Our condo is perfectly situated on the 18th floor directly overlooking the Lazy River at Phoenix Orange Beach II with incredible panoramic views of the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom. With over 1,750 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 70” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 50" SMART TV in the master, and a 43" Smart TV in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master and two Queen beds in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms for sleeping up to 10.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

This was our first stay at a Phoenix location, and really liked Orange Beach II. The condo was great and we liked the facilities. The only concern we had was all the adults drinking beer etc. around the pool and standing in the lazy river & water slide area starting at was difficult for the small kids to use the lazy river and slide in the afternoon. We didn't like all the beer cans left around the pool either. We had small kids with us and we thought this was a family facility.

The condo was wonderful!! Very clean. Roomy. Only problem we had was with the maintenance man turning off the kiddy slide because one or two kids misbehaved. Feel he should remove those misbehaving and find parents. Not punish whole complex. Highly recommend unit 1804.

We had a great experience staying at the Phoenix Beach 2 condos. It was close to all the good restaurants and the Wharf. I wish they had blackout curtains in the 2 front rooms, as the light from the hall shined in like it was daylight at 3:30am. Other than that, our stay was great!

We had a great vacation in this spacious condo with beautiful decor. It had everything we needed...beds were very comfortable. Complex was very nice and less crowded than some of the larger complexes. We didn't have to wait for elevators and the parking was convenient. Close to Publix and lots of restaurants.

We loved the condo, especially the location right on the beach, but also having a great pool area. This seems to be a low density building because we never felt like it was too crowded and didn't have to wait a long time for elevators. We love that the guest rooms offer two full/queen beds in each. The floors were not **** and span clean - the kids feet turned black after walking around for a while, but there was no debris left on the floors. We just gave them a quick mop, and it was fine. Thank you for having a working vacuum cleaner, broom and dust pan in the condo; when you travel with young children, it's a necessity. We found the kitchen was pretty well equipped.

We had 3 generations staying with us and everyone was happy! There was plenty of room for the 8 of us (4 kids and 4 adults) to have our own spaces. The place was very clean and close to everything we needed.

On arrival the entrance to parking deck not well marked or identified (once you know where it is not hard to access), parking deck was clean and plenty of space. Check in was easy, Complex was great. Elevators ran smoothly and quick Kids loved the lazy river and pool slide. Indoor pool was nice. Boardwalk to beach was very nice and ended just a short distance from water. The room (1804) was as advertised and was very clean, dining room chairs did not sit well. Everyone who works at complex were very nice and knowledgeable. Had a wonderful week hope to go back and stay again.

Wonderful space for our family to enjoy the beach over spring break. Parking garage and indoor/outdoor pool were a bonus! Beach access and options to rent chairs and umbrellas allowed for a relaxing visit.
