Phoenix Orange Beach II 2204

The condo was very nice. The view was great. But the condo needs some new bedding sheets bath towels bed pillows a few decent dish towels etc.

This unit appeared as advertised and was quiet and comfortable with an incredible 22nd floor views! Lots of seating in great room.

Upon paying $5k plus for this condo for a week, we were greeted with having solid black feet the entire stay. The floors were filthy. We called to complain, they sent up a foreign girl (speaks no english) with one spray bottle with just a few ounces of purple cleaner in it and a swiffer duster mop. Needless to say, whatever she ended up using didn't work. I personally ruined 10 pairs of socks from how black they needed up being from dirt. Next, the beds in two bedrooms were about to fall apart. You couldn't sleep in them from all the squeaking/cracking if you moved an inch. Lastly, we were very excited to have a separate ice maker from the fridge but found very quickly that it was literally full of the worst mold you've ever seen. The rental company should be so ashamed! The owners should be even more ashamed. We were very disappointed and will never be back.

We actually had a full house (12 people) but two kids slept on the couch and they were fine. We still had plenty of room and really enjoyed the condo. It was very spacious and clean. We hope to book with you again in the future Clark.

The condo was very clean and the furnishings and decor was beautiful. The location was amazing. The skillets are in desperate need of replacing. Overall, this condo was very nice and I would come back gladly!

This condo is not only beautiful & very spacious but the view from this 22nd floor balcony is AMAZING! We saw dolphins every morning except one. Really enjoyed the lazy river here also.Happy Harbor Marina has a dolphin cruise for $25 + tax pp that we enjoyed this trip or if you had rather it just be your crew, our group rented a pontoon for 4 hrs from Wallace Boat Rental and we all really enjoyed this. Among our favorite places to eat were Doc’s Seafood, Canal Rd location ( they have the best jumbo fried shrimp), Tacky Jacks, Duck’s Diner (breakfast) & Mikee’s. Lillian’s Pizza was really good for a night in.We just left a few days ago and are already looking forward to our next trip here !

This condo was very clean and we enjoyed out visit.

We absolutely loved this condo! The only negatives are the pots and pans need replaced and the mattresses need updated. Other than that, it was one of the best places we've stayed at in Orange Beach. Will definitely be back.

The condo was very nice!! Very spacious and was more than enough room for the 8 of us that were there. Great view off the balcony. The only issue we had in the beginning was the internet but everything else was a good.

We had a wonderful time, the kids loved to lazy river and slide. The condo was beautiful and very spacious.

This is a beautiful place. The beds are comfy, plenty of seating for 12 people for dinner, lots of dishes. My only complaint is the quality of the kitchen items. The appliances are obviously not top of the line (crazy for a $2M unit). The dishwasher top rack constantly fell out or got stuck. The oven drawer fell out all the time. The pots and pans are terrible. If you plan on cooking I strongly urge you to consider packing your favorite pans because these are trash. Even using butter and oil everything stuck and washing them was impossible. Also, the towel situation is weird. I didn't count but it definitely felt like there weren't 12 bath towels. We had 10 people and everyone was always looking for a towel! Also 1 kitchen towel! For $7k per week you'd think you'd get a little better/more equipment. I will say when I called to say the toaster was shooting sparks and we had a shortage of kitchen tools, Clark brought a new toaster and some tools that same afternoon so A+ for service!

Very nice comfortable condo with great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Alabama Florida Border

We stayed in this condo over Spring Break 2022 and it was fabulous. It was comfortable, stylish and the views were stunning. We'd definitely stay here again.

Condo was very clean and very nice, condo manager was very helpful and staff was amazing. Definitely will be coming back.

This was such a lovely property to stay in for our trip to Orange Beach in mid-March. Large and spacious and beautifully decorated with all the amenities, I can’t think of anything this condo was missing. The beach is so close and convenient, and the lazy river is huge and enjoyed by kids of all ages. The indoor heated pool was a hit with our children on the cooler days. I was super pleased with the condo and the entire property. Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
