Phoenix Orange Beach 703

All was great except except bar area ice maker didn’t seem to work properly but was also moldy in the back. There was a broken shelf cover in fridge but was no problem to us but was like that upon arrival! Lastly the rug in the living area is badly stained up! Everything else was just fine!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. 703 is the perfect getaway. It was spacious, had a large balcony with very comfortable furniture. The beach was clean and relaxing. Very highly recommend.

Our condo was so big and plenty of room for the 10 of us. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. My favorite was the big balcony and the very comfortable furniture, That’s where most of us sit. All the beds were also very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again next year.

The condo was beautiful and our family totally enjoyed our stay. Everything was the way it was described and in the pictures. My grandchildren loved the lazy river and slide and definitely being so close to the beach. We are already planning on returning next year. Another added plus was the parking spaces being on the same floor as well as restaurants and grocery stores across the street. Loved it...

It was great! Condo was bigger than one we stayed in last year. I felt safe and my teenage grandchildren felt safe.

This condo is one of our favorites at Phoenix Orange Beach! It has by far the best patio/balcony furniture for comfort to relax and enjoy the outdoors.
The master bed was also very comfortable during our 2 week stay. A crock pot would be a great addition to this well equipped condo.

This unit is truly in the perfect location and was very quiet and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable as was the outdoor furniture. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo was just like its picture. Very cean & had everything we needed. The balcony was very privite and well furnished. We have stayed at 3 other Phoenix's and the one tops the others. We have found our home away from home.

Absolutely wonderful! Cant wait to stay again.

We have stayed at 4 other Phoenix properties in Orange Beach and this was by far our favorite. The condo is gorgeous and has everything you could want. The balcony has very comfortable furnishings and an amazing view. Parking was conveniently located just outside the condo. We never waited long for an elevator either, which has been an issue in other larger properties. This building seems well set up for the number of units. Chairs around the pool were lacking, but we spent our time at the beach. The beach is large and beautiful with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy the day. This property is also very conveniently located within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, Walgreens and the grocery stores. We would definitely come back to this property and unit again.

I wanted a place with lots of natural light and this place did not disappoint. Condo is exactly as represented in the pictures.

We had a wonderful stay in 703. The decor was beautiful, the location and view were great. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

We had a wonderful time with our family of 10. There was plenty of room for everyone! The unit was nicely decorated and very clean. The only downside had nothing to do with our unit. We needed more parking passes than was allowed. Fortunately, we have a friend that owns a home nearby and allowed us to park our extra vehicles at their house. We loved being able to park on the seventh floor and not having to use an elevator!!’

We had a family vacation with 3 generations consisting of 6 adults, and 7 grand children ranging from newborn to 8 years old. We rented this unit along with unit 706. So between the two we had 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. MORE THAN ENOUGH space! Great location, beautiful views and very clean (coming from a major germaphobe)! Will definitely return.

Description and pictures did NOT give #703 due justice. This was our 4th FAMILY vacation which included our adult daughters, their spouses and 3 grandchildren. There was so much room for EVERYONE, the balcony was used dailey, from morning coffee, watching dolphins to late evenings watching storms pass in the Gulf. The lazy river and water slide was perfect for the grandkids and adults. This was our best vacation to date, we are already want to book this same place, same week, next year, maybe even add a few more days to our rental. Everything about this location was spot on, we had no issues, management was very helpful checking in our family, which all arrived at different times, security/personnel at the location was VERY attentive to all our needs at the pool and on site. Location was perfect to walk or drive to get anything needed during our stay. Will definitely be returning and recommending to EVERYONE.

We had a great time at this lovely, spacious condo. The deck is large and inviting with comfortable furniture. There were six of us but we never felt crowded.
