Our condo is perfectly situated on the 22nd floor coveted East corner with incredible panoramic views of both the Pass and the Gulf!! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Orange Beach II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 58" SMART TV in the master, and a 58" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king bed in the master, king in the 2nd , 2 queen beds in both the 3rd and 4th bedrooms and along with a queen sofa sleeper in the living room for sleeping up to 14.
There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide which connects to a lazy river, large splash pad, heated in-door swimming pool, a large Jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.
There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.
Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Orange Beach II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Excellent stay!! Beautiful views from this condo!! We took our children and grandchildren, nine adults and three children and had plenty of space! Condo was clean, and perfect! Easy to check in , outside space for your beach equipment allowing your room to stay clean! Highly recommended!! ️

Spent a lovely (despite the weather) Easter weekend at this condo. It had everything we needed and was the perfect size for our party of six (five adults and one teenager). Fabulous view of the Gulf and the bridge over Perdido Pass. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo!! It gave us a chance to spend 7wonderful days with our daughter new son in law and with the whole family before the newlyweds were off to their next Air-force base in Germany for 3 years.Hopefully next summer they can get leave and we can repeat trip.

Wow! What an amazing place. It far exceeded our expectations. We have stayed in a lot of rental places and this one far exceed them all. Even with the weather forecast being rain most of the time during our visit the living arrangements made you forget all about that. The condo was clean, quiet and relaxing. The property management was very courteous and responded to our one request almost the same time that asked. We highly recommend this place and most likely will be using it again! With roots in Northern Alabama, and being stationed at Kessler AFB, MS, we knew nothing about Orange Beach, Alabama. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely vacation there again!

Property was wonderful. Loved the pools and beach access. Our unit could have been cleaner and if I had known we weren’t going to have at least one towel per person I could have brought my own. The furniture and beds were very comfortable although one of the bedrooms with two queens was much too small for two queens. That was uncomfortable for adults but would be fine for children. Kitchen was well equipped and comfortable for cooking. Loved the location and easy parking. I would stay in this building again but only if I’m looking for something for up to ten people.

We had never stayed in Orange Beach before. We had stayed in a Phoenix property before. The condo was beautiful and the location perfect. My grandkids loved the lazy river and pool and slide. We had great weather! Due to jellyfish in the water we didn’t go to the beach much and stayed at pool.
As far as the property several suggestions:
More kitchen hand towels, perhaps including dishwashing liquid for automatic dishwasher and something like Dawn for pots and pans would be a nice perk. Also trash bags too for your week long stay. There was no broom for sweeping the floor so we bought one (call us neat freaks).
