Be one of the first to enjoy this beautifully decorated Phoenix IX Condo!! Tile throughout the living areas with new tile in the bedrooms and granite countertops in the kitchen and bath vanities, plus stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. We've also just replaced all the living room furniture!! Keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! Free Wifi!!
Phoenix IX is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and perfectly located on the 7th same floor as the indoor pool and hot tubs!! We also have the 3BR unit next door should you need two condos!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, keurig and regular coffee maker in kitchen, new 55” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 40” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom, a second bedroom with two Queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and an indoor tennis court.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $50 per vehicle. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

We love Orange Beach and we like staying at Phoenix IX. This unit is one of our favorites. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The unit needed a couple of maintenance issues addressed and it could be cleaned a little more thoroughly.

Second time staying here and we love the location and the size of the complex not too big. But we could def see some wear and tear on the furniture and I also feel like the condo was not cleaned thoroughly. Food was still on the utensils. And the counters in the kitchen we’re not wiped down very well. We love this condo just needs a little tlc.

We checked in to a very clean and well appointed home for a long weekend. The check process was easy and the parking was plentiful. We spent hours on the balcony just looking at the beautiful beach and eating most of our meals on the table provided there. The condo was decorated nicely and the appliances looked and functioned like new.
The beds in the guest room were nice and firm, but the mattress in the master bed room was squishy and noisy. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

This unit is perfect! Everything in it was so nice! It has the perfect spot on the 7th floor, right across from the indoor pool. We had originally booked it for more people but due to the weather only my wife and I came. So we had a ton of room just for the 2 of us. We had to deal with hurricanes Laura and Marco during our stay so it wasn't the best time for fun on the beach but luckily we had this great condo to come back to! The location of the building is ok. It's on perdido key so its away from most of the places and attractions but not too much of a drive. But it seemed far less crowded there than other places I've stayed in the past. Overall this unit was great and far exceeded our expectations!

We spent 12 nights in this condo in the middle of May. We had a wonderful time. Everything was great. Great view, great location, well decorated, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and enjoyed the Keurig coffee maker every morning. The condo was clean and quiet. We want to go back next year. Suggestion: the kitchen faucet really needs to be replaced...The outside balcony lounge chair needs a thicker cushion. It is not usable as it is. The outside furniture should be more comfortable. We used our own zero gravity chairs. Thank you anyway for letting us use your wonderful condo. We will go back.

It was beautiful and perfect for us. The bedrooms were large and expertly decorated. Loved that the inside pool was right outside our door, even though we were on the 7th floor! A couple of things to mention: the kitchen faucet was very loose; there were only 2 comfortable chairs on the deck, even though there were 4 of us. There was a chaise but no cushion, so we could not use it for seating. The deck table's chairs were narrow with no arms or cushions. Having a code to enter was perfect so our two guests could go in and out at leisure. We hope to go back!

Our family of four went to the beach on Perdido Key for four nights and five days. We stayed at the Phoenix IX because we loved the online photos and the fact that the unit was across the hall from the indoor pool, which our girls (9 and 11) loved. The surf was up but very fun to be in. This unit was delightful and well laid out. The only complaint is the Master BR doesn't have a door to the balcony so you can't open a door at night to hear the surf while you are sleeping. Other than that, this unit was perfect for us. It is well appointed and was immaculately clean. I recommend this unit to anyone with the means for this price range.

He could walk in the pool and rehab like he was doing at home, then the jacuzzi's were in the same area. PERFECT FOR HIM! The condo is beautifully decorated. He could walk in the pool and rehab like he was doing at home, then the jacuzzi's were in the same area. PERFECT FOR HIM! The condo is beautifully decorated. Very nice, I would recommend this unit to anyone going to Orange Beach.

This unit was very nicely decorated making you feel at home. Comfortable beds, very clean, and up to date! Mike Casement was easy to work with securing the rental and he handled any issues quickly. I was a little concerned being on 7th floor with the pool and more noise and activity, but that was no problem! This was a great condo and we are coming back next year.

Great Location!!! This was our first time to use VRBO and stay at the Phoenix IX, and we were very pleased with both decisions. The condo was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well equipped. The view was absolutely breathtaking.
The process was fairly easy and Mike responded quickly to my emails and was very helpful. We will definitely be back and would recommend this condo to our friends.

Washer and Dryer are extremely loud; need to be replaced; but overall a great unit
