Our condo is perfectly situated on the West corner above all complexes next door with uninhibited views, 14th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room, 55” in the master and 43" Smart TVs in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and 2nd bedroom and two Queen beds in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms plus a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 14.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.
Phoenix Orange Beach is perfectly located right in the middle of Orange Beach! Conveniently located across the street are grocery stores and several restaurants including Moe's BBQ, Hurricane Grill, Starbucks, Chronic Tacos, Subway, Cafe Beignets, Rotolo's Pizzeria, Gilbys, Cactus Cantina, Dairy Queen and many more.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. We also have several other 3br and 4br units at Phoenix Orange Beach including the 3br unit just two doors down should you have a large group and need more space!
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We had a 2 family vacation with 10 adults and the property was perfect. Plenty of room to be comfortable together and spend time apart if needed. The kitchen was nicely stocked and had everything we needed for a large group. Beach access was perfect and the lazy River was icing on the cake. Highly recommend this property.

This was an absolute phenomenal condo! The unit was very clean, had everything we needed and then some. The beds were comfortable. We have a large family of 14 and the condo was very roomy. The staff is awesome. Very kind and professional. Charlie texted and called to check on us. We loved everything about this condo and the rental company. No problems or issues whatsoever. We will be back. This complex is also convenient to Walmart, Publix, pharmacies, convenient stores and eating establishments. All within walking distance. This complex is secure and safe and great for families!

This condo was everything we could’ve asked for and more. We had a party of 10-4 adults and 6 kids. There was plenty of room and we never felt cramped up when in the unit. It was clean and modern. The Phoenix property was safe and parking was great. The pool area was excellent for our group and was great entertainment for the children! The beach area was clean and wonderful. Overall A+

We loved this unit and would absolutely stay here again. The colors of the perfect decor were so peaceful and serene. The views were amazing. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was the most well-appointed kitchen we've ever had the pleasure of cooking in. There was even an instapot! We will seek this unit out again! Our only concern (during COVID pandemic) was that there were signs everywhere that masks were required, yet few people wore them and it wasn't enforced.

We usually stay at Phoenix West and the 4 bedrooms there might be a little bigger and it is nice to have additional bathrooms but we would definitely go back to Phoenix Orange Beach.

This condo is absolutely perfect. Great location and amenities and as our grandson said “this place is like a 5 star resort”. Close to shopping and restaurants. Dolphin cruise was fun and we actually saw dolphins in front of condo on several mornings. Fishing trip was a success and brought red snapper home which was a plus. Kids enjoyed parasailing also. Ike’s beach service was excellent and Peyton took great care of us as my husband was a beach bum the whole trip. Overall excellent accommodations, thanks for sharing.

We have vacationed on Alabama gulf shores for the past 30 years. This property has it all and far surpasses all other beach homes and beachside condos we’ve rented. Whether you are a family of five or a party of 12 you will not be disappointed. The property is well maintained with excellent staff and security. The beach access is immediate with lazy river, pools and jacuzzi at ground level beach side. We enjoyed the tennis court on10th floor and the work out facilities at lobby level. The views are spectacular at sunrise, sunset and all day long from the spacious balcony. You can dine in condo at night with an awesome view of the city lights or on the balcony with the roar of the ocean and magnificent sea breeze. If you don’t feel like preparing a meal just walk across the street for Mexican, Chinese , Italian , Seafood and steak, BBQ and more. In addition to the restaurants and shopping there are two grocery stores and three ice cream parlors. The car never has to leave the covered garage unless you want it to. This condo is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! The decor, furnishings and color scheme are tranquil and relaxing.There are so many places to settle in with a good book or to watch one of the 5 TVs. The beds are very comfortable and the condo is equipped with everything you need. The only thing we had to do during our stay was make great memories!
This condo is beautifull! Very beachy vibe to it. It was clean. Well stocked-as far as these condos go. (Read the information on condo website on what is included for the condo.). Parking is great. So many grocery stores, restaurants within walking distance. The beach is beautiful and for those days it’s not beach weather, the kids love the pool! Enjoy the condo- it’s perfect!
