank you! We will be back!

This unit was a wonderful place to stay! Perfect view. Perfectly located. Had everything we needed. Management was easy to communicate with. They quickly responded when we had questions. There were four of us over the age of 67. The beds were awesome. The appliances were too. There are two things we would suggest: 1) The outdated toilets be replaced with newer, taller ones; 2) The rug in the back (king) bedroom be cleaned. Other than those two things, we have no complaints. It was an awesome place to stay for five days. We are already planning on our next trip and hope to stay there when we do.

Very nice condo. The views were spectacular. Local attractions near by. The rental had basic kitchen necessities but lacked any basic paper items, salt, pepper,cooking spray. This isn't a complaint, just for future renters information. The beds were comfortable. I will say the couch, surprisingly,wasn't comfortable. Again the overall stay was wonderful and would definitely stay Again at this property

We loved this place. It had lots of room for our family of 5. The view was AMAZING, and it had a wrap around porch around the whole condo. Highly recommend staying here. Charlie who managed the property was great, and even let us go back in after we checked out to get my son's airpods that he left behind.

Had a great time but it rained a lot. However, with the indoor pool and the tennis courts and workout room we still had plenty to do.

The condo was spacious. Beds were comfortable. The view lovely. The amenities in the complex itself: indoor pool, tennis courts, fitness room, outdoor pool and BBQ grills were all well maintained.

Wonderful condo. large and very spacious. we had lots of room for three families in this condo. it had everything we needed and the staff was very friendly. Only issue we had was the AC did not work as well in the back of the unit as it did in the front. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

It was perfect for two families with small kids. Had no problems sleeping 8 comfortably.

Walking into the condo for first time takes your breath away. The view from the wrap around balcony watching the sunrise was spectacular. Beds comfortable, amenities like washing machine/dry , ice machine , dishwasher, WIFi met all our needs. Everyone in our party loved the condo. Steps from the beach. Location easy walk to Florabama restaurant and bar. Just a little further to a cute ice cream shop. Highly recommend this condo.

This condo was as great as the pictures show. It has a beatuiful view. The beach was not crowded. The check in was very easy. The elevators were very assecible and plenty of carts for unloading and loading.

The condo was beautiful with amazing views of the Gulf. Kitchen and bathroom were well furnished. It was very clean. Easy to access. Lots of room to enjoy the family gatherings. For November it was warm. In the 70’s evert day.

The condo was beautiful and well appointed. The view was breathtaking. Charlie our Phoenix rental representative was most helpful and accommodating to our needs.

Our families were back in Gulf Shores for World Series baseball and we needed a place large enough to field our party. This place was incredible. From the minute you walk in the door to the wrap-around deck. This place exceeded our expectations. The building has it all from indoor pool and workout area to easy beach access. Hats off to Pete the garage attendant - great personality and tons of help.

We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach! We loved the large balcony, the floor to ceiling windows throughout the entire condo, and the easy elevator ride down to the beach. It was in a great location! The 2 people we had contact with at check in were very kind. We would definitely stay in this condo again if we return to Orange Beach!

This condo is very, very nice! We arrived with a family of seven and the size of this place was more than perfect. With the number of bathrooms this place has, no one had to wait to use the bathroom. The layout is wonderful, especially considering each bedroom has a view of the beach and ocean. The only minor knock I had was the material the rug in one of the master bedrooms leave a lot stuff on most clothing that should accidentally make contact with it. Like I said, it is very minor. I would definitely recommend this condo unit to others and even be willing to stay again in future returns to Orange Beach.

The beds were decent and comfortable. The washer and dryer was large and something we really used several times. I found the owner to be considerate and available. We come to this Phoenix every year and this is our first choice in condo's to rent next year!

We had a very pleasant stay with most of our family. The location of the property, the amenities offered, the huge 3 BR and 3 1/2 bath were remarkable. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

AC vents in bedrooms small and hard to cool at night unless bedroom door kept open, as the thermostat could only go down to a programmed limit.
The kitchen sink faucet was difficult to use and pressure was low. Other than that we loved the unit.

Incredible amenities meet seamless service in this spacious unit with breathtaking views of the Gulf. The kitchen is stocked for the most experienced chefs. The furnishings make it easy to “settle in.” Great for adults and children alike…we’ve already booked our return and are anxiously counting down!

Loved this unit for our family of 6. Plenty of space in the bedrooms and kitchen/living. We had our extended family over for meals and had enough space and dishes for 15. Beautiful views of the beach from every room and wonderful amenities on the property. Will be back!
