Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! Avoid the elevators and park on the same floor as the condo!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen HDTV in living room and a flat screen 55" HDTV in the master, and a 50" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms along with a sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 12.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, heated in-door swimming pool, two large Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court on the 10th floor.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We loved the condo and building overall. Probably the cleanest rental condo we have stayed in and it is in great shape. Layout and size was great for our family. We loved having an indoor pool and hot tub option for the cooler days over spring break. Location was fantastic. Able to walk to many stores and restaraunts.

Our condo was gorgeous, balcony was huge with great furniture, the building and staff were wonderful, the lazy river and water slide was a nice touch, there were two huge hot tubs, everything was maintained very well, the beach entry was done very well, it was close to many restaurants and Wal-Mart, and parking was inside a ramp and monitored by security. Our room 702 was by far the best!

We loved staying at Phoenix Orange Beach in unit 702. Loved walking right from the parking deck straight into the room without having to deal with elevators. The condo was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. Our only complaint is that we didn’t have the use of the refrigerator ice maker, only had ice from the bar ice maker. Also the blender was broken in the kitchen. Other than those two things we had a wonderful trip and would definitely consider staying there again.

We always enjoy staying at 702. The owner has everything you need to feel right at home. Located right on the beach, with a lazy river, an indoor pool for children, and two hot tubs you can't go wrong. Rouse's grocery is right across the street for all of us that are from Louisiana. The balcony is great for all of the amazing Orange Sunsets, and the beds are super comfortable. We were very pleased and will definitely stay again. Thank you to the owner for such a great setup!

Very beautiful condo, great communication and everything you need.
We have our annual girls trip! This year we had 6 girls. 702 was perfect! each girl had own room, an beds and the view location was great! we had some issues with the dryer but they came out quickly and fixed it. It was clean and roomy. Easy to check in and out and the process upon arrival was super easy with the code- Would definitely recommend.
