Unit is just as pictured. Great view from the balcony. My family enjoyed our stay. The ice maker is great! Beds are comfortable.
Fridge isn't that big and is missing a shelf. The dryer needs to be replaced- it takes approximately 140 minutes to dry the unit towels...longer for beach towels.
If you are bringing your own beach chairs and umbrella, you'll need to set up around 6:30am because the Ike beach rental guy starts his beach takeover around 7am He'll take up all oceanfront areas plus 3-4 rows in. A lot of those chairs never get rented and just take up space.
Plenty of restaurants and shops near by.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was clean, well decorated, and had a great view with great amenities. There were a few issues, such as loose toilets and a broken faucet, but these would not prevent me from coming back.

Arrival was hassle free. The property was great. Staff were friendly and professional.

Our family absolutely enjoyed the Phoenix Orange condos. Very clean, well stocked and a lovely patio for enjoying the wonderful view including sunrise and sunsets! Would definitely recommend!

The condo and condo complex are very very nice. Parking on the same floor as unit is very convenient. East facing corner unit with beautiful sunrise views- and gulf views. Balcony is exceptional, with excellent & comfortable bar height furnishings.
The condo itself is unfortunately in desperate need of a deep cleaning -and some updates- floors were dirty, particularly in corners & under furniture/cabinet edges, windows had hand & nose prints, doors had hand prints, one shower had black mold.
The condo is large and airy and quite lovely - but is clearly well worn . Cabinet & wall dings & scrapes, appliances dented, worn/broken down furniture. Curtains/blinds broken away from hangers in spots . The Jack/Jill bathroom between 2 of the bedrooms had a single shower liner that only had partial hooks- and a very musty odor.
With a deep clean and some updates I believe the condo unit will return to what I’m sure was an absolutely exceptional unit at one time!

The whole family had a great time. The condo was perfect and met all of our needs. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies ... we cook a lot while we are at the beach! It was great being able to park on the same floor as the condo. Everyone enjoyed the lazy river and the kids loved the slide. Great breeze out on the balcony! Loved the recliners ... the arrangement of the living room was very conducive to visiting and enjoying each other. Management was very responsive when we had a problem with the garbage disposal ... fixed the problem right away. We struggled to keep the floors clean ... our feet got pretty dirty. All in all, a wonderful time was had by each age group! We would definitely come back!

I understand that there will be sand but I don’t think any of the floors in this condo had been swept or vacuumed. There was sand in on of the beds so sheets had not even been changed. Countertops and tabletops had not been cleaned. Mold in master shower and all over shower curtain in second shower I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo.

We recently stayed in this condo as a group of 12 (7 adults and 5 children). The amenities were amazing, the condo had everything we needed and the location was awesome! The panoramic view of the ocean was breathtaking, and you could see the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, living room, extensive balcony and 3 of the 4 bedrooms which was a huge plus! The kitchen was large enough for us to prepare meals and store everything we needed. A separate ice maker at the wet bar was key for filling coolers and water bottles before heading down to the beach. The lazy river was a hit with the entire group and the kids loved the water slide. We highly recommend this condo and will keep it in mind for future vacations! One note to add is that a previous review mentioned there weren't large stock pots for cooking meals for a large group, so we packed one in the car with us. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to find 2 giant stockpots and wouldn't have needed to bring ours after all. Thought this could help someone save room in the future! If you are on the fence about booking this condo, do it!!

The unit was very clean, spacious, with modern amenities. The view was outstanding and the 7th floor was a perfect height. We loved the large balcony and the kids loved the lazy river. The beds were comfortable. A few more towels would have been nice, but we adapted. Also having the parking deck at the same level as the rental unit allowed us to skip the elevator ride most of the time. The proximity to Publix and Walmart was also convenient.
We had a great time and will definitely book at Phoenix Orange Beach again !!!

Loved property, but housekeep needs work sand still all over floors. Everything else was wonderful.

Very nice room

The unit is amazing! It was exactly what we wanted. We had a large kitchen, enough beds and bedrooms for everyone so they could have their privacy if they needed it. The family room had enough seating for everyone. The views of the ocean were amazing! When we were there it was a tad cold, so having an indoor heated pool, and 2 hot tubs were great! Our kids were in them constantly! The indoor pool has the ability to walk into (shallow at first and ramps down) so it is perfect for anyone who may have difficulties getting into a conventional pool.
We came from out of state and arrived late at night. We were warned that there would be minimal kitchen supplies. There were pots and pans, dishes, ext. However, there was zero spices, ext. So, when we woke up we went to Walmart and bought EVERYTHING (coffee, filters, salt, pepper, TP (you get 1 role per bath), Ziplocs, ext)...anything you may need other than pots and pans you will need to bring or buy. Also, the WIFI was a bit spotty, which is always frustrating. We had to manually sign out and back in multiple times. We came in the off season, and all the rentals for beach chairs, ext were closed, so we had to go buy all of that stuff, too, which was kind of a bummer, since we weren't going to pack it back on the plane. It would have been nice to have had some standard beach toys for the kiddos, and maybe a chair or 2 to take down to the beach. The last few nights we were there (we were there a week) the upstairs neighbors sounded like they were moving furniture all night. It was weird, but maybe that is how we sounded to the people below us. Overall, it was an amazing place, and we would definitely come back to this unit, but we would know a bit better what we needed to bring and buy. The unit was clean, and the entire building is really amazing! You will have fun!

Great visit - great location -

When we arrived, we had sewer flies... a LOT of them, and everywhere. The kitchen, the bathrooms, on our towels... gross. The second day the owner brought a bottle of fruit fly spray. It didn't help very much, needless to say, they were still visiting until the last day of our stay (and we stayed 5 days). I've never seen this problem on vacation in a condo,. nor has any of the people staying with us. The owner said "someone checked out 3 days ago and must have left something in the trash", but we know the rooms are cleaned the day of check-out. Also, the bed in the back room was not comfortable, so my husband and I ended up sleeping in the double bed room. Hairs in all the showers. Not happy! At least the weather was good.

Excellent location and well furnished. Would be helpful to have more towels. We were washing & drying towels constantly. Beautiful view and comfortable beds & furniture. Lazy river pool, slide for kids, indoor & outdoor pools & hot tubs. Nice grills to use. We found the security personell to be rude and difficult to deal with. Great beach frontage. Great restaurants, shopping and plenty of activites for kids.

We had an awesome experience at this unit. We had 10 guests stay here and it was perfect size for our family. It was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed included a Kuerig coffee maker. The view was amazing. We loved the outdoor seating. We would stay here again. The pool, slide and hot tub area was a hugh hit.

The condo was lovely and decorated well. There was plenty of seating in the living room area and it was comfortable and in good condition. The area rug in the living area was soiled and needs replacing.The view from the balcony was beautiful and the patio furniture was sturdy and comfortable . The pots and pans need an upgrade, a new can opener, and more baking dishes and bowls would be nice.
My number one complaint was the cleanliness of the condo. I had to mop the floors within a few hours of being there because our feet were black. The stainless steal appliance were soiled with hand prints and food. I had notice the unit next to ours being cleaned by one woman. The units are very large and need a bigger cleaning crew to get the job done right.

Perfect location to walk to the beach, lazy river, indoor pool. Cant wait to go back to spend more relaxing time with my family!

The view, the location, the furnishings, and the balcony were all very nice. There was only one working elevator and we were disappointed in the kitchen pots and pans available for us to use. Our family enjoys cooking and we bring most of our own food to heat up. We had a very difficult time with the pots, frying pan, etc that were provided for us to use. We found that the master tub was also dirty on arrival, and that there was a smelly odor as you walked down the hallway. The garbage cans as you come from the beach were all full with no one emptying them through throughout the day. We enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach, but will probably choose another unit next time.

The condo was nice and the stay up until the last day was great. There was so many people in the pool on Sunday and they were very drunk and there was a man pulling his trunks down and showing his tattoo on his butt. I spoke to security however he was allowed to stay in the pool with a lot of kids around and between that and the really drunk people decreased how nice it had been up to that point.

Had a fantastic time! The condo was beautiful and lots of space! The only problem we had was there was sand everywhere and IN the beds on arrival! We had to change and wash all the sheets. The bed frame in 2nd master was broke but as soon as we emailed Charlie it was taken care of! The staff was great and would definitely stay again!

Our family had an awesome time at Orange Beach and the condo was absolutely perfect for the 10 of us. Beautiful and comfortable!

We had a wonderful time and our condo was perfect! Beautiful view from our large balcony. The lazy river was a plus and the location could not have been better. Major grocery stores, Starbucks, and great restaurants in the area. We will be back!!

This condo was perfect! We had a wonderful time. We actually rented this unit along with unit 703. Among the two units, we had 6 adults and 7 grandchildren ranging from newborn to 8 years old. We had more than enough sleeping space. That was really the only time we used the second unit, was nap time and night time. We had meals together in one unit - plenty of cooking space and seating space. Kitchen very well stocked, furniture was great throughout both units. Wonderful view from balcony. Water slide kept the children entertained - which was why we stayed here. Will definitely return.
