This is a 'Premium' unit, meaning that furnishings/decor is first rate. There are also 'Select' units at this complex, which are not as nice. The rates I quote for this 'Premium' unit are lower than the 'Select' price.
Enjoy a brand new, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condominium furnished with upscale furnishings located directly on the beach.
Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the balcony. Henredon furniture in the master! Flat screen TV's in the living room and master, Jacuzzi in the master, blackout drapes in living area with wireless internet access.
Indoor tennis court, hot tub, indoor/outdoor pools enhance your vacation experience! You will enjoy the many architectural upgrades in this unit.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $50 per vehicle. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

This unit was overall really nice. As others have mentioned, there were a few things the owners may want to know. The beds were terrible - very lumpy and uncomfortable. The dishwasher top rack is rusted and almost ready to fall apart but it did work. Just needed to be careful of how much we put on the top rack. The kitchen had pretty good items but some of the pans could use updating. Again overall a nice unit but would be exceptional with a few updates.

The condo itself was nice, the layout was nice with each room having it's own bathroom and there also was a half bath! The pool was a little small for the size of the condo, but the beach was great! The ice maker in the freezer didn't work, however there is a free standing ice maker in the condo. Beware of the traffic for the Flora Bama! It was crazy all weekend long!

First time staying At Orange Beach location. Property was very clean and beach service was convenient. On site staff was very friendly and helpful. Property is on farther east end of main Gulf Shores highlights so more driving is necessary to restaurants and kids activities. But location was quiet for beach relaxation. Condo was very nice for two bedroom. Smaller balcony than used to in other condos stayed in. Minor fixes in working/interior lighting to be corrected. Master bedroom matress needs to be replaced.

The condo was great. Wonderful ocean view. I would recommend friends. I few suggestions would be additional chairs on the balcony (we had only 3 for a 6 person condo, the ice maker did not work, the skillets defiantly need to be replaced the not stick was pealing. That being said the condo is very lovely. The pool was great, access to the beach was great and Ikes did a wonderful job setting up chairs right up by the water,

My family and I stayed at this condo for about four days and absolutely fell in love with it. The view is amazing and it had ample amount of space for my family of four but it couldn't fit more. There were plenty of restaurants and activities in the area for families as well as just adults. We also enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the beach. We cannot wait to come back!

Very nice place and excellent location. The condo was well kept but a little older interior, however that doesn't affect the enjoyment of the place. Only suggestion I would offer is a smaller table on the patio and more seating out there. The table takes up a lot of room.
Beds were comfy, bathrooms roomy, plenty of kitchenwares. The wet bar with the ice maker was great. You wouldn't go wrong with this place. It made for a wonderful vacation.

Very nice condo with a fantastic view. This condo has two king bedroom suites so it is perfect for two adult couples. It was clean and well stocked. The condo had two minor issues. The ice maker worked but would not distribute ice through the door consistently. The toilet paper holder in the front bathroom was loose and the roll would fall in the floor if you were not careful. These are minor issues that we did not even call to the attention of the staff. They, in no way, detracted from our stay. This was the most relaxing stay we have had in a long time. We will be back.

Had a very enjoyable two month stay in this unit.
The unit was clean upon our arrival and very nicely furnished and a kitchen that was very well stocked with supplies.

The condo was wonderful! The lay-out was great. The only negative was the mattresses. There was a big lump in the middle and you fell to the side. (both mattresses had the same problem)

The condo was fantastic. Great views, beds were comfortable, plenty of space...easy access to the beach. I only have a couple of recommendations. First, considering how much we paid per night (I realize we were staying during the height of the season), I would have thought we would get clean towels every day without having to pay extra. We could have stayed at a cheaper hotel and got clean towels everyday...I wouldn't think clean towels would be too much to ask for considering the daily rate we paid. In addition, a few extra amenities such as extra soap, toilet paper, even some packs of coffee would have been nice...again, taking into consideration the rate that we were paying, that isn't too much to ask for.

We provide a starter set of paper products for your stay. this is a condo complex and not a hotel where cleaners come in everyday to replace towels/toiletries. This is a great unit - very nicely furnished and clean, close to the elevator and has a great view of the gulf. Only negative was that the unit above decided they were going to rip out their tile floor on the last two days of our stay, so there was quite a bit of hammer drilling, chipping and tile noise during the day. Otherwise it was a great stay - we will rent this unit again.

We had a great trip and enjoyed our condo. It was well furnished and very clean. The view from the balcony was so enjoyable. It was a great location, easy to get to restaurants and stores.
