Perfectly located in Orange Beach with regards to restaurants, shopping, etc. Condo was furnished very well and easy beach access.

Had an excellent stay . Weather was great! The overall appearance of the condo was clean and nicely decorated. One thing that could be improved upon is the cookware. It’s not in the best of shape . Other than that, it was a nice place to stay and we would consider staying here again in the future

Needs a deep cleaning, great location, on-site staff was very helpful, unit is spacious with nice amenities. Overall stay was very good.

This is a wonderful unit! Perfect location. Pickle ball courts right across the hall. Beautiful views off the balcony. Easy drive to restaurants.

I have stayed in several places along Orange Beach, all have been pretty nice, but this one, was hands down the nicest! The older gentleman at the parking gate was so awesome as well. This unit was clean and a such a great view. I would 100% recommend.

First off, I'd like to thank Charlie (the manager) for recommending unit 1207 to us.You will not find a better property manager than him. As for the unit itself....AMAZING...beautiful view of the ocean. Spectacular sunrises. Watch dolphins, stingrays and the crazy diving of the pelicans from the patio. Bring your binoculars to get a better look at all of the marine activity. The unit is very well equipped. Comfy beds. Very spacious. Tennis court is just across the hall (no noise) and the indoor pool is just down a few floors. The building staff are all super nice and helpful.. And the building is kept up extremely well.. If you're looking for a nice place to stay...this is it!!!

Easy and simple. Parking had gone from $38 to $50. Condo was beautiful. Master bathroom vent and ceiling needed to be cleaned. It had a lot of dust. Other than that everything was awesome. Also mirror at wetbar needed cleaning.

Very nice will definitely stay there agin , staff was wonderful,,friendly, my only complaint, bed was a little uncomfortable and carpet had a few staines , talk to them and they informed me they were about to replace, ,definitely not a deal killer , just me being me , can’t wait to return think we ho back later in the year too

This condo exceeded our expectations! Condo was very clean and Furnishings were lovely, beds comfortable, all appliances, kitchen items, towels, linens etc were perfect. Ice machine was a great surprise. The pools and beach access could not have been better. Great, great place!

The condo was beautifully decorated, the beds were super comfortable, and it was very large. The condo was well stocked. I liked the walkway to the beach. It wasn’t very far to the beach. The parking was good. I highly recommend this unit and I will rent it again. The only thing I would improve is a newer TV in the guest bedroom.

This condo is perfect. Very clean. Beautiful decor. Plenty room. Do not hesitate to contact management and book now!!

Extremely disappointed. Condo was moldy, furniture was stained and smelly, bed covers were smelly and dirty like they had not been washed in a very long time. Rugs and carpet were stained and dirty. Balcony was dirty, we had to sweep and clean before we could sit on it. The photos in the ad look great, but that is NOT what we found. I have photo to show the conditions as I have described them.

After 6 nights at the condo, in the middle of the afternoon the governor required all visitors to leave the island by 7:00 AM the following morning. The Phoenix representative told us to to leave as early as possible but to try to be out by 1:00 PM to give us ample time to pack and secure a new location. His thoughtfulness and compassion allowed us to make a smooth transition to another property off the island. Along with being a beautiful site, the staff made this a very enjoyable place to visit and we will definitely book this condo again when our plans involve the area.

This unit was very nicely decorated and clean as seen in the pictures. Furniture was comfortable as can also be deduced from pictures. Bar stools and dining room chairs have nicely padded seats. I like the fact that there is good soft carpet in the bedrooms, as opposed to hard floors throughout found in most beachfront units. Master bath is VERY roomy with great walk-in shower and jet tub. Kitchen and wet bar were both well appointed, with the wet bar featuring a large ice maker chest.

There was a nice assortment of games in the unit including Phase 10 card pack and Yahtzee and backgammon.

Balcony is slightly smaller than I would have guessed from pictures, but not so small as to be an issue. The wrought iron table is big and has a spinning server in the center which is very nice. Chairs are comfortable and of the rocker variety.

Not sure if it is intentional but the sliding screen door to balcony was torn off about half way down, so no use of it for letting ocean sounds and air into the unit.

TV in living room was easily accessed to hook up an HDMI add-on like my Amazon Fire TV. Internet WiFI worked very well. There were no stereo speakers available; audio only comes from built-in TV speakers. This was about the only negative for us, but they were passable. Both bedrooms are on hallway side, no beach views from bedrooms.

There is an indoor tennis court right across the hall; no noise problems, but great if you love tennis! No noise problems at all in this unit.

We enjoyed our stay as always, there was an issue where we had to deal with a dehumidifier and fans running for 3 days and taking up space, but Other than that I have no complaints we love Phoenix 9 and have stayed in many units there, and hope to be back sooner than later.

Beautiful Condo with an amazing view of the beach. The condo is exquisitely appointed and has all the amenities of home from a fully equipped kitchen to the bed and bath. The location is great. Condo is situated on the beach and is in walking distance to the famous Flora-Bama! The property manager is just a call away. Great view! We will be back!!

Great location and amenities. The condo was well kept and clean. Beautiful decor and comfortable furnishings. The views from the balcony were phenomenal. Would definitely stay here again. Flora-Bama was an easy 0.3 mile walk away.

The rental was great! Easy access in and out! Large kitchen was really nice! We loved the ice maker in the web bar! The only issue we had was one of the sinks in the master bath was slow running! We would stay here again definitely!

This place was beautiful, clean as could be, beds comfortable, and right on the beach! We loved the balcony. Ocean sound and you wouldn't think you were on the 12th floor it seemed so close! I had to take pics if the decor so I could copy it at home. The only thing wrong is that we had to leave!

Phoneix Rental IX, is by far the best condo I’ve ever stayed in. The condo was decorated beautifully. The bed slept amazing. It was like being at home, but away from home. I will definitely be back!!!

This facility is exquisite. Extremely clean and well maintained.
The condo was first class. The decor very classy & upscale, furniture was well kept, etc. Extremely roomy, extremely clean.
The indoor pool was 2 minutes from our door.
The walk to the beach was easy. It's great for couples or families who want something a bit more calm or quiet, it is not a "rowdy" atmosphere, but a classy one. I'm looking forward to booking this again. Best family vacation we've ever taken.

We stayed here Labor Day weekend and it was perfect! Great location and plenty of room for our family.

Just a very gorgeous condo , the views were breathtaking. You could even watch the dolphins play from the balcony. Very friendly people. Beautiful beaches .we will stay again!
