Nice place. Clean and roomy

Everything was smooth and as advertised. Enjoyed our stay, the facilities, the view, the beach, the pool, the slide, the lazy river!
Great location with ice cream and donuts and liquor store right across the street!

Everything about 2203 was just as described! The condo was beautiful, neat, clean and the views were stunning! The rental experience was great from booking, check in, to check out. The email communication that you receive explains all of the information and provides great additional information about the area.

We had a great stay at the Phoenix Orange Beach II. The condo had everything we needed, was clean, perfect location with a beautiful view.

Very nice condo complex, the condo we stayed in was large and well laid out. However, the kitchen lacked a lot of essentials, it didn't have a broom and dustpan which was a problem with the sand situation, and I wish it would have had a sectional instead of the couch. Also, the bench for the dining table was bolted to the wall so it couldn't be moved.

The condo was beautiful and spacious and the amenities were great. Beach was clean and the entire visit was family-friendly.

all was nice .... one issue...the 2 bedroom windows are on the front /hall way... the curtains are not really the best to keep out the strong lights in the hallway.....I noticed the other condos had plantation shutters in their windows that block out the lights in hallway...

The checkin process was easy! All details provided in the email a few days before. Park in the parking garage - Lobby is 2nd level. Shopping carts provided to help with luggage on Floors 1-3. We never had an issue with waiting for elevators (22nd floor!). The condo was clean and had all the amenities as listed. The open concept of the kitchen/wetbar/living room overlooking the Ocean was amazing. The balcony is private and you have a view left and right! The internet was a little spotty at times, and the smoke alarm did go off when we baked food in the oven and opened the oven door. We would love to visit this condo again in the future. I would recommend this location to my family and friends.
Also, the maintenance/cleaning crew were so polite. Every day they were there cleaning the elevators, doors, windows, etc. It was nice to see the upkeep.

This condo is beautiful! My family and I loved being right on the beach and within driving distance of anything else we wanted to do. Our only problem was we could not sleep. The bedrooms are located at the front as you entire from the outdoor hallway. The hallway has bright lights that do not turn off or dim at night. The bedrooms are so bright with only a sheer curtain. Every other unit on the floor has thick blinds that close. My husband had to get blankets out of both closets and hang them over the curtains so that we could all sleep. I would recommend contacting the property to make sure blackout curtains have been added before booking. This is the only thing stopping us from ever staying here again.
