Beautiful property in a convenient location. The property and unit were well maintained and well appointed, everything we needed for a wonderful family reunion!

We had a fabulous week! The reservation system and information was easy and prompt, the condo is in great condition and well-stocked.

The complex was very clean and neat, checking in and out is easy. All cooking utensils are provided but you’ll need a lot of nonstick spray.
Lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, restaurants, and grocery stores in walking distance great location. The condo itself was very clean. Parking is very easy and I like that the cars are covered in case you get any storms with hail. To me the mattresses felt cheap but adequate. We always bring our own Apple TV so entertainment wasn’t an issue. Maybe it’s just me but for a complex that size I would think they would have a volleyball net on the beach for active or younger people to use And they did not.

Best perk of this unit was the location and view. Enjoy waking up with coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean or winding down with a cocktail as you watch the sunset. This area of the beach is slightly less populated, meaning better spots on the beach to suntan. The lazy river and slide were very cool attractions and the indoor pool was warm. The unit was spacious with 3 of the 4 bedrooms boasting spectacular views of the beach and city. Parking structure is safe and easy to access. Make sure to bring your tennis rackets as the tennis court is also really cool. The only thing that would make this listing unbeatable is better management of “starter kits”. It would be nice to have coffee, back up rolls of toilet paper and extra laundry and dishwasher soap - especially for longer term stays. Thanks for a great stay!

Would definitely rent this condo again. Beautiful decor and fully stocked. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Loved that this property is a smaller Phoenix property & it wasn’t too crowded. Great location as well. Grocery stores & Restaurants right across the street.

Great and spacious condo! The view is incredible!! Beds were comfortable and our group really enjoyed the black out curtains in each bedroom. One bar stool was broken and furniture is a little dirty but we thoroughly enjoyed this rental. I would recommend!

We were a party of 9 adult ladies. this condo worked very well. 2 ladies per room and one of the jack and jill rooms had 3. everyone was very comfortable. the key code on the door is great. No one is keeping up with key cards and everyone could come and go as needed. only suggestion would be to add hooks to the bathroom for more to hang towels.

Everything and I mean everything was top notch cleanliness, well stocked, good communication etc EXCEPT the parking situation!!!! You cant check in until 4:30 and the front desk closes at 5:00!!!!You cant get a parking pass because they close the front desk but security puts a violation notice on your vehivle that night!!! Seriously??? We had to be up and gone to a softball tournament before the front desk opened and were there well past 5:00 so no way to get a pass second night. MAKE PARKING PASSES BE ABLE TO BE PURCHASED WITH THE BOOKING!!!! How hard is this????

We stayed in unit 2201 on the top floor corner unit. The place was very nice and view was awesome. Plenty of room for seven people. Very quite as no one else was on that floor. Location was close to stores and restaurants. Only a few things I would recommend they do. The dining room chair cushions need cleaned, cleaners need to move living room chairs and clean under them, toilet paper holder fell off the wall, and can opener didn’t work. Nothing major but little improvements.Pool and beach access was good and clean. Would definitely rent this unit again.

Charlie was fantastic to work with,...He is the only person I'd ever contact for any future visits to Orange/Gulf Shores. The property was very well maintained and managed,...felt Brand New (and I'm pretty sure is was!). The Lazy River and Slide were great alternatives to the beach when the kids needed a change of pace. And the indoor pool was also a great option. Even during the covid craziness, never had any issues with parking, elevators, or anything related to social distancing. Felt very comfortable and safe from start to finish. As for the Penthouse accommodations,...they were exceptional. Clean, well designed,...and had everything we needed from cooking gear to extra pillows. Every detail seemed to be considered. Then there was the view of the beach,...wonderful and refreshing change of scenery was perfect for our visit (BTW,...we had 9 people comfortably enjoy the week together)

It was wonderful! Clean, beautiful and breathtaking views! It was great to spend time with family after weeks of isolation. We felt safe and able to keep our distance during this crazy time in our history. Thank you for a wonderful time away!

When our original unit needed unexpected repairs, we were given another, larger unit that suited our family even better. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The unit was so comfortable I didn't want to leave. Overall, an awesome experience. Thank you, Phoenix Orange Beach!
