Everything was perfect for a girls trip getaway. The accommodations were beautiful. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom. Morning coffee and girlfriend chats on the patio were so much fun as we sat and watched the waves.

From the moment we pulled into the parking structure everything was PERFECT. The check-in was pleasant and quick. The condo was fantastic. It was up to date, clean, loaded with everything we needed from the full sized appliances to the large flat screen SmartTVs which included DISH Network. The kitchen is full of cookware and utensils, place settings etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean and beautiful.

The trip to the beach took fewer than 2-3 minutes, a ride down the elevator and about a 100' walk down the deck and you are there!

Every aspect of this Condo was better than advertised. I needed to add two people to our group, all I had to do was message Charlie through the VRBO link. He replied with "No problem" inside of 24 hours.

The amenities were very nice as well. The exercise room had treadmills, ellipticals, dumbells, weight machines, and room for yoga mats.

Overall, a wonderful place which helped to make it a wonderful vacation.

EXCELLENT site in every way to enjoy the extraordinary Gulf Coast! Owner could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The arrangement of the unit was perfect for three separate families.

we stay here twice a year. the owners are wonderful people and charlie which manages it is a very nice and helpful. amenities are top notch.would not stay any where but here.

Great location. Stayed here with my husband and 3 kids and my parents. Beach was beautiful, pools were fun. Property manager was easily accessible.

Mattresses cannot be seen in photos and the quality rarely mentioned. These beds were very nice and comfortable. Very well pleased.

We love the location of this rental. Some deep cleaning could be done, dust on baseboards, fans, vents, in corners. Would definitely stay here again, second time in this unit. The balcony is the best ever and beautifully decorated. hated to leave

We loved this condo with beach front views. It was spacious, clean and the condo and balcony furnishings were picture perfect, just as advertised. We loved the 8th floor parking. Enjoyed the beach the lazy river! Some of the restaurants we liked were, The Shrimp Basket, Lulu's and The Hangout. We would highly recommend & hope to stay there again.

The condo was clean and centrally located. The lazy river was a nice addition. The manager was very timely in responding to emails.

Just WOW! This clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and comfortable property was just what we desired for a much needed family get away! From the moment we walked into this unit, we were blown away by the inviting atmosphere and amazing views - loved the keyless entry! We are cooks and often travel with spices. To our surprise the kitchen was perfectly appointed. Best of all a grocery store is located across the street and charcoal grills near the lazy river. We loved watching the dolphins, ships and beach goers from the balcony and spent a lot of time just hanging out, laughing, eating, drinking and falling asleep on the balcony. Oh, and did I mention - the beds were amazing? Each room has its own TV and private bathroom. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone who loves a clean, relaxing, beautiful atmosphere - full of amenities inside and out.

We stayed in unit 803. Beautiful unit with well stocked kitchen. Unit is well kept, beautifully decorated and spacious. Beach front balcony has comfortable furniture and perfect for morning coffee and evening gatherings. Highly recommend and hope to visit again.

Everything about this experience was amazing! Reservation was a breeze. Condo unit was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. We saw dolphins almost every day from our balcony. Even the storms were beautiful. A bad day at the beach is way better than a good day at work...will definitely make a return trip to Orange Beach!!

Our family stayed in this beautiful condo. It was spacious, clean, and had a perfect beach front view from the balcony! We vacationed with several other families here and we all had a unit in this building! Worked out perfectly. Location and accommodations were outstanding. Getting around in the building, beach & pool access were easy and kids were comfortable going from beach to pool to unit alone as well. This unit was an A+, would come back and stay here again!!

***** This was the most luxurious condo with more room than needed with great view of ocean. The lazy river sets this complex apart from most. Yes, it was cold but worth it. The location is within a few blocks of the Backcountry Trail where we rode bikes. But, you can walk if you prefer. Walmart grocery is also nearby. The weather was much better than we expected. My son slept on the balcony (by choice) and was lured to sleep by the crashing waves.. Looking forward to next year. Same place #803 *****

We are a local Fairhope family/OB business owners and decided last minute to stay at the beach for the bday weekend. I called property management company and he immediately sent me this listing, booked it and actually ended up staying an extra day which he handled for me as well. Property was perfect! Only recommendation to owners would be to update the "Palm" and "Peacock" bedding; they are outdated. Otherwise, everything was comfortable, clean and well decorated. Will be our go to the next time we stay at the beach. Thank you for a great mini vaca

The best recommendation I can make is to say I'll go again. Expectations were all exceeded. It was a WOW when we walked in the door. Everything (parking, cleanliness, location, beach access, view, space, kitchen, bedrooms, furniture, tv's, balcony furniture, access to stores and restaurants) was about as good as you can get. Owner was responsive and made sure we were ok and happy. Hunkered down and weathered a tropical storm with 60 mph winds for one nite, never had a concern about safety. Well worth the money.

This vacation was perfect. The condo is beautiful and well furnished. The beds are comfortable and there’s an abundance of extra blankets and linens. I’’ve never seen a condo kitchen so well stocked. There was even an air fryer and crockpots! The balcony had the most comfortable furniture and it was huge. We were either on the beach or on the balcony. The kids loved the lazy river and slide. We have been coming to the Orange Beach area for 40 years. We’ve stayed at almost every Phoenix Property. This complex has all the advantages of a large resort, but not crowded or overwhelming. Parking outside the condo was fantastic for loading and unloading the car. Shopping and dining were right across the street and we even walked to get our nails done. Loved not having to keep up with keys or cards with the keypad entry. I would definitely stay again.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, very clean, and was well stocked! With 10 people in our party, we were a bit worried about enough room before we arrived. That was not an issue at all! So spacious and inviting. Will definitely book here again!

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Phoenix Orange Beach 803! There was plenty of room! I chose this room because of the two extra bedrooms both with 2 queen beds! No one had to sleep together and 3 bathrooms made getting ready for the night much faster! The decor was beautiful and the outdoor lounge furniture really helped make my choice! The 8th floor parking was super convenient! I would recommend this condo to anyone anytime! I look forward to renting here again in the future!!

This is the loveliest home away from home! The condo is spacious, furnished beautifully, the kitchen well equipped and the linens luxurious. The view from the huge balcony is amazing. We love parking on the 8th floor deck right outside our door and with plenty of carts for moving in and out. The pool area is very pretty and the beach gorgeous. We would LOVE to come back to 803!

This was by far the nicest and most beautifully furnished condo we have ever stayed at! We came down for my birthday weekend with my siblings and spouses from around the country. There was plenty of space for all 8 of us. We started every morning on the balcony with our coffees watching the sunrise and the dolphins swim by. We cooked several meals in the fully furnished kitchen and then went out to eat, shop and play golf. Although its cool in November, Orange Beach is a great place to visit at this time because there are no crowds. You can go anywhere and walk right in, even a group of 8. Coming back to the condo in the evenings was wonderful. We had plenty of space to hang out, watch tv and play cards/drink wine! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds A+. I would totally recommend this condo for the comfort, ease of getting around town and spectacular ocean views. I'm sure the other units in this building are nice, but 803 is a gem! Thanks to the owners for making it beautiful and available for families like us. The management was pleasant and helpful...the only thing we didn't get to do was float in the lazy river! Pool and hot tubs were clean and enjoyable. We look forward to another visit in 803!

Very Nice unit

It was my kids first going to the beach and they was so excited. The condo was very clean and it was different themes in each rooms and my kids liked it. We will be going back down there next year . And the view is beautiful
