Phoenix Orange Beach II 2203

This is the second time staying at Phoenix Orange Beach 2. This unit is very basic and is not stocked very well. Some of the pans have been damaged by the dishwasher and not replaced. The biggest disappointment was not being notified that the outside pool was closed for repairs while we were there. I know a lot of people with older kids were mad because they were not told about the closure prior to arrival.

The location and staff were great. We had a hard time finding where to check in after we finally found where to turn in off the street. They need more signage. Paying $55 for a parking pass on top of the rental fee was too much for 4 days.

Great place and view. A few hiccups sheets didn't the bed, fitted sheet kept coming off. Tv, the previous people didn't log off. Other than that, yes I would come back.

Very accommodating location. The condo was clean and plenty of room. It is a plus having 3 bathrooms.

We have stayed in this Phoenix several times in different rooms and all bedrooms 2,3 and 4 and have always been pleased. Great place to vacation with a family. I would recommend it.

Room was nice and modern. Only complaint was it didn’t seem to be cleaned before we arrived. Dirty sheets, towels, wash clothes

We highly recommend Phoenix Orange Beach ll. The location is ideal and Unit 2203 was clean and had everything needed for a weeks stay. Views are amazing the lazy river is enjoyable. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

Pros: Condo was really clean and all the appliances worked perfectly! The pool and slide were amazing!

Cons: Checkin is 4:30. That’s way too late in the day and really inconvenient. In the email there was a sentence that stated “do not call for an early check in” That’s rude and not very customer friendly at all. If the room is ready why not allow an early check in?!
My second con concerns young children. I wish there had of been an adult height lock on the sliding doors that lead to the balcony. We were on the 22 floor and I was so nervous about my kids(5,3,2) going out there without supervision.
Overall it was a good stay for a great price!!

The property was nice for the most part. We did have to contact someone to clean blood off the door frame (it was there when we arrived...yuck). The only other complaint I would have is that there were no beach towels in the condo-this was noted in the information they gave us before we arrived-any condos we've stayed at in the past provide beach towels. Outside of that, we enjoyed our stay and would stay at Phoenix OB II again.

Everything was smooth and as advertised. Enjoyed our stay, the facilities, the view, the beach, the pool, the slide, the lazy river!

Everything about 2203 was just as described! The condo was beautiful, neat, clean and the views were stunning! The rental experience was great from booking, check in, to check out. The email communication that you receive explains all of the information and provides great additional information about the area.

We had a great stay at the Phoenix Orange Beach II. The condo had everything we needed, was clean, perfect location with a beautiful view.

Very nice condo complex, the condo we stayed in was large and well laid out. However, the kitchen lacked a lot of essentials, it didn't have a broom and dustpan which was a problem with the sand situation, and I wish it would have had a sectional instead of the couch. Also, the bench for the dining table was bolted to the wall so it couldn't be moved.

The condo was beautiful and spacious and the amenities were great. Beach was clean and the entire visit was family-friendly.

all was nice .... one issue...the 2 bedroom windows are on the front /hall way... the curtains are not really the best to keep out the strong lights in the hallway.....I noticed the other condos had plantation shutters in their windows that block out the lights in hallway...

We never had an issue with waiting for elevators (22nd floor!). The condo was clean and had all the amenities as listed. The open concept of the kitchen/wetbar/living room overlooking the Ocean was amazing. The balcony is private and you have a view left and right! The internet was a little spotty at times, and the smoke alarm did go off when we baked food in the oven and opened the oven door. We would love to visit this condo again in the future. I would recommend this location to my family and friends.
Also, the maintenance/cleaning crew were so polite. Every day they were there cleaning the elevators, doors, windows, etc. It was nice to see the upkeep.

Beautiful, spacious and overall clean! spacious condo! Overall a great stay with only two areas of concern; which should be easy fixes. We were in awe from the time we walked in. Decorations look even better in person than in the pictures! Kitchen extremely well stocked (better than most! and we cook every meal in house) and of good taste. A totally at home feel! Lots of storage if needed. Loved the extra ice machine. View is incredible! Balcony furniture is perfect...better than most! The whole building is clean and well kept. Pool looks awesome! (Too cold outside during our stay.) Beach area nice! Concerns: mold in bathroom drains and towel supply not the greatest. (Not enough hand towels, wash clothes, or kitchen towels and some had holes and were very thin...which is not consistent with everything else in the condo!!)
Reviews about noise and light in the bedrooms I can understand, but quite frankly not sure what can be done about noise if the place is busy and people are rude in the hall. Light... curtains are room darkening, but some light still come through. I brought a sleeping mask because of previous reviews which worked perfectly!
We have traveled in and out of the country a lot and this place is well put together in every way!
I know its not standard, but a couple beach chairs and beach towels would make it an over the top stay!

This condo is beautiful! My family and I loved being right on the beach and within driving distance of anything else we wanted to do. Our only problem was we could not sleep. The bedrooms are located at the front as you entire from the outdoor hallway. The hallway has bright lights that do not turn off or dim at night. The bedrooms are so bright with only a sheer curtain. Every other unit on the floor has thick blinds that close. My husband had to get blankets out of both closets and hang them over the curtains so that we could all sleep. I would recommend contacting the property to make sure blackout curtains have been added before booking. This is the only thing stopping us from ever staying here again.
