Spacious and beautifully decorated condo. Would rent same unit again for sure! Ice maker and wet bar were a bonus! Very well maintained building and grounds. The only thing I’d recommend is adding dish soap and more kitchen towels to the welcome package. Otherwise we had zero complaints. A shoutout to, Pete the on-site security guard. He was super friendly and a genuine nice guy!

Phoenix IX, Unit 1107 is a great beach destination. The unit is well taken care of and had the items stated. Phoenix Rentals website makes for an easy process to reserve. Will definitely return to Phoenix IX.

This was our first stay in this particular unit, but 3rd stay at Phoenix IX. Convenient and available parking, friendly staff, no congested elevators or long waits as experienced at other condos, adequate fitness center, comfortable unit, great view, literally steps from the beach and a short walk to Florida! Location is perfect for us! Easy walk to watch my son’s skydive landing on the beach at Florabama! Great vacation!

Great Condo!! We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back. The condo was very clean and had all the extra amenities. The beds were heavenly and the walk to the beach was easy. I would highly recommend this condo.

Loved this condo, so spacious and lots of windows with great view of the beach! Would definitely stay here again, the only negative is that most condos have games, cards for guests to use , they did not have anything for entertainment if you needed , other than that great condo!

The condo was great! Clean, an up to date kitchen, lots of room and perfect views. Security was always friendly, the front desk very helpful. Loved the condo. Our experience has always been positive when dealing with Charlie,from Phoenix rentals, throughout the years.

The only bad thing about this place is having to leave and you don’t get a good sunset view. The balcony is not outside the bedroom like some pictures was but man o man what a sunrise! Take the dolphins cruise go to Lilly’s pizza or they deliver there go to Mike’s steakhouse and go to lambert’s

This was the first year that our group of friends stayed at Phoenix IX. The unit was beautiful with an extraordinary 11th floor view. Comfy bedding, plenty of seating, and excellent security. With the exception of some spotty WiFi issues and a patio floor that needed cleaning, we had a wonderful week and plan to return next year.

The condo was spacious and the location was great. We were disappointed with the level of cleanliness especially the floors and bathroom. We did not complain so the owners did not have the opportunity to correct the problem.

Great location..steps from the beach! Great amenities. Easy parking. Friendly staff on-site. Condo is well appointed and had all we needed to cook, wash, or relax. Building is well constructed so we didn’t hear our neighbors at all. View of the ocean from the patio and den couldn’t be beat. Super easy check-in and check-out. Good security posted at front and present on the property The only negative would be the linens. Bring your own if you’re particular. The linens were clean but LOW quality. We will book again!

The location was great. Unit was spacious, good beach views. The master bath shower didn’t seem clean, the caulk seemed dirty, needed replacing. We weren’t able to adjust the temperature so it wasn’t cool enough for sleeping, that was disappointing.

We had a wonderful time in the condo! It was very beautiful and comfortable! We were able to sleep 8 people comfortably.

We have stayed at the Phoenix 9 4 years in a row and this year was no different than the others. Great location, unit was clean and any issues were resolved with little to no trouble. We had a closet door come off the track the first day there. Fixed without a problem. The couch bed didn't like to stay in the correct position but placing the cushions behind it resolved the problem and the kids didn't care anyway. Very nice as usual and will stay here again. We have recommended this property to our friends and family and they also booked other units at this location and were very happy.

Condo felt so comfortable and accommodating. View was spectacular from a roomy balcony, also amenities such as outdoor pool and huge indoor pool along with indoor tennis court. Building has close access to the beach with wooden walkway. I would definitely come back to this condo in particular. Very pleasurable stay.

Nice condo. Beautiful beach. Love this area! A couple things need to be addressed. The electrical switches in the master bedroom need to be looked at. They do not work consistently. You have to jiggle the light switch for the lights to turn on. The hall switch does not work at all in the master by the bathroom.. The shower curtain in the second bedroom need to be replaced. The condo is very nice and functional. Our stay was wonderful.

Loved the condo, everything felt like a brand new home and was very spacious and comfortable. The building was great, parking was easy, indoor and outdoor pools, elevator was fast, beach wasn't overcrowded and had plenty of room each day. Would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful experience staying in this unit! It’ was clean, spacious & beautifully decorated! Gorgeous view of the beach and ocean. Everything we needed for a lovely vacation.

Hoping to find a room there clean quite close to beach. I travel 5 hours to vacation there

Perfect location, away from crowds of Gulf shores but close enough to enjoy restaurants. Can walk to Florabama. Beach was beautiful. Large windows in the condo provide the best views from living room and kitchen. Love the large kitchen and full sized washer and dryer. Comfortable beds and sofa, beautiful decor. Would stay again!

We was looking foe a last minute get away ! Charlie worked with us and got us in quick. The condo is beautiful the views perfect!!! We will be going back ! Location is great also can walk to many bars and restaurants!!!

Unit 1107 was perfect for our family vacation and the owner and manager of the Unit worked hard to make sure we were able to have our vacation after being cancelled from our Disney Cruise and other planned trips. I cannot say enough about how appreciative we are!! We had such a great week! The condo was clean and roomy! We will definitely be renting again!

The stay was a great getaway. Everything that we were promised was fulfilled. The facility and surrounding areas were clean and well-maintained. The property manager assisted with all the necessary information. I would recommend this property to friends and family. We enjoyed riding on the main drag and visiting Tacky Jacks and the Flora Bama.
