Phoenix Orange Beach 606

We had a great time in 606 Phoenix Orange Beach! The condo was just as described. Yes, the condo is able to be walked into from the parking garage, just remember that you'll need to drive up 6 levels round and round to get there. The lazy river was nice, but the water temperature was cold. The beach was a very easy walk and the indoor pool and hot tubs were great. The kitchen could use a couple more pots and pans. Most of the non stick pans were scratched and we avoided using them. The dryer took a long time to dry our clothes. Overall it was a great stay and I'd recommend this condo to others.

This is an excellent vacation rental. Very easy check in and out process. You don’t have to worry about parking, great parking garage. We have more than enough room for our family to move around in the unit, play games and enjoy the beach. It was quiet and peaceful. The description of the unit was accurate and the location was great. The unit was clean and welll maintained. Good customer service from the property manager as information was provided in great detail. The amenities was great, the tennis court to the pools and of course the beach. I have stayed at the Phoenix Orange Beach 2 times before and never been disappointed of the property. I love staying at this property and this unit. I have and would recommend to my family and friends to stay at POB.

Our family of 7 was overjoyed staying at POB 606! We had an amazing week and highly recommend this condo! It’s in the prime spot of having access to every store possible! On day 1 as soon as we checked in, we bought a mop from Walmart and used it every single day! I’d recommend bringing slippers or flip flops to wear inside the condo because the sand is almost impossible to keep out especially when you have the doors to the balcony open! But the condo is very accommodating and the views were excellent! Only disappointment was not seeing the Sunset from the Beach but quickly realized if we were there in Oct/Nov we’d probably be able to see the Sunset from the balcony/beach. We would def stay there again and loved the new LR furniture. Thanks again for letting us have an incredible week!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is gorgeous. While the leather couch is beautiful, functional and easily 's not the most comfortable since you kind a slide on it.
Love, love the floors so much better than the traditional tile. Patio furniture was a plus too!

Overall, this was one of the nicest condos we have ever stayed in. Parking on the same floor as our room was a major plus!

I stayed here for a week in April. The room was just as pictured, very clean and spacious. Lots of room to spread out with a large group or family. Would definitely stay again!

I've gone to Orange Beach at least twice a year for the past 5 years and this was the nicest condo by far that I've stayed in.

Check in and check out was very easy. Love the door code instead of a key code. Condo itself is not as big and roomy as pictures show. The ice maker will keep you up all night. The floor was filthy, our socks were black everyday. Beautiful condo but not for the money spent off season.

We absolutely loved this rental. It was our first time at Orange Beach and we will definitely be back! Charlie was wonderful to work with and the staff was so friendly and helpful! The condo was beautiful, spacious and well decorated! We had 2 families staying there ... 4 adults and 5 kids and had more than enough room. The parking garage on the 6th floor was so convenient. Elevators were quick when traveling up and down to the pool or beach. The kids loved the lazy river and slide. Overall wonderful experience and we’d love to come back!

overall very good, however the kitchen could use some more pots and pans, more serving bowls, more tea towels. It could use some more bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. It also needed a new toaster. We really enjoyed the location and the view from the balcony was great.

I would say over all our experience was a good one. We were not able to connect to the WiFi while we were there. It also states that it sleeps 14 people, but had we had 14 there would not have been enough towels. The location was great and loved having the parking spot on the floor of our condo.

We had a great time they kids loved the lazy river the balcony was wonderful. The place was clean.

We loved #606! With 8 adults and 2 toddlers it’s not easy to find an oceanfront condo with plenty of room and comfortable seating for all. Being able to park in a garage on the same floor was great. The lazy river and pool with slide was a huge hit for adults and granddaughters!

The condo was great! Exactly as pictured. Wonderful corner unit with views from practically every room. Spacious for 9 adults and 2 teenagers. Only complaint is that the toaster was broken and there were only 2 saucepans. When cooking for this many people, you need more than 2 saucepans .... there is a full size crockpot, which is a plus!

We had 9 members in our family, this gave us plenty of space/room, bedroom sizes were good and good storage in the kitchen. It says in the instructions that they provide the first day supply of essentials , I wouldn’t agree with that so make sure you bring you own supplies, toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towels etc.

Nice facility. Overcrowded beach. No ordinances or not enforced. People put up huge view blocking tents at water edge. Lots of people crowded in small amount of beach.

We have been vacationing in Orange Beach but this is only our 2nd year to stay at Phoenix OB.. it won’t be our last.. we loved this condo. It is so roomy and has plenty of seating for a crowd.. The beds were comfy and the rooms were large enough that we had plenty of room to spread out.. Book this condo. You won’t be sorry... Thanks for a nice stay!

Beautiful Phoenix-Orange Beach end unit! Great views and very comfortable accommodations for 8. Loved the same/level parking. 606 was clean and well appointed with everything we needed. Great for kids! Would definitely return.

We enjoyed our long weekend in Orange Beach with some family we don’t get to see often! Plenty of room for all 8 adults and 2 children. Great location also!

The unit was laid out perfectly for our family with the right amount of beds, etc. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable. My only complaint is that the kitchen could use a few more essentials if you are a family that like to cook, which we do. Could have used one more big pot for seafood night and other pots that were a little bigger in size. Had to use the kitchen scissors as a bottle opener.
Last comment and I know it must be incredibly hard to keep floors clean, but I felt our floors had not been properly swept and mopped prior to our arrival.

Excellent service from Charley. Beautiful view of beach from the floor to ceiling windows. Enjoyed balcony with great seating and view of the beach. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of eight. Close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants and shopping of all kind.

This property was exactly as described. Everything was clean and in working condition. We loved the convenient location to many handy things located across the street. Would highly recommend.

Everything was absolutely perfect at this unit , just as described and pictured if not better. Beautiful Ocean views from everywhere. Exceptionally clean and wonderfully decorated, a true home away from home. No issues at all and the Phoenix staff were super helpful and very nice. Absolutely will make this a once a year getaway. LOVED IT ALL !!!!

This condo is beautiful and we would stay here again! However, there are a few things that would make this property better. The beds are firm, very firm. The master bedding needs to be replaced. Housekeeping did not make any of the beds with a blanket in between the sheet and comforter. Made us wonder if the comforter was even washed in between guests. There was zero hand soap in the condo, so you'll need to bring your own, as well as dish soap. Like stated in the description, bring all of your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish towels, sponges, dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent. We have stayed in other condos that at least provide hand soap to last a week. The biggest complaint that we had all week was the trash chute was right next to this condo, and the smell was HORRIBLE!!! We had to put a towel under the door to keep the smell from coming in our condo. Plus, your neighbors will slam the door and wake you up! The windows around the pool area and glass doors hadn't been cleaned in what looked like years. But again, I would stay here again. Being on a lower floor and parking on your floor is amazing. The decor is very nice and the condo is well outfitted with everything you need!

We loved the condo, the pool, and the beach!

We were going to get a 3br but decided to upgrade to this 4br end unit and very very glad we did. Extra bedroom was nice but the views were just amazing and we were able to park on the same floor as our condo! Amenities were great as well at the resort.
