Phoenix Orange Beach II 2001

The photos on the listing is exactly what you are going to get. Very roomy and fits 14 of us. Kitchen is very functional for those who planned on making meals during the stay. Parking is secured and spacious for any type of vehicles. Will def book again..

Our stay was amazing. The condo was spotless, had a well stocked kitchen and comfortable bedding. The view was incredible and only steps from the beach. There were plenty of restaurants within minutes of our location. Can’t wait to stay again!

Our stay at the Phoenix #2001 was AMAZING! Beautiful condo and views from the spacious balcony were stunning. Plenty of room for 6 adult females. The beds were so comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for 6 Italians who love to cook!! But I can’t write this review without mentioning Jil, with Phoenix rentals. I just can’t say enough about how much she did to make our stay even better than we could have ever imagined. I’ve been coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach at least 3 times a year for the past 20 yrs and have never had such a wonderful contact person who was so sincere and kind . For this, I will be a repeat customer with her and will refer my family and friends. Thanks again and see you soon I hope!!

This was a great condo and complex for families. We had kids aged 2 to 12. They all had a blast!!!

My family absolutely loved our stay at Phoenix Orange Beach II 2001! The condo was gorgeous! There was plenty of seating and room for all of us. The condo was beautifully decorated and extremely clean! We will definitely be booking here again!

Renting in Phoenix Orange Beach 2 was a wonderful experience. The building is new, modern and clean. We enjoyed the use of the pool and gym amenities. The views of the beach and ocean are stunning from the condo's deck, living area and bedroom off of deck. The condo itself comfortably fit our group of 10. It was clean and modern as well. I would recommend this to anyone thinking about a vacation in Orange Beach.

Very nice accommodations and space. LOVED the pool area with slide and lazy river and the spacious balcony with table and chairs. Proximity to beach was great. Cleanliness was the major issue---coffee grounds in the water tank of coffee pot, lint filter screen above dryer broken, some dishes, pans
and utensils dirty in cabinets, only 2 dish towels (really?), furniture and rugs spotted/dirty. Other major issue was ability to access highway----nearly impossible to turn left from property...need more crosswalks along highway.

We had the most perfect weather we've ever had and enjoyed the beach day and night! Loved our view from the balcony!! The bed pillows in this unit need to be replaced and we didn't have enough pillow cases for all the beds to begin with, but the property manager took care of that as soon as we let them know! Also, the cooking equipment in the kitchen could also use an update. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation!

The condo wasn’t thoroughly cleaned when we arrived there were stains on the countertops and table tops -actual dirt and glass impressions. A thorough wipe down reveled dirt and red colored stains. The condo smelled mildewed and an unclean or a dirty mop and rags had been used to clean prior to our arrival. Aside from the smell that took forever to air out -the comforters, pillows, couch cushions all reeked, were flat, dingy and dirty. The dining table cushions were the worst (completely stained). Dinning table was discolored and dirty with a sticky layer of gunk. Aside from the views staying in this unit was akin to a motel 6. Bath towels thin and dingy. Last minute booking we regret. The property itself was fairly decent with simple amenities. Staff were pleasant as we complained about someone on their balcony smoking a cigar which ran everyone inside. New furniture, new bedding and a deep cleaning of this unit is greatly needed.

This condo is gorgeous and a great place to stay. The individual condo we stayed in and the property was clean and beautiful. The inside pool, outside pool, lazy river, and splash pad were clean, well kept, everything worked correctly. I highly recommend this condo for your stay.

The condo was very spacious and well maintained. The only complaint is that my young grandson found a prescription pill under the edge of his bed. I know that it was probably dropped by accident however I feel like the cleaning company should have been a bit more thorough when cleaning so that kids don't accidently find things that could be harmful to them.
One of the highlights of our time there was we got to witness a sea turtle nest hatching right outside the condo. The lazy river pool was very relaxing as well as fun for the kids. We had a good time and would stay here again.

Love this condo and the resort. THe management company is awesome. MY Only complaint is lack of supplies-- towels (2 to a bath) one roll of toliet paper, 1 dish pod I get limited but this is just wrong. It was hard as we ordered supplies and was out of items before they were delivered. Had to laundry towels continued! OTherwise this is a perfect and beautiful condo! Our family loved and had plenty of space

This unit was very nice and clean. The information given to us before the stay was very helpful!! My grandson left two water bottles that he loved in the dishwasher and they took the time to send them to us.... I would definitely stay in this unit again.

So many reasons we would rent this condo again!! The beds were very comfortable and the ocean view was breathtaking. From the lazy river to an icecream shop directly across the street, the condo’s location was perfect. This condo is beautifully decorated and has everything available to make your stay a dream vacation. Also, the management company, Phoenix Vacation Properties, was easy to reach and responded quickly when we locked ourselves out. We really enjoyed our stay in Phoenix Orange Beach II condo #2001 and will definitely return again. This condo was perfect for my family.

Sun, fun and NO worries! A few very minor hiccups with the condo but Clark corrected them promptly! We only worried about sunburn:)!

We had 7 adults and 4 kids under 5 in a 4-bedroom condo. 20th floor on the corner with amazing views! The space is functional and elegant. The entire facility is so guest friendly and kid friendly! GO!

Great views and excellent amenities in this beautiful corner unit. The condo is spotless and well equipped with comfortable beds. Phoenix Orange Beach II is one of the newer units on the beach and has great amenities, covered parking, and fast elevators.

We had a great time at this condo. All of the bedrooms are very large with plenty of room for three families. The cleanliness of the city so could have been better and the furniture in the living room needs to be replaced badly. Upholstered furniture has to be very hard to keep clean so not sure why you would not always go with some type of leather for that reason. But overall, it was a great experience. The kids loved the water slide and the lazy river was amazing.

Our experience was close to perfect! The condo was Beautiful and Clean. Just one little oversight; one of the beds had not been changed and the sheets were dirty; probably forgotten by the cleaning service. We were impressed that when we called our host concerning the garbage disposal not working, Clark had maintenance there the next day (on a Sunday!)to fix it.

My family had a great time. We were a large group of 20+ people. Enjoyed the BBQ area cooking our food and eating in the patio area. The younger kids loved the pool/slide area. The 4 bedroom unit itself was spacious for a family of 8 adults and 2 small children. My only complaint would be the unit was lacking on cleanliness upon arrival. The Dishwasher has not been emptied. The coffee maker still had coffee grinds in it. Hopefully this was due to lack of staff post pandemic.

The condo was pretty and spacious. It lacked an iron and a lamp and glass were broken when we arrived. I contacted the management by email but never got a reply. It had a great pool that was open late and very easy access to the beach. Very nice over all. The parking was great as well as the location.

I would definitely come again. My only issue would be to have someone check the dishes. I understand having guests wash them after use, but we had to wash several things BEFORE we could use them. Otherwise a wonderful week!

The condo was great. Very roomy and a beautiful view. It was close to plenty of nice restaurants that we enjoyed. We also cooked several meals and the kitchen was adequately equipped. Eating on the balcony was wonderful. It was well maintained and the extra ice maker meant we were never out of ice. I would definitely recommend this property. Parking was also easy. The only thing I would ask is that the extra pillows provided have pillow cases on them. Our favorite restaurant was Cobalt!!

This condo was just as pictured. Very spacious and beautiful. Amazing views!! The only thing I would suggest is that there were a few more essential items provided such as soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing soap and paper towels. Otherwise it was a beautiful unit and would definitely stay again.

Will definitely be back. Great condo! Clean and new, in great condition.

Our family of 6 adults and 2 children (13 and 10 years) thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend stay in this beautifully decorated unit. Plenty of room for all of us and the sleeping arrangements were great! We were celebrating Thanksgiving but also my belated 70th birthday! We made no plans other than to relax and enjoy the amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of cooking utensils and pans. We would definitely book this unit again. It’s well located in Orange Beach and convenient to everyhh to everything. You won’t be sorry if you stay here!

We had so much fun here! The slide, indoor/outdoor pools were all used a ton. It was quiet. The workout facility was nice. Would stay again

Our daughters and grandchildren had a wonderful week together. We found everything as it should be and any issues were quickly resolved. Our favorite new activity is wave running with the dolphins.
