My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit itself was spacious, very clean, had all the things we needed. We loved how big the balcony was. We didn’t get to enjoy the lazy River until our last full day there but I would definitely say that was the best part! The staff we met was also very nice. We have both agreed that we will be going back! And we have also mentioned it to our families as well!

Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely go back to enjoy this beautiful condo.

Very nice condo. Beautiful furnishings. Comfortable beds with lots of extra blankets. Extra ice machine came in handy. Spectacular view. Very clean.
I would definitely love to stay there again.
The only thing that I don’t understand, in this rental and others where I have paid a lot of money to stay, why they have such cheap toilet paper and paper towels.

We really enjoyed this condo. Nicely decorated and convenient to everything in Orange Beach. My only suggestion is to have some cabinets in the kitchen empty so you can have some sort of pantry. The kitchen is SO stocked that you have no where to put any groceries except for the countertops. Not a complaint just a suggestion. We would definitely stay here again :)

Our stay at 1803 Pheonix 2 was lovely!!! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. This unit had all the necessary items to live here for a week, and then some. No view from bedrooms, only the main room with the amazing floor to ceiling windows looking out at the Gulf. Second bedroom is small and very tight to move around in, so best for little kids. Three full bathrooms is a huge bonus! Sadly, one ply rough paper toilet tissue is in each so be sure to bring/buy quality TP and also garbage bags and paper towels. Remote to close blinds is missing. Elevators never broken and always quick to show up. Work out room is equipt fabulously. Front desk staff is so nice. Parking is easy as well. This was a super wonderful stay!!

We rented recently over Spring Break. This condo was in a perfect location in Orange Beach and the building itself. This is the third 2 bedroom unit we've rented in this building and easily became our favorite. Comfortable furnishing, anything you would need in the stocked kitchen, and our family loved the second bedroom / bunk room. Would highly recommend.

Beautifully decorated condo with everything we needed for the trip. Loved having three bathrooms. Kids were thrilled with the bunk area. Owner was wonderful to work with.

This was the easiest vacation we have ever booked. The condo was ABSOLUTELY amazing. Wonderful location, awesome balcony, furniture was comfortable...etc. We do plan on returning soon.

Beautifully decorated condo. All the creature comforts of home. I felt like I was at home. Perfect location on the beach. Having an awesome lazy river with slide was a plus for rough beach days. Having an indoor pool and hot tub was the icing on the cake for the kids. Perfect location for restaurants. 100% would stay here again

This condo was great for our Girts Trip!!!! It was super clean upon our arrival. It had just about everything we needed during our week stay (except no hangers in any of the closets). My kids loved the water slide and I loved having the lazy river. I had an issue with the air conditioner turning off, within 5 minutes of emailing Clark about the issue he texted saying he was sending his maintenance guy up to fix it. They had it fixed and working great in less than 30 minutes. This was the best condo we have stayed in and I will definitely be back with the reat of my family!!

This condo was absolutely stunning. EVERYTHING and anything you could think of. I kept finding new things each day! The place is immaculate and decorated so beautifully! The owner and property management were absolutely wonderful to work with and communicate with. My girls freaked out over the loft beds! I just can't really say enough about this place! The beach is right there. Easy to navigate. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Everything was as advertised. New property. Clean. We have stayed in Orange Beach for years and this might be one of the nicer properties. The owners did a great job with this condo. Elevators were very fast. Never much of a wait. Our 5yr old enjoyed the Lazy River, slide and indoor pool.

We had the absolute best trip! Very clean- very nice and the perfect balcony view of the Gulf. We will certainly stay here again. We only wish it had 3 bedrooms- so we could rent this property for our larger family trips as well! ♥️

The Condo was perfect! Very clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Very spacious living rooms and bedrooms. The view was outstanding. We used the gym on the 1st floor had all up to date equipment. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is amazing! Our family stayed over New Year's and had great weather and fun memories! The condo is beautifully decorated with amazing views! We loved the indoor pool and hot tub and everything you needed was there! Easy communication and fast elevators! We'll be back!

The condo was beautiful and very clean!! We enjoyed the indoor pool very much with my 18 month old! The ocean water was a little cool so the indoor pool was perfect and very warm! The lazy river was also lots of fun for the whole family!

Everything you need and more ! Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, extra blankets & pillows, 2 beach chairs with umbrella, spacious balcony with comfortable seating, ice maker, keurig/coffee pot, pullout couch. Extra 3rd bathroom was great. Fast elevators, ample parking in September. Loved it !
