Phoenix Orange Beach 402

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was equipped very well and everything was in working order! We especially like the condition of the kitchen, best we have had at orange beach. Condo is centrally located for everything and that was great!
The only complaint we would have is the living room rug could be replaced , not in great shape and the bed in the master could use a mattress topper, very hard!
We would definitely stay there again!!

The location of this condo is amazing. It’s right in the middle of so many places to shop and dine. It’s only minutes away from the Floribama line and gulf shores where there is more shopping and dining options. The condo was very spacious, a bedroom and bathroom for everyone. It had a huge kitchen, dining and the living space had seating for everyone. In our unit there were games for the kids and a bar set up for the adults. The view was perfect from the 4th floor. I loved that I could park right outside the condo. This was our 3rd year vacationing in the area and can’t wait to go back next year.

We spent 3 weeks in this unit. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. We had a few issues with the microwave and disposal, but all were taken care of very quickly. Best rental we have had in over 15 years. Only way to improve on this place would be to have a dual reclining love seat.

From the first step in the door, until the time we left it was amazing! The view, the amenities, everything about it. I can't wait to come back next year!

We loved our stay here at the phoenix!

The condo was very clean and we loved the fact that it was located on the same floor as the parking deck. Very spacious rooms and a nice set up. My only criticism would be that the primary bedroom mattress is worn out and needs to be changed and the pans for cooking are pretty worn and could use replacing as well. Not a deal breaker and would definitely stay here again!

Needed a condo large enough to handle our 2 sons and their kids along with us. The condo fit the bill. Plenty of room. Well stocked kitchen and other amenities. Large balcony with great view. The biggest hit was the lazy river and water slide. Great location right across the street from the Publix grocery and other retail and restaurants. Condo is on the 4th floor so you can park steps from the door. Would highly recommend it.

We had a very nice stay and experience. We had a couple of issues that were taken care of promptly.

We loved that we could park on the same level as our condo. The condo was great and my family had a wonderful vacation.

Great family beach vacation! Clean and spacious condo with several great amenities at the Phoenix Orange Beach. Indoor, heated pool with zero entry was great for the little ones and beach access was right out the door! The Condo kitchen was well equipped (except I would have loved a vegetable peeler, LOL). Location is great, only a few minutes from the Catholic Church and grocery, restaurants and ice cream parlor across the highway. Definitely recommend!

Everyone enjoyed the stay...close to stores...the views were excellent...the condo was beautiful...location was great for us...the staff and other guest were very friendly...would go again

We loved this condo! One of the best things was the outdoor furniture was so comfortable. We would rent this unit again. I do have a few suggestions: the mattress in the master bedroom is extremely hard and has ruts on both sides. The bedroom on the left has very squeaky beds that woke you up if you moved. There was mold in the master bedrooms shower.

These weren’t things that spoiled our stay. I just felt I needed to pass this along as suggestions.

We were having a family vacation and the condo and particularly Phoenix Rentals made our stay very enjoyable. The lazy river was a hit for all ages and we were only steps from the beach. The condo was lovely and had a lot of space.

The condo was so nicely furnished and we loved all the seating available on the balcony. We will be sure to return again. We had an immediate response on a couple issues and they were resolved. Great place to stay

Phoenix Orange Beach is lovely and the perfect location for a great stay at the beach. Our condo was gorgeous and probably the nicest we've stayed in at Orange Beach.

Stayed in Unit 402 in Phoenix Orange Beach mid-January to mid-March 2022.Great location – both in the building and out. Parking is covered and a few steps from the door. Being on the 4th floor is only 2 floors from the lobby with a well-equipped fitness room and 3 floors from the lovely indoor pool, outdoor lazy river, and beach access. The balcony offers an awesome view of the beach and is so close to the water you can hear the waves. The building is close to restaurants, groceries, and shopping. The unit is very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with almost anything you might need.

Coffee pot not clean. Need towel holders in bathrooms. Furnished very well. Plenty of kitchen items. Even has a drawer with flash lights, pens and paper. Real nice touch.

This was a great condo for 3 couples. Each had private bath. 4th floor. Deck drives up to your condo so you park just steps from your door. I would recommend and would stay here again.

It was great!! Absolutely no stress, it was so easy to get into and out of our condo. The pool was perfect for children kept them entertained for hours. A very beautiful place will most definitely will be coming back!

First time to Orange Beach. This condo did not disappoint. Easy access to condo entrance from parking garage. We were able to drive right up the the 4th floor and park. This made bribing in luggage and groceries a breeze. All areas are safe and secure. Once inside the condo is spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We had 5 adults and 5 children but never felt cramped. Every part of the condo is comfortable from the living room furniture to the beds. Extremely clean and fully equipped kitchen. Full size refrigerator made it easier to buy the amount of groceries we needed. The condo is located in an area with plenty of shopping and dining options. Check in was easy with clear instructions abs no issues. WiFi worked great at night when all were using phones or tablets. The amenities were wonderful with indoor abs outdoor pools. Water slide and lazy River kept my kids busy for hours. The easy access to beach was so nice. Simply love this condo.
