Great location and views of beach/ocean. Access into the unit from parking garage was great. We struggled making breakfast and dinner for 8 people with the cookware and quality of cookware provided. Shag rugs need a deep clean. My sister wanted to make sure I let everyone know that the rear bedroom has a window that is adjacent to the interior hall. The lights in the hall are always on and the window blind does not block this light.

Perfect place for our family vacation! The views from the 3rd floor corner condo were amazing! Our grandson loved the pool and I’m sure if the weather had been warmer he would have loved the lazy river! Beach access is perfect! Lots of shops close by & a variety of grocery stores & restaurants with in walking distance! Unit was clean & comfortable! Washing machine doesn’t handle multiple beach towels but worked well otherwise! Grills outdoors (smelled great)! Fitness center was nice too! Our group parasailed with / and loved the experience & the crew was great! Highly recommend! Coastal restaurant & Zeke’s & Moe’s original BBQ across the street were great places to eat! We are ready to go back soon! FloraBama has great entertainment too!

We love Phoenix Orange Beach. It is conveniently located by grocery stores and shopping. Lots of fun activities nearby. The location is beautiful. Our family loved to walk the beach and the kids could swim in the evening in the pool or lazy river. Ideal location for kids and adults.

This is the third year we stayed at Phoenix Orange Beach. The other units we stayed in were a little nicer. This year the rug in the master bedroom was disgustingly dirty and worn. It would have been better to have no rug. The kitchen needs more silverware. There were not enough forks for the 10 of us. The frying pans need to be replaced and it would have been nice to have a larger fry pan instead of two small. These are minor suggestions. The layout in the condos at Phoenix is perfect for our kids and grandkids. We had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pheonix Orange Beach. The complex was very clean and well maintained. Parking is very convenient, and the complex is located directly across the street from grocery stores and restaurants. I have stayed in numerous condos on the Gulf Coast, and this is the probably the nicest of them all. I highly recommend this unit.

We were a family of 7 adults and we very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. Views are terrific from everywhere and make sure you thoroughly enjoy the beach experience. We could hear the waves from our balcony. This area is the most convenient location to have access to Walmart, two grocery stores, cvs and a few restaurants. You can walk over to the shopping center easily if you want. While there we went on dolphin sunset cruise, parasailing and a couple of kids went on jet skis- all of the activities were more reasonably priced than other vacation locations. Additionally, I was getting ready for knee surgery and didn’t want to risk parasailing but I went along as a passenger and had a great time. My husband and I took a lo of birding walks in the excellent, nearby Gulf Park nature area. My son used one of the free bikes to tour the boardwalks of the nature preserve also. This was a terrific condo with no problems. Dishes and linens were plentiful. Kitchen tools and pans were ok. No bowels to mix things in and a very limited startup for tp etc. I bought a lot the first day but wish I’d known because I would have packed from home. Overall we would definitely go back.

This is the perfect location, clean, plenty of room, clean and up to date bathrooms. Walking distance to everything you need. We had as many 12 people and there is plenty of room. We will be back!

This unit was fantastic! We’ve stayed in several condos in Orange Beach, and our family believes Phoenix Orange Beach is hands down the best complex on the beach. You get all the great views, lazy river, and indoor pool/hot tub, along with the convenience of having everything you need within walking distance across the road! Grocery stores, several restaurants, Starbucks... all just across the road. This unit made for a wonderful stay. Every unit that we have stayed in through Phoenix Vacation Properties has been awesome.

This was a beautiful, spacious, tastefully furnished condo. The location was perfect. Corner unit with gorgeous views from 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The parking garage which allowed us to park on the third floor next to our condo was so convenient! The property was very well kept and the people were nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location. We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, the lazy river, indoor pool and hot tub. Shopping areas were close to us, and the parking right at our door was very convenient. The office was closed when we arrived so we didn’t meet the property manager, but he was responsive when we had a minor plumbing issue. The condo itself is roomy and easily accommodated six women. It would have been nice to have more starter supplies — toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, salt and pepper, etc. We arrived late and tired! But, all in all, we had a great stay and I would recommend this unit! Thank you!

The condo was very nice and beautifully decorated throughout. The indoor pool, hot tub, and lazy river were perfect for the younger kids to play in for a change of scenery from the beach. The only constructive criticism we can offer the owners is that the floors should be deep cleaned between each stay and some of the nic-naks could be removed from the tables to provide a calmer setting. The stunning views and the artwork are plenty decor! Overall it was the perfect place for our large family!

I dont believe we will be staying here again. It seems we broke a lot of "rules" while we were there. We tried to get a parking decal when we arrived but no one was at the desk. The next day around lunch, one of my daughters was stopped at the gate coming in from the beach and was told she needed an armband. First we had heard of that. So she went to the room to get her money for the parking pass and then was told she needed her ID. Another trip to the room. Then my other daughter was stopped and she went to the desk to purchase both of our parking passes and was told she couldn't purchase mine because she didn't have my ID. The next morning we heard a knock at the door and we were asked by the guard to move two small beach wagons from the hallway. The hallway is huge and there was only one other couple on the entire floor. We also put our tent up too close to the water, but that's not on you guys I know. We just had a few laughs about being such rebels, when we are the most boring people in the world. It would be easier to swallow it all if our condo had been clean. The doors on the cabinets, especially in the bathroom were very dirty. The corners in the rooms and baseboards were dirty. The sofa was uncomfortable as were the beds. After folding back the quilt on the bed, which I'm sure isn't washed between visitors, there was only a sheet on the bed. Hard to know when the blankets in the closet were washed last. There are too many choices down there, and I paid a LOT for this condo and I need to be really impressed with the cleanliness, the bedding, and the staff.

This was for annual girls trip - we've been going together since 1999. LOVE the balcony furniture! LOVED parking on the same floor! Nice condo but needs some maintenance. Sliding door to balcony was almost impossible to open. Mgmt said a work order had been placed with the building. Frig missing shelf. Master shower was not really clean-maybe mold/mildew. Did not care for benches at dining table. I was going to rent this for my family next summer but don't think I will now that I've stayed here.

We had eight adults and five children (2 under a year old) and the condo was perfect. We’ve read complaints about the parking situation but we were able to get four passes and always found spots right on our floor. The water slide and lazy river were perfect for all ages as you have the option of sun, shade, and even a calm covered area of the pool.
The beach was nice although the chair and umbrella company could at least leave a few pass through options to access the water. The location of this complex is perfect with Publix, Walmart, DQ, and numerous dining options directly across the street.
The only suggestion to make this unit absolutely perfect would be a new mattress in the master bedroom.

Nice and spacious unit. Employees all nice and helpful. The beach is too crowded because of the number of apartments using such a narrow stretch of beach. Renters not renting umbrellas were allowed to put up structures that totally blocked view of the ocean. Lazy river area not sanitary. Overall experience just ok.

There were 9 ladies that came on this friends' trip, and we had a great time. This condo was the perfect size for us. We did not have far to go to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. Being able to park on the same floor made hauling our bags so much easier. I would definitely recommend to anyone, and we hope to go back same time next year.

Wonderful condo with plenty of room and beautiful views. In particular for me there was great noise control, couldn't hear anyone in the hallways at night or above us. Great location, 3rd floor made leaving for the day easy as there was direct access to our vehicle in the parking garage. Short elevator ride one floor to gym and two floors down to beach and pool. I would highly recommend this condo!

This unit at Phoenix Orange Beach was just what we were looking for in space and sleeping arrangements. Everyone in our group of 9 adults had sufficient personal space. The proximity to the beach is great, and views from the balcony are stellar. My only suggestions would be the addition of a hook or two near the Master bath shower for towels. and replacing the nonstick cookware, it is far past its prime.

We had an amazing weekend while visiting Orange beach! This condo is absolutely beautiful with ocean views from nearly every room! The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded. We often didn’t leave the beach until about 6 or 7pm and since we were only here for an extended weekend we didn’t do much venturing out. We went to the hangout which was a fun atmosphere with lots of dancing on tables (kid friendly)! We also ordered sandwiches from Mclures bagel and sandwich shop which was absolutely amazing and convenient to eat on the beach! The location of the condo is amazing. We had a Publix and Starbucks right across the road which was nice. The condo also has bags of ice you can buy on the ground level so we didn’t have to go to the store each morning to fill up our coolers. Overall we had an amazing stay and will likely be returning.

Enjoyable vacation at our condo at Phoenix Orange Beach. Easy check in and a plus is parking on the deck where your condo was. Would recommend 306 to anyone that wants to stay at a beautiful place.

Ideal location in Orange Beach not only on the beach but the amenities that came with the condo are great: 2 hot tubs, indoor heated pool, outdoor lazy river pool with spiral slide, nice gym with equipment, covered deck parking... The condo itself was a great place to stay at. Very modern, roomy adequate bedrooms & bathrooms, very nice balcony, easy access to unit from parking deck, great view of the beach & the gulf and Great location to grocery stores & shops.

It was excellent. I would certainly rent it again.

Had a wonderful stay at The Phoenix Orange Beach. Great location, beautiful views. Loved the 3rd floor with 4 young grandchildren, used the stairwell, easy access. Very roomy for the 10 of us. Loved the ice maker and wet bar.
Negatives- could use a good deep cleaning, kitchen could use more cookware and updated. One coffeepot not working.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at Phoenix Orange Beach #306. The condo was very clean and furnished with everything we needed. There are spectacular views of the ocean from the living room, kitchen, and 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Access to the condo is super easy with garage parking on the third level. There were eight adults and four children in our group and there was plenty of space for us all to spread out and relax. The property manager even checked in with us mid-week to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. We will definitely return to this property when we are back in the area.

I brought a lot of my sanitizing products even though no one had been there in awhile for my comfort. The room was clean on the outside surface but does need a deep cleaning internally. Things like a good scrubbing in the master bedroom shower soap holder area, before checking out notice under the sofa pillow underwear and cereal that didn’t belong to anyone in my party but as a courtesy took something and removed it but left the cereal. In the master bed when I first got there found hair when I pulled the cover back the first night. But those were just minor things that were fixable. Future guests make sure to bring all your essential items such as trash bags, dish washing liquid, tissue, paper towel, etc for your stay and your stay will be as smooth as mine. This condo was definitely a home away from home and I never felt uncomfortable. The 3rd floor was very convenient and end condo doesn’t get any better especially if you don’t like being to high up. Charlie was always helpful and courteous as well the front desk. I will be back because it was definitely worth the 5hr and 43min drive.

Perfect family vacation! Plenty of space for everyone. So relaxing and perfect getaway during the Pandemic! Will remember this condo for future bookings.

This rental unit was in a great location. You could see the beach and the lazy river without leaving the patio. However the master bedroom and bath were not clean. The bedspread was soiled and the throw rug was dirty. I found hiar in my sink and a quetip in the bathroom drawer. Disappointed with that. Also the sink in the kitchen backed up, but we fixed it ourselves.

This was our first trip to Orange Beach. We usually go to Florida, but due to the short term rental ban, we booked this unit at the last minute. The condo is absolutely beautifully decorated! The pictures don't do it justice. Not to mention the stunning view from this corner unit! We parked on the same floor as the condo, and getting in and out, and down to the beach was very convenient. There are 3 grocery stores within walking distance, so the location is perfect. The kitchen could be stocked a little better with cookware, but other than that had everything we needed. I was a little disappointed in the pool area - the only part outside (the main pool area is indoor) is the lazy river, and there's not much area around it for sitting or lounging. The wet bar with ice maker was a bonus!

Our condominium was gorgeous, spacious, well stocked, and had the best views of the beach. The entire property was clean, and the elevators were fast. Parking garage access to our floor And the shopping carts provided were fabulous for loading and unloading. We loved everything about our room. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time this year at the beach. It was the first time our whole family stayed in one condo, and we really found that it worked extremely well.
The condo was spacious and had enough room for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped for when we wanted to eat in, and there were good restaurants nearby when we wanted to go out. Everyone loved the lazy river with the slide and the pool! And the view of the ocean was perfect. The only minor drawback was that the condo was not stocked with an abundance of bath linens. There were some for each bathroom, however, it was a job to make sure everyone had clean bath linens throughout the week.
Everything was clean and neat, and well organized, with a great balcony to enjoy a beautiful ocean view.
