Phoenix Orange Beach II 1501

Great location and easy access to the beach. The elevators were fast and always available. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us in the living/dinining area. The beds were quite comfortable. The unit had very little storage for clothes. 6 family members had to live out of their suitcases for the week.There were no luggage racks. Many of the cooking pans/sheets need to be replaced.

Accommodations were excellent. Very roomy, clean, and comfortable.

Leave a small vacuum for guests who stay for multiple days, get some larger pots for cooking and some extra utensils!

This unit was beautiful. A place that i could totally and completely be at peace!! Gorgeous views, luxurious decor, and exceptionally clean!! If i had a dream home this unit would be it!!! Great location, charming staff, and awesome amenities. This will be a definite once a year vacation destination for myself and my family!!!

This condo was perfect for our group. It was equipped with most everything we needed. It is close to stores and places to eat.

This condo was super nice! Bedrooms are all large and it’s a corner unit so lots of windows and great views. Master bedroom and main living area had access to the balcony and it was a beautiful view of the ocean. The kids enjoyed the lazy river and water slides and it was a good way to relax after playing hard at the beach that had access right from the pool. The grills on site were perfect for bbq-ing with the family. Several amenities close by which was very convenient, though there’s no crosswalk close so it’s safe to drive. Icecream shop, donut shop, liquor store are all right across the street. The dolphin cruise we went on was fantastic and was only a mile down the road. Flora-Bama is a quick 5 min drive for good entertainment and of course the souvenir shops are only a block or two down the road. We were only 10-15 min from the Hangout, LuLu’s, Tacky Jacks, and several other fun restaurants. Make sure to bring a larger pot with you if you plan to cook something bigger than a box of Mac n cheese. Lots of beach toys, a couple of chairs, and tent were available in the laundry closet so that was super helpful as well.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and would love to return!

The condo was very nice and well maintained. We were a party of 10 and it had enough space for all of us to be comfortable. The staff was friendly and the grounds were nice and clean.

We absolutely love Phoenix properties! This condo was just as pictured! Beautifully decorated..amazing views! We were able to watch the dolphins from the balcony! My grandkids loved the waterslide and the splash pad!

This place was beautiful from the second we stepped in the door. It was clean, well taken care of, had eveything we needed for a perfect trip. Hands down would come right back to this place over and over again.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. View was great and we were in a great location to view the eclipse. There are also plenty of activities to take advantage of in the area. I highly recommend this condo.

This is a really nice condo, with plenty of room and was perfect for our friends trip. We were comfortable and it was decorated with wonderful furnishings! It is as nice as the pictures look. The lazy river was fun and the pool area perfect for gathering.

There were 6 adults and we had a wonderful stay. We shared many meals together at the huge dining table and ate many meals out at various restaurants. Our favorite dinner was at Big Fish. Great ice cream across the street from us. Biking and walking miles of beaches kept us very busy.

Beautiful condo with a fantastic beach front view. Both the indoor and outdoor pool area were amazing. Beach access was superb. Plenty of room for all 9 of us in our party to spread out and enjoy a wonderful week!

From the moment we walked in, it was breath taking! Every room has a big nice smart tv and cable box. The kids loved watching netflix, and the adults loved watching Football. The kitchen had a nice large crockpot and all the cooking wear to entertain and feed our large crew. We had 4 adults and 6 children and we had plenty of room to relax and fill on top of each other at all. The place was exceptionally well kept and everything worked as expected. The pools and hot tub were nice, my 54 year old father even went down the water slide! The condo is right on the beach and had great views all around! The beach wasn't crowded at all, which made it even more enjoyable. We spent lots of time sitting on the balcony eating and drinking and listening to and smelling that ocean air! We are already planning our next trip and plan to stay in this same unit!

The condo is just lovely. The decor is gorgeous and the views are spectacular. You have absolutely everything you need. The kitchen is very well stocked, the beds are extremely comfortable, and there is plenty of room for dining and lounging. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Among the 6 Adults & 4 Children we ALL were so happy during our week trip. After talking about how much fun we had during our 2021 Christmas family get-together, thought it was time to write a review.These are the things that were important to us...Easy parking to room access. Condo was clean, spacious, beautifully furnished with a comfortable sectional and two swivel rocker chairs in the Den, which allowed plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen is large and well equipped with all that we needed - even plastic ware for the little's! Plenty of bathrooms & hot water for all! The beds & pillows were so comfortable too. When washing beach towels, etc was necessary, the Washer & Dryer are large capacity and dried everything quickly. The floor to ceiling windows in the Den and Master bed room allowed incredible views. Balcony furniture made it easy to sit and enjoy reading or watching the Gulf. Sunrise & sunset views are amazing here & experiencing them from this unit does not disappoint. The water features like the indoor & outdoor pools with slide; splash pad and lazy river were a favorite for the kids when the beach wasn't an option. Can you tell we had a fun time together? Making plans now to book Unit 1501 for September 2022. :o}

While together for our 2021 Family Christmas get-together, we talked about how much fun we had and thought I need to write a review, so here goes. We had 6 Adults & 4 Children during our week trip, and everyone was so happy in Unit 1501. These are the things that were important to us... Great shopping and Restaurants close by as well as several Grocery Stores with quality produce/meats. Easy parking to room access. Condo was clean, spacious, beautifully furnished with a comfortable sectional and two swivel/rocker chairs, which allowed plenty of seating for everyone. Need to mention the waterfront views are spectacular from the Den/Kitchen.The kitchen is large and well equipped with all that we needed - even plastic ware for the little’s! Plenty of bathrooms & hot water for all! The beds & pillows were so comfortable too. When it was necessary to wash beach towels, etc, the Washer & Dryer are large capacity and dried everything quickly. The floor to ceiling windows in the Den and Master bedroom allowed incredible views. All bedrooms but one have beach views, but it was perfect for napping kids during the day! The other three had black out curtains for those “sleep in” mornings. Balcony furniture made it easy to sit and enjoy reading or watching the Gulf. Sunrise & sunset views are amazing here & experiencing them from this unit does not disappoint. Easy access to the beach and the water features like the indoor pool & outdoor pool with slide; splash pad and lazy river. Can you tell we had a fun time together? Making plans now to book Unit 1501 again for September 2022. :o}

Our first time on Alabama beaches and we loved it!! The only major issue was not enough restaurants and waits being so long! Beautiful area, just overcrowded right now!

As for the Condo, gorgeous views beautiful rooms! For the price of this Condo it should have a few more amenities!! 1 towel and wash cloth per person was a little ridiculous!! I wash my face twice a day, so we had to do towels everyday! Also, a few things need added in the kitchen! A tray to would be handy to carry food and utensils to the grill tho! They also may want to check under the beds and beside the washer and dryer for left items and paper! Overall, an Absolutely awesome stay ans would definitely go back!!

We loved staying here! Plenty of space for 8 adults and 2 teens in our party. Three of the four bedrooms have ocean views and the balcony is large enough for all of us to comfortably fit. Plenty of living and dining space for everyone. The view from the 15th floor is awesome along both directions of the beach. Would absolutely stay here again. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint would be to have more soap/cleaning supplies available but that is nitpicking. We were very impressed with this place. Grocery stores and restaurants are all very close too.

Gorgeous unobstructed views from this immaculately decorated condo with amazing amenities! Already booked for next year.
